Wow, the people here are literally magicians. Someone hit my Tesla Model S in a parking lot and was MIA when I got back to my car. They left some fairly deep scratches on the rear right side. A friend told me to talk to Johnnie. He was able to get me into the shop very quickly. When I picked up my car, it looked like nothing had ever happened. The price was extremely reasonable as well! The staff, technicians, and work quality here are amazing!

Andy was awesome! In fact, the whole staff was! Super friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Glad to have the whole team take photos for me! The install and work was above and beyond. Accuracy and precision is their signature. My wing turned out so well. I was anxious of drilling holes in my trunk but they did everything to the exact measurement and turned out way better than expected. Theyll work with you through EVERY little step. I can see why Unplugged Performance refers only this shop for aftermarket modifications in the MIDWEST.

My highest rating for Ultimate Paint Shop II. JR did a great job on my wife’s car a few months ago, and so when she scraped the side of the garage we took it to him again. Using some magic potion and a magic rag, he somehow fixed the scrape on the spot, and for no charge! (I thought we were looking at a thousand dollars, or more.) They’re nice people, too. Five stars.

After our Model X was involved in an accident, Tesla recommended that we take it to Ultimate Paint Shop II to get the repairs done and I could not be more happier with the outcome. They also did an outstanding job with rewrapping the new areas with XPEL ppf. Not only did they get the job done, they were also very communicative with us. I visited the shop during the repairs to meet the team and they were very knowledgable and welcoming. JR and Aly showed me around and, being car enthusiasts, we had an interesting conversation about cars. Overall, I am very satisfied with the work this shop does. Thank you guys!

I have used them several times over the last couple of years. The work they do is nothing less then excellent. Both JR and Andy are incredible to work with. Not only was the bodywork done perfectly but when I picked up the car it was completely detailed. My car looks like it’s brand new.

Our Yukon was restored to pristine condition after it was in an accident. Excellent service and wonderful staff. JR was great about setting our expectations for the process, time frame and delays (due to a part). If you are in a wreck or need body work completed, go to Ultimate Paint II.

Extremely high quality family owned destination for Tesla, Audi and Porsche

Ultimate Paint Shop II lacks in quality & performance. The general manager, JR, is a well-rounded guy with excellent communication but fails to deliver on time. My Tesla Model 3 was involved in a rear-end accident, and the nearby Tesla service center recommended this body shop. The whole process started smoothly, but towards the end, the manager kept delaying my pickup date. It seems like theres always something wrong with my vehicle that they keep asking for more time. Usually, Im okay with this, but during the day I picked up my Model 3, I could tell that they rushed everything. They damaged my white seat, misaligned my rear trunk, the subwoofer was not working correctly, left dirty stains all over my interior, and door seals not installed correctly. JR asked for a chance to fix everything in which I did, but it took three visits to get almost everything fixed. The ONLY thing left is the misaligned trunk, but I no longer wish to do business with them. They need to get things done right the first time, not the third or fourth.-Jonathan Flores

I had my Range Rover fixed at this place few months ago and wanted to share my experience. I had an extensive damage on my car. J R was the most patient, professional and courteous while our car was repaired. He gave us all the explanation how and what will be done to our car. Work was finished in time. When we picked up the car we where amazed how it was fixed. The paint job was excellent. The color on my car was very specific and hard to match. But I couldn’t tell the difference. I was honestly amazed. He fixed few previous dents and scratches without us asking to do so at no extra charge. I honestly felt that my car looked exactly the same when I brought it, after the repair. We have previous not very good experiences with other body shops. But the professionalism and quality of work at this body shop is unbelievable. Not even the smallest detail was overlooked. We where very pleased with the quality of work as well as personal attention that J R gave us as his costumers. God forbid something happens to my car it will be the only place I will go to fix it. I already referred my family member to fix her car there. In fact it will be done next week. And I am looking forward to post a new review about a great job, that I am sure will be done on our other car. Ultimate Paint Body Shop 2 is the place with the highest standards for quality work and great costumer service experience. People who work there especially J R in the stressful situation when your car is damaged not only doing the excellent job by repairing it but make you feel better emotionally, because of the support and a good advice. I cannot recommend Ultimate Paint Shop II enough. These guys are the best. It is never fun to have to get work done of a cometic nature to your car but these guys made the experience a true pleasure. I had to have some paintwork done on my 911 and was given the recommendation directly from Porsche to have my car brought to Ultimate.Once JR and his team got ahold of my car they went to work and when I picked it up it looked better than it did when I brought it in. They went the extra mile to fix things out of the project scope to make sure my car was both protected and looking its best.I was so happy with their work I wanted to have my headliner touched up and they went the extra mile to get everything as it would have been directly from the factory. My car looks brand new! They even detailed the interior for me.When I picked her up yesterday I felt a bit bad that I would not be in contact with the guys as much kind of like an old friend moving away. I know it sounds a bit much but I truly felt like they treated my car as though it was their own and this made me feel at ease the entire time knowing that the car was in good hands.If in the future I need work on my cars ai know where to bring them and would recommend to anyone that they do the same. Quite possibly the best paint shop with top notch customer service. I needed to get the hood repainted on my new Tesla due to bad manufacturing paint. It came out perfectly like a black mirror. Also got PPF clear bra put on the front and lower sides, which also turned out perfectly. I own two Teslas, and they are certified to work on these specialized vehicles. Unfortunately, I was in a couple of not-at-fault accidents in the past few years, and Ultimate took care of me each time. They communicate very well with Tesla Corporate, and would always keep me updated via phone, text or email. I would often stop by the shop to check on the work, and JR would always make time for me and show me how things were going. Their quality and workmanship is top notch as they work on many other high-end vehicles as well. I highly recommend this shop if you have a car you love that needs some TLC.

My RS3 suffered some damage on its hood and the overlying PPF. In speaking with other auto enthusiasts I was recommended to Ultimate Paint Shop as they specialize in Audi paint in addition to other luxury brands. I was able to schedule an appointment with ease, and have been talking to JR Moreno throughout the process. JR was thoroughly professional, friendly, and answered all my questions pertaining to the repair. I received my car earlier than expected, and cant tell a difference from its factory paint job. This all occurred during COVID19 mind you, if I need any further paintwork on any of my vehicles JR will be my first call!

I was referred by a coworker to visit Ultimate Paint Shop for some body work (rear quarter panel - a very complex piece of metal) on my 2013 Subaru BRZ Limited. UPS had worked on his wifes Cadillac Escalade. After dropping off my car, the manager, J.R., introduced me to the man who would be working on my car. They told me his experience, and that hed treat it like it was his sons own car. J.R. also introduced me to the owner of the company, and several other employees who were all a true pleasure to meet.Their personal service is just as good as their professional service. They even kept my car inside over the weekend when I was not able to pick it up right away. After picking up my car and reviewing the work, I honestly could not tell that there had been anything wrong in the first place. I was amazed that this was the same piece of metal. Im still looking for any ripples in the metal or orange-peel in the paint, and have found absolutely nothing wrong. Upon further inspection, I found that (without initially telling me) they also fixed a small blemish from the previous car owner that was not fixed properly. Seamless. They did all this within the initial quote price as well. I could not be happier with UPS II, and I they have definitely gained me as a long-term customer. It is nice to have a company you can trust with the car you love. Thank you.
