My car has serious structural problems with the fender and bumper, as well as the whole front part of the car. These problems are not unique. Many auto repair shops consider this a tricky situation. But my friend told me THAT I could come here and meet Mario and Claudia to solve all these problems together. I drove up here, and Mario immediately saw the problem with the car and gave me specific advice. They found all the parts I needed and repaired my car within half a week. Claudia kept me informed of the extent of my repair work throughout the process. They repainted all the parts in question and even polished the Hood, even though I didnt ask for it. Before the repair, my car had two big gaps in fender, which was neither beautiful nor safe, but now everything has been solved, and it looks like a new car. Choose here, they will let you know wise this decision is.

Claudia and Mario are some of the best in North Jersey in terms of professionalism and quality of work. In my experience, it is hard to find a quality shop around here. I had a peculiar situation with a third party that left my rear bumpers paint in a very poor state. I explained my situation, was given extremely professional and prompt service, was kept up to date, and had a timely turn around time with given circumstances. They operate on a first-name basis, and always return calls or leave messages if you are unavailable. They even went above and beyond and worked through complications on their own end and made sure to keep me in the loop and in constant communication as to the status of the bumper. In addition, Claudia followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the work and informed me of some additional steps to make sure the bumpers paint stays in top tier condition. Previously working with a third party, they did not have to help me out, but they still chose to assist me and did so with a smile on their face. Those are the types of things that make businesses stand out and give me the peace of mind knowing I am going to get quality work. I am extremely grateful to have worked with Mario Auto Services.

Not only did Claudia explain what would need to be done she also guaranteed me that it would get gone by the time I needed my car. Amazingly it was completed three days before expected. When Mario showed us in his garage my car after his fix, I couldn’t believe my eyes. Me and my husband both went WOW! In the accident the head bumper was completely chopped off my car. Mario and Claudia are wonderful. We have gone there for the last 3 years for all our body work. For our last repair, the drivers door was backed in to and would not open. We needed the door fixed and a replacement for the front bumper. They located a used bumper quickly, fixed the door, painted and installed everything. They also fixed a few things that made everything look great. The price was very reasonable and the work high quality. They work well in dealing with insurance companies whose supply chains were a problem. They do great work and go above and beyond. Mario and Claudia are very, friendly remember their customers, and their office bird is a hoot. A better new year for all!

The service was amazing and the quality of the work was perfect. The workers are really nice and hard working. My car was a mess and it looks better then new. It was full body work and they were able to finish in two weeks. Also, Mario and Claudia talked to the workers to stay after hours to try and get the job done. Mario Auto Service was an absolute joy! Claudia the office manager stayed late so that I could come to the shop after work simply to get an estimate. The owner, Mario, did my estimate himself and it was explained to me step by step with care. The next week I dropped my car off to receive the service and upon picking it up, it looked brand new!
