I was in hurry so didnt get to sit and enjoy the extremely cozy and inviting at atmosphere, but I will absolutely be back. Large drink selection, made it hard to make up my mind but Im not complaining. And they actually offer LARGE drinks! Most coffee shops a large drink is what I consider to be medium. When you NEED caffeine you want that 20oz large cup, at least I think its 20oz.Will definitely be back, no picture of my drink but took several pictures if the charming inside!

I love this place. Its so eclectic and the frozen coffees are AMAZING. I left my other coffee shop, and I safely call The Ugly Mug my new coffee home. They have tea as well, they make the most delicious frozen coffees, and very tasty pastries and sweets.They also have a wide variety of flavors and combinations, or you can make your own combination. I tried the cinnamon roll combination today and did not like it, too peppery tasting for me. I took them back, explained I didnt like them, and they re-made the drinks for me with no hassle. Staff has always been helpful and knowledgeable. Overall, I love and recommend this place to gourmet coffee lovers, especially the frozen drinks.

We stayed in Hendersonville for a week to explore the area and visit Asheville - and we didn’t stumble upon this gem until the last day!! Do not pass it by. It is the coziest little shop, stocked full of delicious beverages and treats. This was the best coffee we had our whole trip. It will be our first stop next time!

Great little coffee shop, my husband and I really like it. They have various tea flavors and coffee options. Prices on coffee decent and you can add any creamer ( at least 5 different flavors) . Also, they have pastries: muffins, danishes, chocolate croissants 🥐, bagels 🥯 and many more sweets. I loved atmosphere and rustic vibes. Thank you. What a great place for your favorite type of coffee beverage!! As well as great bagels and other danish es!! My wife and I decided to visit this great local place in Hendersonville today and we were really blown away with the great variety of coffee and tea choices that were available! It was really a nice place with a relaxing atmosphere and great service!

So happy Ive found a place that has boba tea closer than South Asheville! Well, Im happy because my son doesnt ask me to drive all the way... I honestly didnt have any idea what a cute little cafe this was until I went in the other day for the tea. It was late in the afternoon so I got an Italian soda, which was very refreshing, bit the coffee smelled great, and their tea selection was extensive, with many different options (loose teas). Ill definitely be back to try more soon!

Love this place! I am not a coffee drinker but here i can get decaf, frozen lattes or smoothies that are to die for. My biggest negative with this place is that they are located way to close to my office and when I pass by, my car just turns in there automatically and I cant stop it. They always find the nicest employees too. Just overall a 10 and they only give me a 5 star choice.

Not sure what the issue was. Not placing blame, but I have celiac and did ask for the coconut milk since the oat is not GF. Even asked for less sweetener, but I couldnt get through half of a small latte before starting to have horrible stomach pains. It could have been cross contamination or perhaps barista didnt hear coconut milk, but for the next person, be explicitly clear.

I absolutely love this place! I’ve been coming here for over 2 years now as a regular customer and for good reason. Every drink I’ve had here is fantastic, the atmosphere is inviting and comfortable, the baristas and owner are all super friendly and fun to talk to. This coffee shop has felt like my second home and has been my favorite place to study or just hang out. My partner and I just moved to Raleigh NC and every time we’re in town we pay this place a visit because we love it that much. If possible I’d rate this place 6 stars 😊❤️☕️

Great early Sunday morning spot for coffee and Danish. Note that only drive thru is available but there is limited outdoor seating. Also, they offer their specialty drinks as sugar free! The Milky Way was sweet with a just-right coffee blend. Cinnamon roll was warm and fresh though I wish I had asked for a dab of butter on top. Their breakfast burritos have improved since our last visit months ago. Just the right blend of eggs, seasoning and cheese. They are not spicey unless you add your choice of salsa. Nice change from Starbucks with a Christian atmosphere.

Ive lived across from this coffee shop for 5 months but never went, because the strip mall looks kind of sad. I went yesterday, and I shouldnt have judged this book by its cover. The coffee was delicious and the interior was adorable. I will definitely be back.!

I work across the street from this quaint and comfortable coffee house. I stumbled in last week. I tasted some amazing iced coffee, then immediately left the location with the drink atop the car, spilling it everywhere. When I returned to order, the barista was generous enough to replace it for nothing. What a lovely soul.For commuters: Drive through window available.For readers, leave an additional $ or two for your service worker if free drink replacement does occur at your error. Went early for coffee, barista wasnt rude but wasnt overall friendly either. However the coffee was good as well as the breakfast burritos. Quaint atmosphere and the coffee and tea selection was abundant and smelled fantastic.

I got the snickers bar coffee with soy milk. it was really good!! not too sweet either. I bought some coffee beans too, they have a huge selection. I will definitely come back to this place since it is more convenient than Starbucks and the coffee tastes much better too.

My husband and I were visiting from our of town and wanted something different from the typical Starbucks. We came upon this coffee shop and were so glad we did. The baristas were very sweet and helped us choose our drinks based on our preferences. We both ended up getting simple yet delicious iced lattes and one of the best ham and cheese croissants. Beyond wonderful and very welcoming. Thank you for making our trip back to Florida a more enjoyable one!

Coffee used to be best in town. Not sure what happened. Lately the esspresso drinks we have ordered have been extremely watered down compared to many visits in the past.

Nice atmosphere, but my boyfriend and I ordered a caramel latte and a vanilla latte and both were not good. The caramel one was okay, but it did not taste like a caramel latte. The vanilla one had a weird and unpleasant smell to begin with, and after tasting it, the only thing we could think was that one of the ingredients must be expired... disappointed that that was our first experience

Very atmospheric and homey feel inside and the coffee, tea, smoothies and more are all great. My favorite and recommendation (if youre a tea drinker) is the honeydew chai tea. The staff are nice and professional inside this establishment.

My second time getting coffee from them and I didn’t want to spend $5 on a mocha iced coffee (just seemed like Starbucks prices) so I ordered an iced coffee with mocha flavor instead which brought the price down to $3 and some change. I ordered and paid for a large but only got a medium. Wasn’t gonna sit in the drive thru any longer to make a big deal of it. People are nice there just wish I actually got what I paid for.
