First time here... staff seemed very confused and not trained well at all. Like someone let them all work alone on their first day ever in a coffee shop. We ordered a pumpkin spice latte and she poured a black coffee and added somestuff in it to taste like pumpkin, here is a photo of my pumpkin spice latte... was supposed to get $1.08 back in change and was handed two nickels, and almost worse than the “latte” was my “kreme filled donut”. It had one bite of cream in it. Black coffee also tasted like it was brewed with already used coffee. Never coming back unless you can properly train your employees.

Who doesnt love hot donuts now! Saw the sign and pulled over. Service was slow and left much to be desired. 2 teenage boys sharing one register with drive thru. But...the donuts were delicious and perfectly prepared!

Its been years since Ive eaten Krispy Kreme, I was disappointed. Something was different. Taste was different. No Hot n Now ☹Place was clean, the employees were pleasant and quick to help us. It was a Saturday evening 8:30 pm, not much of a selection but could have been due to time we were there.11 glazed and 1 chocolate cover cream filled was just under $13.00

BEWARE!!! DONT EVER order online donuts!!!I did and paid ahead of time before picking up the order because thats how online shopping goes. So, got the confirmation time for pick up, went to drive thru to pick them up and was told they sold out, even though they accepted my money online earlier when I ordered, didnt suggest helping me at all, even shared they sold my order earlier to someone else because I didnt arrive exactly when I was given on my online account, which was a range of time and not an exact time too. What a scam!!!I ordered food, paid for it, went to pick it up, given no food, wasnt offered any customer service/refund and this business just kept my money, as I saw it go through my bank account!!! This is acceptable for businesses to do to people around here???

I went inside to pick up my donuts there was nobody else in there as far as customers but the place was clean and well kept up the donuts were good good experience

We had a coupon for a discount on a dozen... and thats exactly what they gave us. 3-day old donuts. We threw 10 of them away.. they were the size of the lil Debbie minis and hard as a rock. I can go to the grocery store and get a box thats still chewable. Im talking Popeyes biscuit with no water on standby dry and if you scooted all of them to one side of the box there wouldve been room an extra row. Terrible experience that I wont do again. Glad I could pay more for less.

I like kk but when I asked them by email to tell me why they need an lbq friendly logo but not a Christian friendly logo they will not tell me. A business is either just friendly to everyone or needs to put out little logos for all of us. We are all equal so stop picking out certain groups just to be signaling how good you are. I am moving over to Dunkin Donuts. They dont need this old broads money.

Love this Krispy Kreme it is minutes from my work and get fresh glazed most times I go there.

It is impossible to have a hot or fresh doughnut at this location as there is no fryer on site and doughnuts are trucked in from the Patton Ave location in Asheville the night before. Basically you are buying day old doughnuts at best and more like two days old depending on when you purchase them. This is information that I believe should be given to the customer but feel Krispy Kreme wants to hide this, is just bad business, and false advertisement in my opinion. I’ve personally witnessed the doughnuts being rolled off the truck out back as this store is closing, leaving them on racks until the following morning. Selling day old doughnuts from another location and just heating them up at another is a sham and should be some sort of health violation at minimum. If you’re looking for a hot and fresh doughnut definitely don’t bother with this location as you will pay full price for a disappointing day old experience. Buyer beware. Trucked in doughnuts from another store are not fresh!

Clean facility. Selection variety was awesome. Service was top notch - a welcoming place for a quick picker upper to your busy schedule. Drive Thru AND indoor service and snacking available.

Review 971, I love Krispy Kreme. They have always been my favorite. Every store I go to the people are pleasant and the donuts are hot and fresh. Especially when the hot sign is on, YES! However this store in Hendersonville is being run my a few teenagers with bad attitudes. The hot sign is never on (what u0urgojw9euwee0000) Some of a dozen donuts were fresh but all of the original glazed had been frozen and felt and tasted like they were 2 days old. I can see there is a serious management issue here. There is a Dunkin Donut about to open one block away. If this issue is not resolved they may as well close stay home and collect Bidens unemployment / stimulus money. Would someone please rescue this store?!!!

I have never seen such tiny donuts! They were good, but about half of the size of normal donuts.

I love Krispy Kreme. Always have to stop when the hot sign is on. The new blueberry glazed is really yummy! I love their coffee too. The employees at this location are super nice. Look who else stops when the hot sign is on..

This was so bad we spent 34$ for some hot donuts as advertised on the sign and they were not so we asked to get them heated up and still they were not hot and when we ate them they were disgusting. They did not tast like real Krispy Kreme doughnuts I don’t let me forget they were extremely rude.DO NOT COME NOT WORTH IT!

Ive stopped here several times traveling down 95. Havent been impressed any of those. The staff are never friendly and the donuts are always days old if they even have them. They are out of everything allot. I dont understand why they are never fresh and they serve you old hard donuts so they can take home the fresh I guess. Krispy Kreme in Daytona is always so fresh and soft. The preboxed donuts they sell at grocery stores are fresher than in Hendersonville! This is the last time i give this place a chance.

When Krispy Kreme isnt in your little town, and you start hankering for hot glazed doughnuts, and pumpkin spice donuts, and chocolate icing-filled doughnuts, and some Krispy Kreme coffee.... you just have to make the trip.

Cant figure out when theyre open. Hit or miss schedule. Most GOOD donut shops are open early in the morning so people going to work can get coffee and donuts.

Original glazed donuts are not good.... At all. We used to buy donuts at this location a lot. Not anymore! Their glaze seems to be watered down. It does not krisp up it gets soggy. These donuts are not worth $9 a dozen. This picture was taken an hour after we got them . This is the 3rd time they have looked like this. Super disappointed! We will not be back.

Went on Mother’s Day morning ordered two dozen for a cookout. They were stale. Very disappointed, will not be back.

Just went through the drive thru and the NICEST guy in the world took my order. I didnt get his name but he was so happy and nice and wished us Merry Christmas. Thank you! Made my day.

Never has sour cream cake donuts

Ordered a coffee and 2 chocolate glazed and 1 sugar glazed donuts via drive thru. Coffee and sugar glazed donuts were great. However, the staff gave me 2 hard and cold chocolate glazed donuts which I would throw away instead of sneakily handing it over to a paying customer. You lost my business!

Everytime we come here they never have any doughnuts that we ask for. Or they tell us they no longer offer that item but its on their menu. The hot sign is never on and unfortunately this is the only one semi close to us. Very disappointed as was my son because he only eats the strawberry iced with sprinkles and we were told they no longer offer it😔

The drive through was easy to get to and the staff was very friendly. I got the feeling that it was a clean place. The donuts and iced beverage were delicious and served quickly. I would definitely come back!

Omg they are the best, I had the nicest and most pleasant experience with the lady working the window this morning. She was rly friendly and when I signed up to get a free donut and somehow messed up the process and it didn’t actually offer me a free donut for making an account I was kinda bummed out cuz I don’t rly go to Krispy Kreme regularly at all so making an account was literally so I could get one free donut, the lady was super friendly when I complained to her and gave me a donut ‘on the house’ and I was so freaking stoked make my day thank you sweet lady!! Fantastic customer service and I rly appreciate being handed a free donut with a smile even tho I somehow messed the process up. Highly recommend this location!

I wasnt pleased with the Carmel glazed at all. It looked all melted in and tastes terrible. The manager said that just how it is. So dont worry about me coming back.

We went in this morning for a couple donuts and coffee and when I tried to pay with their app they couldnt get the scanner to work. Instead of telling me Id have to pay with cash the manager said since the problem was on their end my purchase would be comped. They didnt have to do that but because they did I definitely will be back.

Very tasty. the guy on the thing, I like how he told us what they had and the hot chocolate was hot and chocolatey and very yummy.

Horrible... just traveling thru...hot sign on but donuts were cold with water type glaze, like sugar water, not fresh like what were are used too from KK! Avoid this location!

Didnt have 2 of the items I wanted. Blueberry doughnuts or apple fritters. The doughnuts were skinny and the coating was thick and hard and cracked off on clothing and lap.

There is a girl who works here that is absolutely an angel. Donuts were so perfectly warm and sugar dissolving so fast on the tongue...... I actually teared up. Ride young kid working drive thru window. Totally rude taking my order in speaker. Then I pulled up to window & wait 15 min for order. Cup of holes, & 6 donuts ... Thats it. I had to wait 2 min, just to get change back. You could just tell that boy, hated his job!!

I went in Hopes of getting the new chocolate glazed donuts they had advertised. They have since quit making them. So we got the hot glazed which were amazing. I just wanted those chocolate ones. Middle of the road for donuts. The service was fast and the price was ok. The dozen assorted worked out to like $1 each. If you are looking for the bakery donut experience this is not the place. The hot glazed do melt in your mouth. Warning: you will probably not eat just one!
