The Lattes are always great. They did mess up on the Apple Crisp Latte, it tasted like coffee and milk. Im sure it was because they are always busy. They fixed it and it was great!

Come here probably a couple times a month and I dont think Ive ever had an issue. Staff is respectful and efficient. Drinks are always fresh and taste great! The few times theyve messed up they always fix it and make sure its right. Theyre also very adaptive, I like to make drinks a little different than usual and theyre always up for the challenge. Praise to the staff and drinks! Theyve gotten me through many tough mornings and afternoons!

Very welcoming and warm, the staff is energetic and lightning fast even with a large line and it was one of the smoothest mochas Ive ever drank. 10/10 Excellent crew.

The restaurant is very nice inside. Lots of choices when it comes to sweets and tons of spacious seating. Unfortunately, the customer service at this location is lacking a lot. My drink order took forever and none of the employees seem very happy (uncharacteristic for Starbucks).

Long line..but Lucy was very pleasant.. Venti Mocha Cookie Frap..yum.. and my family likes the Salted Caramel Frap...more salt but good.

Always dealing with some young person that clearly doesnt want to be there and makes drinks wrong every time. We spend alot of money there, should at least get what we pay for.

The employees are so amazing! I always come in on Fridays and they make my drink with such care yet so quickly! I love Starbucks in general but this Starbucks is my go-to it’s a little far from me, but it’s worth the trip since the employees are so kind.

Just the pick-me-up we needed this afternoon. Cold brew coffee, turkey sandwich, and a hot black and white.

Its what you expect of Starbucks, although I nor my daughter received what we ordered. The gentleman at the window insisted we try it instead of remaking them. Maybe ill go to a different location next time.

Unfortunately every single time i go to this particular Starbucks my drink is always messed up. I ask for my drink without whip cream and every time, it gets put on. It’s not a huge deal but employees should really look at request when making drinks because some people are allergic to things that have been requested to be removed.

Its Starbucks...its always good, everywhere, even in Westeros.

This Starbucks has some of the nicest baristas in the business!! I have been to many Starbucks and the service of the staff and speed of service makes this one of the best places to visit. The staff is always upbeat and positive!! The barista was so friendly and nice. She seemed upbeat and extremely happy to be there serving customers!! She had the one of the best attitudes I have encountered at a drive-thru in a long time!! In a time when the world needs more positivity and happiness, she is doing her part to spread that around. Her tone and complete attitude was fantastic!! I was extremely impressed by her positive attitude!! It made a difference in my day and I am sure other customers as well!! Please let her know she is doing a fantastic job!! I dont normally leave reviews unless there is a problem but they way she interacted with me she should be applauded and rewarded!!

I am addicted to Starbucks!! Love the chair tea latte, hot or cold & the dragon drink w/coconut milk is WONderful!! Most of the food offerings are also outstanding(havent tried them all).

I just want to give a shout out to this location!! During these difficult times they are the only coffee location that is open between gallatin and Madison to serve us “essential workers” before our shifts. The fact that you took the time to think about what hours would best serve the population that needed to be served right now means so much. This location will be getting my business from here on out even if it is a few mins out of the way. Thank you for taking care of us!!!

Not really a coffee drinker but I love their kindness and professionalism. The protein boxes are amazing! One of my favorite places if I need a good healthy lunch on the go.

Love this location they are always so quick on making their drinks and taking orders. They also have a bigger selection on reusable cups than most other stores. They do get pretty busy and the drive thru line gets crazy long so park wisely. The employees have been pretty nice every time I go. I would recommend the ICED Chai tea latte (bit of a spiced flavor), or an Iced Guava White tea lemonade (refreshing fruity flavor with a big of tart) as a year round drink.

9 times out of 10, the coffee from this location is leagues below other Starbucks locations. They dont care enough to make the drinks correctly, and if you dare to bring the lack of quality to the managers attention, whose name is Anna, she feels like its a good idea to talk down to you instead of fixing the problem. This has happened on more than one occasion and Im finally fed up enough to bring their review score down. Long lines for mediocre service. Just go somewhere else

The guy in the blue seagull shirt was super nice and really helpful. He was patient with me while I was on the phone. Shout out to him for making my trip a good experience!

Baristas are great and get drinks right all the time. Minus one star for the woefully malconfigured parking lot whose front spaces and handicapped spaces are blocked by the wrap around drive thru traffic frequently. Very convenient to New Shackle Island Rd and the Vietnam Vets bypass SR386.

My husband goes in every other morning, to get his Dark Roast Coffee, a Venti. This morning, as he pulled out his Gold Card topay, he accidentally pulled out 3 other cards, and they dropped out of his wallet, and he did not realize it. I have just went in to buy my Frappicino, and the SWEET PRECIOUS MANAGER, ask me what my husbands name was and I told her. She said, I have your husband credit cards, that he dropped this morning while paying for his drink. OMG, I was SO HAPPY that she went out of her way, to get his cards to me!!! Anything could have happened! Someone could have seen them, picked them up and stolen us for everything! And we would behave been devastated!!Im giving this store, their employees 5 STARS because THEY ARE THE BEST!! Thank you Thank you!!

Worst Starbucks I have ever been to, if you plan on going in the morning also plan on waiting 40 min in the drive through. Not to mention every time I have been there they read back my order right and I get to the window and is wrong every singe time. They act frustrated that they have to fix something that they screwed up. I am a lover of Starbucks and will continue to go to other locations but save yourself a headache by avoiding this one!
