An addiction is an understatement. I’m here every day, most days I wake up with Costco’s on the brain. They have it all …. Like everything, getting a membership was the best decision I’ve ever made.

I love Costco. Food is fresh. Items are priced right. Ive been shopping here for 15 years and have never had even one complaint. My daughter got tired of me saying she should try it. Now that she has, she understands.

Food warehouse. Prices are great food quality wonderful. Can make very healthy choices is keto diet is your jam.

Large variety, more than Sams Club. The meat selection is very good and I really like the way they package the portions.

This location is plagued by congested traffic in the parking lotjust like all other Costco locations Ive visited, especially around the area near the gas pumps.  The checkout always has long lines, even if the lines do move relatively quickly.  As a result, theres always an elevated level of stress when shopping here.  This is contrary to our typical experience at the Sams Club location in Mechanicsburg, where the parking lot is always wide open and theres never any line at the checkout.  So 1 star off.  That said, Costco has noticeably more selections, especially of ethnic varieties. E.g. Japanese mochi ice cream, Chinese moon cakes, Taiwanese pineapple cakes, Vietnamese instant pho, Korean jerky, French chocolate crepes, Belgium Waffles, etc. You get the point. Its almost sounding like Trader Joes.  Certainly none of these are available at Sams Club.  Items are also more competitively priced, with many items having instant savings at any given time. As a result, we found ourselves always spending more at Costco than at Sams Club.  Costcos rotisserie chicken doesnt taste as good as Sams Clubs, but its hot dog at the cafe beats Sams Club hands down.  Too bad Costco is 12 miles further on the wrong side of the river.

Morning receiving supervisor seems to have an attitude with drivers delivering to this facility (or at least with me). Not sure if he was having a bad morning but professionalism should be put on when punching the clock and everything else should be left at home.

Its always clean in this store. My OCD is never triggered shopping here other than people standing too close in the lines.

Harrisburg Costco is always very crowded every day of the week. You should anticipate parking to be an car incident hazard. Staff was nice and store was very full. If youre going for chlorine tablets, they are about $87 a tub for 37.5 lbs for 3 tablets. Not the best, but considering the fire and the dwindling stock all over for pools, best here as rates go.Hot dog was good. Not sure why they put it in a nearly paper thing brown bag instead of foil. By the time I got back to work my hot dog was a cold dog. :(. Flavor was there though and cant argue with price. But make sure you have hands if you order more than one thing. Otherwise youll lose your plastic utensils and straws like I did. No plastic bags to carry all your things in.

This place is a joke. Refused to sell me my food because guests can only use cash or credit. Only members can use food stamps.Funny how several other locations in the area have never heard of this policy. This was absolutely embarrassing and cost not only my business, but the business of the member who brought me. That same member who proceeded to put a $1,599 gaming computer back on the shelf due to this.Looks like we are gonna renew the Sams club membership after canceling this one we opened just 2 days ago.

Excellent Costco store. Too bad I dont live close to it. Girl at optical center fixed my sunglasses that I bought 3 years ago from another Costco. Crazy busy parking lot, bit very nice store with great selection of stuff we cant get in Jersey.

Costco itself is great. The entrance where you need to cross the people exiting to get a cart is not. The parking area is poorly set up. The checkout lines backed up through the aisles is also poorly set up. Costco should employ a redesign so as to flow customer traffic smoother and reduce frustration.

Photo of halibut at Costco, its very fresh, wild caught and a very reasonable price. I ended up getting Chilean Sea Bass, good price and wild caught as well. We found an incredible oriental marinade recipe online. It dosent overpower the subtle flavor of the fish. If you like this fish, then Costco has a good selection.

I loved the selection of eye wear and the speedy service in filling my prescription glasses. Maria, the young lady in the vision center was so very helpful, kind and professional as she adjusted the eye glasses I had purchased the previous week. Yes I will most definitely recommend the COSTCO Vision Center to friends and family. 😚

Closed my account. Significantly greater cost than Sams club for items I regularly buy. A little better quality than Sams. Should never have bought the $120 plan and agreed with the Citibank credit card. Was told my membership ended August 31 and they strongly suggested I wait for that date to come along. The truth is that I went there at the very end of July to quit them. Further the actual expiration of my membership was August 1. Mid August got bill for $120 from Citi for new year coverage. Went to that store and at least they gave me $120 refund on my non-Costco payment card so I could pay that on my final Citi bill. Thanks Pat for your honesty and no thanks, thumbs down and forget you to the person that told me my account ended at END OF August.

Nice store, clean, organized, some prices are better than Sams Club, some are more expensive than Sams Club. Definitely worth pricing before you buy. The membership is a good deal. The employees are nice and respectful. Checking out isnt so stressful. Overall, a good store.

This Colonial Commons Costco has ok prices but I was there recently and seen how HORRIBLE the middle management treat their staff. A sweet woman who was working very hard was literally berated and made to cry in front of others. This had me so repulsed I almost stepped in. This is not the first time I seen managers there treating the employees like absolute garbage. I heard Walmart treated their employees bad but what I seen at this Colonial Park Costco has me never going back or renewing memberships (plural). Congrats.

The lady at the self check out line is very friendly and quick to come if theres an issue. I have never had to use a regular line because they never have what I need. I like to buy meat from Costco and I dont understand how they never have anything. No ground meat, no chicken breast. I could inserted at the start of the pandemic but not now. I was surprised they had pork chops the other day. I had to travel from Middletown to Lancaster to try that one. It was worth the travel and I was able to stock up for a couple months. I will not be returning to the Harrisburg location.

Costco and its staff are great. The other customers are frustrating. Pay attention to other people trying to shop: dont block an aisle with your cart. Please dont let your little children run around freely, they can get hurt. Finally use rules of the road (U.S. style): stay to the right of the aisle so others can move in the opposite direction and pull over so others can move past you. Generally, be considerate.

Costco is great! Their prices are decent for the amount and size that you get. Lots of variety. Friendly staff!! Large space that isnt crowded. Theres enough ro for EVERYBODY!!

Went in to get prepared meals for my mother in law who just returned home from hip surgery. You cant beat the quality, price and convenience of these meals. Got stuffed peppers, stuffed salmon and meatloaf along with some soups and salads. I usually go to Costco in Apex NC. This one was laid out differently which made the shopping a little slower, but cant fault stores for being different.

I love this store. I shop here once a month for monthly food supplies or every 2 weeks for water. They are always full stocked. The lines arent terribly long and the staff are friendly. The produce is fresh and prices are reasonable.

I like Costco and their gas prices are the best in town! They have some good stuff in their store at good prices too (although I dont always necessarily want to buy in bulk, but thats kind of their thing, haha). The only criticism I will give (and its really more for this store as opposed to the brand itself) is that their parking lot design stinks. With people constantly turning in to the gas station and then people holding other people up trying to turn out onto a somewhat busy road (during business hours at least) and then their parking lot just generally being a zoo, that area (and particularly the entrance right by the gas pumps) is just a car crash waiting to happen.

Ive been a member of Costco for over 20 years. I prefer them to Sams, because of ethics, because of how they treat their employees, and because they say they have healthy choices. I got tired of waiting for them to bring better choices for diabetics, however. Hardly any items are sugar free. The only reason theres been a few lately, is because of the popularity of the keto diet.

Went for the first time and loved it. So many new things to me. We will definitely be going again.

As a new customer, I’m not aware of all the unwritten rules for Costco, like the proper procedure for checking out. The woman handling self-checkout was not helpful and very unpleasant. The receipt-checkers were also less than friendly. Everyone could maybe use a refresher course in customer service?

Today is Friday, May 21 at 8:55 pm. The cashier Lisa, is the worst cashier i have ever seen in every aspect. I had to be part of a discriminatory scene by her part and this should not be tolerated with such a big company as it is Costco. Its was discriminatory because when a couple of old white people before us she was everything good and smiles by her part, then when it was our turn to pay and because we were hispanics and we were talking in spanish everything changed, rushing us with an attitude, blaming us and literally yelling at us for not knowing that they only accepted visa cards and the worst thing is that she pushed my wife when she run around her station supposedly because she miss placed her scanner! When we paid she just dropped out receipt on the counter shaking her head at all times. What kind of BS is this?? You can’t tolerate this!!

So clean and friendly they had absolutely everything I was looking for an absolutely great prices I wasnt looking to buy new eyeglasses but you couldnt beat the prices I got two pairs of eyeglasses less than what I paid for one pair at visionworks

Plenty of carts inside the store. Following Covid protocols with hand sanitizers and distancing throughout the store. Shelves well stocked for a Friday. Store is clean.

Bought Ninja grill as a birthday preset, pulled the box right from the big pallet at the store entrance. Got to the party, opened the box to find the used grill, dirty with oil marks. What a disappointment.Took it back to the Costco, customer service didnt even blink and didn’t offer any apologies or concessions . I guess it is not a first time they resell. :(

I went to the store on Saturday March 21st, expecting mayhem due to the pandemic. What I found was that Costco was completely prepared and it was an enjoyable experience. We were greeted outside by enthusiastic employees, all carts were outside in the sun and were sterilized. We proceeded in an orderly manner, plenty of instructions everywhere to maintain safe distance. Kudos to Costco for putting quantity limits on vital supplies. We found everything on our list and continued experiencing assistance everywhere throughout the store. After checking out, we were even given free daffodils to brighten our day. Thank you for being proactive, conscientious, pleasant, prepared and making our experience and awesome one.

I live here, I get all of my meats and seafood from here.

My 10 year old daughter has a trach and has breathing issues. The family all wear mask and do our best to flow all guidelines. She is not able to wear a mask due to her Condition and we tried to explain and they were rude and we had to leave. It was on the afternoon of 1/30/2021. We go to other Costcos and they of course want everyone to wear mask and they ask a few questions but it is obvious to oberservation she has some major issues and we have never had any other issues. Were not against mask but when you are discriminated against due to a health reason it doesnt feel very good. I am highly displeased. If it wasnt for the fact that Costco up til now has been understanding I would cancel my membership.

I was there on a Saturday before a predicted snow storm. Big mistake! Parking lot was gridlocked. Stood in line forever at customer service just to get a visitors pass. Finally gave up and left. If I rejoin a members-only club again, it will be Sams Club. Never had any problems there.
