A lot of items on sale most of the time. Got a nice suit for 187 dollars and was extremely happy. The staff even went above and beyond and got me a 20% off coupon.

They either need to step up their game and get a bit more contemporary or go full out discount store, they just dont seem to have a style focus.

I found the items I was looking for at a super sale price and of high quality! I will be going back and am sure I will find more items in my size at a very reasonable price without sacrificing quality. Cheers!

Went to look for shirts that I wanted. They did not have them. Two ladies that helped me, couldnt of been nicer. I did not get my shirts. But I did get two very nice employees that made my day !!!!

Went into the store a couple of weeks ago with my husband. He had recently purchased a new wedding ring set for me and it was a little bit too big. Fiona had helped him when he purchased it, and she was very friendly, informative and helpful. She got him a great deal. She also was the one who helped us when we came in together and she was very friendly and helpful.

JC Penney is a great place to shop. I have been a loyal shopper for over 30 years. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I receive coupons in the mail to use on most things I like to buy which saves me money. The store is very clean and organized.

Its just okay. They dont have many cute clothes in juniors.

They had a crock pot priced at $12.99, I took it to the register and it rang up at 22.99. I said it was posted for $12.99. The clerk told me that was the final price after a $10.00 mail in rebate. I told them to keep it.

Nice JC Pennys store. Has a salon and a Sephora section inside. All the normal areas and departments. Friendly staff that work inside. Plenty of parking and plenty of other stores in this shopping complex.

The staff could be more upbeat instead of looking like they just walked in from the grave yard somewhere. However, the store looked nice and it was like pulling teeth asking an associate for customer assistance. I asked the one staff membef if they carried the same shoes in a bigger size she stated that what I saw was all that they carried. So I was about to leave when this guy who oved heard my conversation said to ask another associate who used the handheld device to check and they had them in the back. I was pleased to know that they carried the Shoes. However, the other sales associate could have done the exact same and I wouldve been writing a different review.

It was after Christmas and they had some amazing bargains! I make it a point to talk with every staff member I see and the 4 I asked questions were all very pleasant and helpful! These days youre lucky if you can even find an associate but as soon as I walked in the door I heardHello sir and welcome to Pennys ! This store isnt well lit and Ive been going to this center for over 6 yrs and didnt know it was there! Its at the far end of the plaza and from Target you cant see it! Im happy though and will make this a regular stop!

A clean, bright, friendly, and inviting location. This unit has been remodeled to all of the state-of-the-art accoutrements that JCPenneys offers for their standard retail stores. Thats was friendly and it was an enjoyable experience. Note that the returns department is all the way to the back of building.

JCPenneys really a great company to work for. The General Manager is the right person for the job. The store is clean, the staff is friendly, the selection isnt overwhelming and everyone provides the same level of care and respect for the customer. Nice place to shop and get a warm welcome! Ten thumbs up!!!

They had a great sale (3 dresses for $28!) I like prices like this! This doesnt usually happen there. I guess because of end of the season, they have some good sales! So, this was a good visit.

Its sad. Ive stopped at Jcpenney since 1968. My kids were little and now theyre going out. Not a lot of things left but quality merchandise. I bought a towel set and carpets for my bathroom. They will last long sorry to see them like this. I buy tall stuff. My kids are now 6, 62, 65 so even misses talls

Always clean and organized. At check out, Sheila suggested the best way to save money with coupons. I like the clothing, sales are great too.

The two who helped me with my online return were awesome! The computers were running slow, but they couldnt help that. I appreciated that when they didnt have what I bought on stock to exchange, they worked to right it. They get the stars for good customer service!

I shopped here for an appliance and was amazed at the great deal I got. I stayed under my budget and got an entirely new outfit for my whole house. Range, washer, dryer. I even got fridge that has the water on the door like with the crushed ice! The manager there was great and definitely helped me so I could save that money!!

Purchased items in store but was considered online purchase no cash accepted had to purchase gift cards could only used two forms of payment had to come back to store on next day because I had to contact bank to request purchase limit increase. I was a little frustrated but the sales staff was great bought four appliances altogether purchased two at a time was not eligible for the $300 Visa gift card promotion that was a bummer. Only received $100 offer. Im hoping everything goes well with second delivery the first went smoothly .

A good experience until I checked out.Cashier was rude.....how hard is it to reply when someone talks to you!! It seemed to be painful for her to tell me how much I owed. Customer service skills definitely need to be addressed by management.

Besides some of the annoying sales associates in Sephora, this is a nice store to shop at. Ive worked in retail before, and remember No means No. I definitely respect you have to do your job. However, customers do not want you to follow them around. I love when an associate gives his or her name and lets you know if you have any questions please let them know. Sometimes you come across the associates who had way to much coffee and wants to explain everything about each product. Well thats the experience I had today. Happy shopping!

I keep forgetting that they never seem to have anyone at the online pickup desk in the back of the store. After tracking someone down, we were told that we could have done the pickup at the registers in the front of the store. Fortunately, she took care of us at the online desk and didnt make us go wait in line at the front of the store.

Good sales but otherwise, overpriced merchandise in very sloppy and unorganized clothing departments. I ordered online and opted for store pickup since it was free vs the $7.99 shipping charge. however on the date that I was told my merchandise would be available for pickup, it wasnt available and I was told it would be another 4 days until it would be at the store. This store is not a convenient location for me and I coordinated travel in the area based upon this pickup date. The merchandise was returned without ever being picked up. a total waste of my time

JCPENNEY is not the family friendly bargain store of the past; unless the management take drastic action JCPENNEY may soon fall to the waste bins of history. Customer service definitely needs to improve. Update: My prediction came true. When most businesses become successful most forget it is the customers that spearheaded them to success.

JCPenney in Harrisburg was everything I have ever dreamed of. I felt like Lady Gaga walking down the red carpet as I ventured into the mens department, where high-fashion selections ended up being the price of a 10 piece McNugget (with sweet & sour sauce). The expertise of the associates and management alike was no less impressive than a gazelle gliding through the open safari. Without a doubt, I will be returning to purchase more novelty socks in the near future.
