I really trust these guys they provided me great service on all my vehicles.

Took our daughters car in for a rough idle. Harold told me it needed a throttle body cleaning. Paid $364 for it and it still ran just as rough. No refund or part thereof. Googled the problem, bought a mass airflow sensor for $73 and installed it myself. Ran like new.

Take you car here! My truck broke down on the way back from vacation and the first shop I took it too said it was almost hopeless and couldnt do anything. So I called shop after shop and Walls was the only place who said they could get it in that day and see if they could fix it. Not only did they get it in immediately, but due to some very skillful drilling, they were able to fix the sparkplug hole that was destroyed, saving me thousands

I took my car for inspection and a break job on3/31/21. I was charged a total of $1789.00. 805 in labor and 889.00 for parts. I was grossly over charged. When I googled the pricing I was charged 180% more for parts and labor. I also reviewed my form for the inspection and it clearly states that I paid 1400.00 for all the repairs needed to complete my inspection. I was told all items needed to be completed before inspection. I never mind paying for repairs however being grossly overcharged should be a crime. I will never never use them again. On average it should have been 400.00 for all break work. I was charged 212.08 for parts on the front and 202.08 and back. 257.60 for front rotors 172.85 for rear rotor 86.42 for rear pads front break pads 94.00 oil 91.68. Oil filter 28.91 then I needed a rear upper engine tort 148.48 to pass inspection. Oil change 15.95. They just padded charges. The part that needs to be reviewed is my windshield won’t spray this should have been an inspection issue. Forget the safety and rob the customer.

Be warned!!!... Over priced. 247.00 for alignment a rotation!!!They didnt bother to tell me that the tie rod ends are worn out. Now we have to fix that and get another alignment. I feel we were taken advantage of and essentially ripped off. An alignment is no good when the front end parts are worn out. a phone call from a qualified tech would have been nice prior to doing the alignment. They are either incompetant or on the shady side, I havnt decided which one.

Had an alignment done here. They did a good job. No problems. The cost seemed a little high. Thats the only reason I didnt add more stars.

So had them do two jobs on my Jeep. The first being that I needed my A/C fixed because it was the middle of august and I wasnt having that. The second being I had a mysterious coolant leak and about every week I had to add coolant. They fixed the first, however the latter was where there is some question to their credibility. They said they needed to replace a radiator. Charged me 800 for it as well. Found out it was a head gasket gone bad. I feel as if they shouldve known that seeing that they have the word Pro in their name.

Walls is awesome. Harold and his team always take care of me and my family. Repairs are timely and reasonably priced. The mechanics and staff are all great at listening to my concerns and following through with requests. I will continue using this shop for my repairs.

I came to this establishment because the clutch on my 1990 BMW was not responding. The mechanic and owner looked my car over and told me that I needed a new hydraulics tank. They charged me $300 for a new tank which I paid and thanked them for the service. 7 months later my clutch is again not responding. So I take a look at my car manual, which I should have done the first time, and learned that the “hydraulics tank” they said they replaced was nonexistent. The clutch slave cylinder holds both the brake fluid and clutch fluid in my model and all I needed was brake fluid. They even held my car for a few days to make it seem like they had put in real hours. They basically conned me out of $300. Lesson learned.

DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. I don’t know how these people have such good reviews (they must be fake accounts) the receptionist I dealt with tonight was one of the worst customer service I’ve ever received. She’s extremely rude and unpleasant to deal with. I needed some work done on my car, spoke to Harold (the owner) and he gave me a price for labor and parts ($600) he seemed super nice over the phone, but he is not a man of his word. When I showed up to pick the car up just two days later (super fast, which I thought was awesome) the receptionist told me my balance was nearly $800 I informed her that Harold had just spoke to me two days prior and gave me the $600 price, so she called him and he refused to honor the price he gave me initially. Had I known the price was going to change I would have picked a different shop. I will be sure to advise all friends and family to avoid this place at all cost.

Ive had a hard time finding a trustworthy mechanic that has fair prices. Im so grateful that I found pro alignment and walls auto repair! I have taken my car there twice now and both times they got my car into the shop and fixed the same day I called. They took great care of me and my car both times and the prices were very reasonable. It feels nice to know I now have a mechanic that I can go to whenever I need them and Ill be properly taken care of.

Away from home my daughter had some serious car trouble. Walls was recommended and they took care of the car and my daughter-giving her a ride back to her home. Harold was awesome--owe them much more than I paid, which was also a very fair and reasonable price!

Nice place. Took my SUV in to replace the fuel level sensor and they did just that. No extra stuff at all and they did push anything that was not needed. People are nice and very informative. When I got my SUV back I thought the sensor wasn’t working. They took it back with no questions and looked at their work to make sure everything was working properly. Thank you to everyone at Walls for the work. If you are looking to get your vehicle serviced test this place out. It worked for me.

Communication and workmanship were excellent. I have a 10-year old SUV that gets a lot of wear. I contacted Walls for alignment issues and to run a diagnostic test on the check engine light, after I had noticed some issues with low power and fuel smell. They responded promptly to my initial call to setup an appointment, and got back to me very quickly with a quote for the work. I was able to get just about all of the work done the same day, the only exception being a more complicated job that I decided to wait on. I really appreciated the friendly, helpful staff. Parts and labor prices were reasonable for the work done. Would definitely recommend this mechanic!

Update: since writing my original review Ive had nothing but horrible experiences at this shop. Harold had seemed to be the only real good part of the shop and since then has fallen short. Ive been overcharged for work that was quoted to me (after the work had already been completed); when I called the shop Harold said he would figure out what happened and get back to me and then stopped returning my phone calls. They did a water pump job on my car and didnt reseal the valve cover gasket appropriately so now its leaking oil and needs to be pulled back apart. They left an absurd amount of oil on my 400$ white steering wheel TWICE, and honestly I wont ever take my car back. Please avoid this shop.If youre looking for an alignment (or any service for that matter) DEFINITELY come to this shop! I work on my own car and have an entire family/group of friends back home that work on cars so I am always very hesitant to take my car to a shop (especially being female) because lots of shops will falsify things and try to charge you more than they need to if you dont know what youre talking about. I needed an alignment after getting 4 new tires this winter and have gone to/called over 10 different shops (none of which would align my car because its lowered). When I called and talked to Harold he assured me they would be able to do it. I came by the next day and sure enough they put my car up on their rack and aligned it perfectly!!!! They also let me know that my back wheel bearing was going bad and would need to be replaced soon and gave me a very reasonable quote on it. The ENTIRE staff talked to me very respectfully and recognized that I had decent knowledge about cars and was very friendly. I would absolutely send anyone here to get ANYTHING worked on! This is hands down the best service Ive ever received at any automotive shop!!!! I will definitely return!

These guys are always friendly, prompt, and honest. Theyll tell you what to prioritize as far as maintenance and repair and their prices are fair. I highly recommend using this shop!

I brought my 2004 Mercedes SLK AMG here to replace the lowering springs on it and return it to stock. I’m a mechanic by trade and I typically do all my own maintenance, but there’s a special tool for these that no one else in the area had. Long story short they were able to do the job and align it quickly. All for less than 1/3 of the price the dealer was going to charge just to replace the springs. Im a car guy and these guys are legit mechanics. You will not be disappointed.

Dont go anywhere else for tires! Pro Alignment offers VERY competitive prices for tires and labor with a great selection. Unfortunately, in order to save money on insurance theyve had to stop installing customer-provided parts. Hard to really fault them for it, but parts at auto shops always have a huge markup. Nonetheless, Id recommend Pro Alignment for any routine maintenance your car may need.

Engine Overheated, had my vehicle towed here winging that they would do walk-ins (they did) and they showed up 30 minutes prior to their posted schedule and were all incredibly helpful in making sure both me and my vehicle were taken care of.Would completely recommend and revisit if I was a local.

Took my car in for a thermostat replacement ( 2 bolts easy job). They called me back later saying they couldnt replace it because of a stripped bolt!A stripped bolt!!Claimed they couldnt find a replacement part it the bolt broke???? In all my years, I have never heard of such a thing! If they cant do a simple job like replacing a thermostat I certainly wouldnt trust them to do anything else.

Do not go here. I made this mistake. I go in for a 4 wheel alignment. They did a front end alignment. They told me i didnt have an alignment issue and what i had was a tire pull. I know the issue is alignment not a tire pull because i had already thought the same thing and swapped what sides the tires were on. If it was indeed a tire pull it would have pulled the other direction after this and it didnt do that. If the problem was related to air pressure in the tires then it would be either wearing in the center or on both sides not just one side. Side note i hit a pothole going 80mph down I64 and it busted my rim all the way around. The problem started immeadiatly after this. So how in the world is the alignment ok?

They told me 900.00 to fix a break issues the front office manger is rude. I picked up my car and is fixed 94.00. Dont take your car here scam artist

Tried to up sell alot on a vehicle in for simple oil change and fluid check. Didnt even change oil filter. Was left in the car unopened and sealed. Poor service and neglect of leading a reliable business for the community.

When I call to schedule an appointment, I expect the business to keep that slot open and not force the customer to wait for an opening... that would be called a walk in customer...I called a day prior to schedule an appointment at 2pm, becky said it would be 30 mins and $30, which is fine because I saw the good google reviews and was willing to pay a little extra. We get there, they are friendly but my car sat in the parking lot for an hour while I fell asleep in the lobby from bordem. I finally decided to go walk around outside and came back 30 mins later, becky tells me that my car is finally on the lift but they dont have the oil my car needs and they already drained my car. So I had to choose between switching to synthetic oil or waiting until they can get a blend in from another store an hour away. They finally finished at 4 pm and they tried to charge me $61. I was not okay with that and they agreed to $35. I wont be going here again.

Whatever I say just wont be enough to say how good you are.

I asked Harold to fix EVERYTHING in my car. I left the car with them for about a week and Im experiencing some of the same problems as before. I called back to have the remaining items repaired and they never responded to my calls. Friendly none the less, yet they did not get the job done.
