I was seen at the last minute at the close of business, and was fit in the first thing the next morning. The technician was knowledgeable, friendly, and was willing to listen to my inputs. He quickly diagnosed the problem, and recommended an appropriate course of action. I was kept informed every step of the way on what was being done to me car, and the repairs were completed in a timely fashion.I not only will continue to use the shop, I will recommend it to anyone who need help with their vehicle!

I was satisfied with the service, although I was surprised that my front brake job actually cost more than my rear brake job which I had done at the dealership 2 months ago. Later, when I was reviewing my report and bill I noticed the bill was even $40 higher than what they had quoted. Then I saw they charged $39.82 for “Shop Supplies”. Sneaky!! Should be illegal. Will stick with the dealer from now on.

The professionalism of the first Custer Service Rep. was great and friendly. The second rep seemed unaware of my situation (by not reviewing my case before speaking with me). The worst part of the service was that we only needed a tow for 6 miles yet the driver was scheduled to arrive at 1:18 but showed up at 3:00. We had been waiting since 11:15.

Car went hot while traveling in Charlotte,NC. One of my radiator hoses burst. Meineke inCharlotte did just enough to get me home. Exactly a week later car ran hot again and I sent car to Hampton location (my normal location) to find out my thermostats need to replace and other things. The men at Hampton location made sure I understood what was going on with my car and the cost. They advised me of payment options to get my car repaired.I really appreciate them! I feel like a have a group of uncles at the Hampton location! And they took great care of their niece.

Went in for a scheduled oil change, was informed it couldnt be done due to a timing housing leak. Was shown exactly what was wrong and the cost of repair. They still filled my truck with over 4 quarts of oil. Very knowledgeable and informative. Wish the speed was faster, but hey you cant have everything.

I took my vehicle in for emergency care. They were very friendly and able to get me in their shop that day. They replaced the water pump, thermostat, and belts. They flushed the power steering fluid. When I left the shop I could only make it a few miles before all of my power steering fluid leaked out. The power steering situation was worse than when I brought it to them.

Went for an inspection! Then had to make an appointment. They had my vehicle for like three or four hours. When I came to pick it up they told me it had leaked oil and they had to replace the oil, 5 quarts. I feel like that’s a terrible lie, if a vehicle was being worked on and it lost 5 quarts of oil onto the ground, I would think that they would want to be paid for the 5 quarts of oil they put back. Since that time my vehicle has not dropped any oil. Just don’t believe that story and so I will not be a returning customer.

I originally dropped my Blueberry(2006 Honda Accord) off for State Inspection. Nemo was professional and helpful in explaining the digital experience. When I received the text and email with the digital breakdown I called and Nemo went over the results with me. My wiper blades had a rip easy fix I had them in my trunk forgot to replace them!! Nemo complemented me on the overall condition of my baby which has 208300+ miles on her. Then we got down to what was needed Cv Axle, oil change, Coolant was low. There are many places to get these services done on Mercury blvd. However because of the great guest experience I received from Nemo I chose to have the work done. I will continue to take Blueberry there for her scheduled maintenance. Thank you Nemo and staff!!

It was ok. The guy, Nemo was cool and I appreciated his customer service but the report I recieved for my road trip inspection was incorrect and car maintenance is too expensive to be being told several things are wrong when they arent. I took my car to a mechanic after being told 2 of my tires were shot, both rear rotors and brakes. The mechanic told me only one tire and one brake pad was worn and needed replacing. No additional tires, no rotors, and all that. I got my car inspected the next day and both the inspector and the mechanic said meineke was way off. Please tell ppl what they need not a bunch of extras... its still pandemic effects going on, cant afford shenanigans.

I had an appointment for 3pm and arrived on time only to sit until almost 3:30 pm before my vehicle was even drove to the back. The ceiling inside the waiting area were exposed, and seemed as if they were repairing a leak, the bathroom was very clean with watered down soap. The waiting chairs were also very comfortable. The cashier was also very polite when speaking with me. My biggest disappointment I had was just that I waisted my time making an appointment to wait as if I walked in. Also I had to reset my own oil change notifications but with jiffy lube it was always done for me.

I can only speak highly of the staff and services here! Nemo is such a friendly presence. He walked me through the process and helped me figure out my coupon. Ray explained in detail what was wrong, what parts were needed, how to fix it, how long it would take, etc. I dont know much about cars but he did a good job keeping me in the loop. My Fiat 500 was handled with care and I will definitely be returning.

Where to start? I had an 8:00 AM appointment for an oil change, but my car didnt get serviced until 10:00. The reason for the delay was inspections. Not their fault, they told me when I made the appointment that they were required to take inspections first. My biggest mistake was making the appointment two days after the New Year.The employees I talked with were very helpful and knowledgeable. I have no problems coming back here again. I recommend them

The Meineke team performed a mandatory state inspection for my car. I called last week and they informed me that I needed to make an appointment. I arrived at 7:30 and the gentleman at the front desk received me. He explained that it was going to be a while as State Inspections have been taking a while during the pandemic. He was right. I waited for more than 2 hours. What I appreciated is that when the inspection was completed, they sent me a link to my inspection report. Although it wasn’t 100% clear to me that it had passed inspection, it was a thorough, detailed report on what they inspected, what needed attention immediately, and what they recommended needed attention. It even included pictures and videos. I thought that was very valuable information.I appreciated their professionalism. Even the facilities were clean! As a matter of fact, during my 2+ hours there, there was a service that brought in clean, fresh floor mats for the entryway (I think the name was Cintas). I was pleasantly surprised that the store management put so much thought into the overall care and appearance of the store. That speaks volumes to me.Overall, I had a pleasant albeit long experience at this meineke location and I will be going back.Thank you!

I brought my car in for a state inspection and my first contact was with Nemo. I thought he was very nice, and professional. My car did fail due to my fog light being out. Although the price they were trying to charge me was absolutely ridiculous for a small fog light, I ended up taking my car somewhere else to get it fixed. But when I returned to Meineke after getting my light replaced, I was helped right away. The manager that was there was very professional and kind and made sure I was out the door in a reasonable time to make it to work On time. My car passed and I got my sticker. I give them 5 Stars:

I wish I could give this business negative stars I took my truck in on Monday the 5th I was told I would receive pictures texted to me I never recite them I heard nothing back until I called then I was pressed to buy a tire Firestone told me I don’t need after I told them no 5 times then I was told oh yeah we gotta put it on a diagnostic I said for brakes that’s for when your check engine lights on I was told we will keep u in the loop I never heard back then I called the next day and was told my truck would be ready in the afternoon but when afternoon came I called again and the parts supposedly never came so I called again the next day and it was bad Pitt but they we’re going to Richmond to get supposedly they went and got it but they still couldn’t fix it and said maybe it’s your abs not one abs light ever came on until they had it so I get may car towed from there to brake king and the first thing I’m asked after they inspected it was did someone else work on your car because they contaminated your master cylinder we have no idea what fluid they put in it that destroyed your abs system and the price they totaled me to fix system cylinder and all still will be 300 less than meineke kept trying to charge I will definitely pursue legal action to get the money back I’m paying for their mistakes my honest advice avoid this place at all cost

I went to 5 other places and was turned away for a tire repair that I needed done soon on my daughters car. They were very professional, polite and were able to look at my tire within an hour, thank goodness. Their shop sent me pictures as I was in the waiting room of what they foilund in the tire. Impressed! Had to wait until the next day as it was an uncommon tire, but when I went back the next day, they changed it out quickly. Darn good service! Will see them again if I need anything done.

This place was VERY unprofessional. The Caucasian man at the front desk was very rude when I was asking him questions about the text they sent me in reference to my car. The message said inspection and this list of other things. Inspection stuck out to me so I asked him did y’all inspect my car because all I asked for was an oil change. He didn’t even let me complete my sentence he cut me off saying “NO we do those things anytime we service any car” real rude and nasty like. I tried to explain to him oh I wasn’t sure because I saw the word inspection. I just needed clarity. At the time my car was ready and I was paying for my oil change the black man asked me who normally services my car. I say Kia but they are booked for a couple weeks. He proceeds to say you know this is car service shop. At this point I’m confused. So I say yes I’m here because I needed an oil change ASAP. He reiterates his statement above. (This whole time he is calling me by my first name which is so unprofessional) I proceeded to say “ so what you’re telling me it’s a problem for y’all do give me an oil change? He says basically yes with new management we really not making a profit off of oil changes. And every time you come here we always tell you what’s wrong with your vehicle and then you go and take it somewhere else and get it fixed rather than having it done here. You even did that with your old vehicle. I told him that is not true I have had this vehicle for 3 years and this is the 2nd Time I have ever came here for an oil change. And I have never had any issues with my old vehicle so yeah I never told me anything and I took it elsewhere to get it fixed. I asked him what issues I had with my all vehicle he couldn’t even tell me. I feel like if oil changes are not profitable than it should not be on the list of services that Meineke has to offer. I would never return to this place again and spend my money on an oil change or money or anything else. I DONT recommend this place to anyone. I seen them turn so many people away while I was sitting there waiting for my vehicle people who had appointments. Sounded like to me they just didn’t want to do the services but they made up excuses about people calling out so they didn’t have as much help as needed.

The service I received was excellent in every way.It was timely and efficient,they even arranged financial services to pay for the extensive repairs.I went to other so called break specialist but it only cost more damage.This company found the mistakes made by others and corrected the problems within a few hours,and I was approved for financing within 20 minutes,and thats impressive to me because I cant even by a piece of gum on credit.I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

Long review... but this place is amazing! I know nothing about cars but I knew my brakes needed replacing. I called around for quotes and this place didn’t give me one (for a good reason). Instead they said ‘let’s look to make sure there’s nothing else wrong that could contribute to this so it’s done properly.’ Win! I’m going to Meineke. Back in Minnesota, my mechanic was very personable. He would pull me in and show me exactly what was going on and explain everything in a way it made sense to me. You don’t see that often. But here, Ray did it! He did a ‘show and tell’ so I could see what the issue was and what he did to repair it. It was great!! They use an iPad to connect with you as well so you can see with pictures what’s wrong as they do an inspection. I HIGHLY recommend these guys. They are super knowledgeable, kind and professional. I’ll be back!

I was told by one employee that it would be $1300 to get my car back on the road, and then once those repairs were done, told by another that it would cost an additional $3000. Was told youll get it back on the road, but it wont get far! Which was true, my car cut off 7 times on my ride from the shop to my house. When that money is being spent, I believe it needs to be clear communication on expectations rather than bleeding a customer dry for his money.

I’ve been a meineke customer since I began driving back in ‘10. My mom has been a loyal customer far before that and never have we had the issues that we ran into this past Monday. I dropped my car off Friday for two tires an alignment and an inspection. They had to order the tires so I had to wait until Monday to pick my car up. Monday comes and I realize that I have misplaced my meineke credit card. My mother and I share it so I knew she had a copy to the same account and asked her to call and make the payment on my behalf. They refused the payment over the phone stating that I had to bring my card and ID in person in order to make the payment. Since when?!?! In the middle of a pandemic?! Only in person payments?! We offer to take a picture of the card and my mothers ID to confirm her identity. Her name is also on my car deed so it’s not like it was some random person calling in. They refused stating that there was no way for them to manually enter the information.( she lives hours away and is also unable to come in person). Initially upon arrival they raved about being a digital only shop. Sending my pictures and updates via text messages. But can’t take payments over the phone?? I’ve done this with countless other location meineke or other with absolutely no issues. We had to over night a replacement card as I did not have $700 to spend on car repairs out of pocket. My new card was due to arrive 12/23 Wednesday of that same week . I called to advise and keep the shop in the loop and the person who answered stated “ why don’t I just get the money out of the bank?”. How insensitive!!?! If I could simply get the money out of the bank there would be not issue!!!!! The employee followed that dumb question up by stating that starting on 12/24 they would have to start charging me $55 per day each day as a “storage fee”. Are you kidding me?!?! They don’t open back up until the following Monday after Christmas even though the website states they should be open on Saturdays. That would be an additional $250 added to my already unaffordable bill. $250 extra because they REFUSE to take the payment over the phone?!?! I have never had an issue making a payment over the phone. And in the middle of a pandemic conveniently they cant take payments over the phone and I HAVE to come in person? I truly feel like my mother and I (also a woman) were being played. Thankfully a Christmas miracle and Jesus Christ himself allowed my replacement card to come in and I was able to get the car paid for and out of the shop before they closed for the Christmas holiday. I will NEVER return to this shop. Though they are super close to my home, customer service skills and empathy are imperative for me to spend my hard earned money at an establishment. Both of which this location and its employees clearly lack. I also submitted a complaint to corporate. Beware if using this shop!! They will treat you distrustingly and make an already tough situation even harder with no regard to situational circumstances. To add insult to injury they did not even swipe the credit card when I went through all of that to make the payment and have it physically present . He simply pushed a few buttons in the system to make the payment. So clearly all that talk about it being unable to be done manually was complete BULL.I truly feel like they were just trying to get extra $$ and take advantage. A disgrace. The only reason I have any stars is because the work they did on my car seems to be ok. I’ve only had it a few hours and will update if there are any issues.

I have had more troubles with my car than I’d like. I’ve taken it multiple times to the dealership (under warranty) and after they “fix” the problem, within a month I’m back. I came in because my air wasn’t working and Nemo was so helpful and informative! They did a state inspection and found a major issue with my power steering and pump. Thankfully they took my warranty and were able to fix it and my air! I’m so glad they caught it because it could have been really dangerous situation. I never felt like they were trying to pull the wool over my eyes, I always felt like they were being upfront and honest with me. When everything was fixed, after I paid a couple hours later called because he charged me the wrong price and wanted to correct his mistake and credit the money back to my card. I was very impressed with them and highly recommend taking your car there

I received pictures of all the parts of the car being checked as well as recommendations on things to upkeep and keep an eye on. Top notch service, military friendly with a discount as well. Highly recommend this place for any car needs, definitely headed back in the future for any other issues.

I would never leave a review when it comes to my car 🚗 but this is my first time ever using this company. My car really needed some long over due maintenance. What I truly like about their service is they took photos of the concerns and I could get a visual of what needed to be done. Originally came in for oil change. Left out with other maintenance and my car actually is driving significantly better. The cost of fixing it was high but luckily they had a program I was able to use to get what I needed. Thanks 🙏

Ray, not sure if he was the owner or manager, but he was very friendly and very professional. The inspection was done quickly and I was provided with photos of what was inspected. I will definitely use Meinekie again.

Everytime I go to the shop Ray, Nemo, and the crew always treat me like family! They are honest, professional, and very easy to work with! Last night, I got a flat tire on the ride home. I spent the night tossing and turning, worrying about how much of a headache the repair was going to be. This morning, I called the store and Ray looked up my account, verified that I had hazard coverage on my tires, outlined how simple the process would be and that it would be about $60 to replace the tire instead $260 without the coverage! When I got off the phone, I proceeded to swap out the flat for a doughnut, only to realize that I didnt have a jack. I called the shop again and got Nemo on the line, and he informed me that as a Meineke Rewards member, I have free towing within 5 miles of a shop. I called the number, got a ride to the shop and they got everything squared away all in time for me to get breakfast and still be at work on time! This was just one of many times that these guys have saved the day for me, and I highly recommend them to everyone I can! All that to say 1) this is the place for all of your car repair needs and 2) always invest in hazard coverage for your tires!

Ray and the technician I spoke with were very nice and helpful. They were the only good thing about my experience with this location. Nemo was condescending and lied to me on several occasions. Do yourself a favor and go to Firestone. They are amazing and wont cost as much for high quality service.
