I usually dont do reviews but they deserve credit where credit is due. Took the car here a few weeks ago. They quickly diagnosed the problem and called with a reasonable estimate. The repair was completed the next day. I am always critical because of bad past experience with repair shops. Typically there will be a few greasy finger prints here and there especially on the hood and where repair was. To my surprise, it appears the entire engine compartment was wiped clean! To top it off, the car has been washed!! I happened to be in it the next day and noticed an unfamiliar window sticker. They threw in a free oil change and never said a word!! Just a free service they threw in and waited for me to notice the smiley sticker. I have always had a hard time trusting any mechanic. Not anymore! THIS IS MORE THAN 5 STAR SERVICE!!

Came in thinking I needed new brakes...this was not the case! Jack took care of me and told me the truth! Also took care of some other things (nail in the tire and oil change) while he had it in the shop. Super reasonable prices. My parents use him and now I will continue to drive from Cincinnati when I can to have him complete any repair I need. Hard to find a trustworthy mechanic!

Jack Johnston, the owner/operator of Milex Complete Auto Care in Greenwood, is one of the most honest, skilled mechanics I have ever met. Hes EXCELLENT at diagnostics (he doesnt just throw parts at the problem and HOPE it fixes it). Hes worked on every one of my cars and Ive never had to take anything back to him a second time because it wasnt fixed right the first time. He will spend the time needed with your vehicle to properly diagnose the issue and he tends to charge a third to a half of what everyone else is charging. He doesnt fix things that arent broken, and hes never been wrong concerning what was wrong with any of my vehicles - not once. Im sorry I ever went anywhere else. Go see him.

Went to get lights fixed took truck back fiddled with the dimmer switch and they came on nothing wrong lol. Wasnt charged a penny. 10/10 will return.
