Experienced issues with my truck after having the oil changed. The mechanic broke the plate under my truck that covers the oil plug/pan right in front of me. It wasnt fixed or replaced. They didnt put enough oil in and now my truck has a knock in the engine. They told me my truck is older and a piece of junk, what did I expect from them. I have a very good condition, clean, 2006 Chevy trailblazer. Now I may have to have a new engine.I will NEVER recommend or be going back here. Stetson is a lair.

Stetson and his team did a superior job with our family vehicle. He created an atmosphere of trust, and treated us with respect and kindness. We took our Toyota Rav 4 in for a brake inspection, and his team took extra care to double check the work they had completed was correct. We will only be going to Firestone from now on for our automotive needs.

Greg was the only one that made sure my car was done right. had to take it back two times after my original tune up because it wasn’t running right. Greg made sure it was done right. The other guy inside, older guy with glasses,, think his name was rich but he didn’t have a name tag on, was the opposite of friendly. I will only work with greg if i go back.

This location does good, quality work. But, they take forever to complete the task. I had a nail in one of my tires, and Firestone patched it. This took about an hour. Within a week the same tire was leaking air. Made an appointment for them to check the patch at 11:00am. It wasn’t until past noon they pulled my vehicle into the garage. Once the problem was diagnosed, it took them another hour to make the necessary repairs. So, with an appointment, it still took two hours… to replace two valve stems! Either drop off your vehicle or bring your iPad and lunch to make your wait more comfortable!

TL;DR: Bad experience, blatantly lied to and had vehicle sabotaged.Took in my SUV for an alignment, they came back failing to fully complete the work and gave me a story about how the struts had to be elongated and how its not commonly done.Service manual for the vehicle disagreed and they took the truck back in the next day and performed the alignment correctly, however, the relays for the radiator fan (2 total: one for high speed, and one for low) were found missing after the work was performed.All in all not recommended.

The work is good quality. Poor customer service and integrity, set an appointment but failed to get to the car for over an hour for a minor repair that takes 15min. After which service agent was arrogant and tried upselling something completely unnecessary on a brand new vehicle, guess he thought me being young he’d get the sale, don’t recommend this location.

Frustrating experience. I dropped my car off to have the tires replaced on 3/21/21. Almost immediately after picking up the car, the “Tire Pressure Sensor Fault” warning displayed on the gauge cluster. I gave it some time to go out thinking it was just due to the tires being replaced. After a little over a week of it not going out, I called the store and told the sales lady the situation and asked if I could drop the car off with them to check it out. I go in to drop my car and of course the lady I spoke to wasn’t there. I explain the situation to the salesman at the counter. Without any proper salesmanship skills, he jumps in head first asking “did the lady you spoke with go over any pricing with you?” After just dropping slightly less than a grand on Bridgestone tires, I was expecting that Firestone would work with me on making the problem right. Instead the salesman calls me saying that the right rear tire pressure sensor was bad. It’s interesting that there was nothing wrong with the sensor BEFORE I had the tires replaced.Moral of the story; customer service was horrible and I feel that I was charged to replace something that more than likely damaged during the installation process of my tires. I highly doubt Firestone will do anything to make this right after writing this review, but for anyone reading this please shop around and search for a place who WANTS your business and will treat you properly!

I’m not one to usually post reviews (good or bad ) but I felt their service this week definitely deserved one. I had an appointment scheduled with meinke car care for over a week due to us leaving town and wanted an oil change and car care check. Meinke canceled my appointment on me day of, and didn’t tell me til I walked in the door. Firestone fit my car in for an oil change and car care check. Found out I needed some new break pads on the rear and had a leak on the ride side shock system . Had everything fixed, aligned, and driving better than ever in less than 24 hours and explained and showed me everything before moving forward. Price was even less than what was spoken about over phone because they applied coupons for me. Just had a care check and oil change done a month ago at meinke and they some how deemed everything “perfect” even when it wasn’t. A huge thank you and shout out to Firestone for being bad*** this week .

Came in for a basic inspection thinking that I had major suspension damage due to severe hopping in my front end. The experienced crew tracked the problem down to broken belts in 3 tires and saved me a ton of money. Not only did they fix my 04 pontiac gto quickly, they did not try to sell me parts I did not need. Highly recommend and will be going back.

I took it in and got my control arms and tire rod ends replaced. The next day, I noticed that when I turned right, my tire was rubbing.. soo I took it back and told them about it. They told me my cradle arm suspension was rusting out and Id have to get it replaced. So I told them to go ahead and do it. When I get my car back, the tire is still rubbing so I take it back and tell them.. then they tell me that they think my frame is bent and I would have to take it to a collision repair to fix it. So I paid 1600 for them to repair my suspension WHEN IT WASNT EVEN THE PROBLEM. I now owe them over $3500, after this theyll never see another penny from me again.

Do not give Firestone your business, use Greenes Auto in Greenwood. I paid them $950 to replace my water pump and a little over a year later, it was out again (supposed to last 100,000 or so). They wanted to charge me $450 JUST for labor and were more concerned about my warranty being up rather than fixing their shotty work. Greenes is charging me $500 out the door for everything. Firestone is over priced and the customer service was awful when I called. Not to mention, after spending nearly a grand, they left me with a faulty part.

I scheduled my appointment with Rich. He had to have my tires transfered from the Speedway store and he did so. I went in the following day and dropped off our Jeep and was promptly greeted by Rich. I left the Jeep, because it was a Saturday and they were busy. They called a short time later and advised me on a few things they found needing attention on the multi-point inspection. Things I knew needed attention, but had forgotten about. I approved the work and a couple hours later, our Jeep was ready. The bill was less than I was quoted. The work that was performed was perfect. Shout out to Rich and the entire team at this Firestone location. I will be back.

Good experience with Emily and her Team. I needed to get my TPMS sensors programmed and turns out the wheels I had didn’t have the right frequency. I was about due for tires any ways so I just went ahead and had them order some tires for me and had them mount and balance them.I get home and find that there were several gashes out of my brand new rims from their balance machine, I took it in and showed their manager and he owned up to it right away and made it right. He’s getting all my rims repaired. Although they made a mistake, they made it right. Will go back again.

They WILL take advantage of you here. They charged me almost $400 to replace a coolant reservoir on my chevy sonic. After googling it, a coolant reservoir itself costing $20 and in hindsight something myself, with zero mechanical experience could’ve easily replaced. After paying to have that replaced I have had multiple issues after.

Was headed out of town already on the interstate in my brand new 2021 & got a flat. That in itself was very upsetting as my car was just a week old. We turned to the closest place & was very pleased with their service & how quickly they got us in & out of there.

Wonderful people working here. They know their stuff & treat each employee like they know them personally. I will 100% recommend this Firestone to anyone in the area!

Fantastic customer service, I had a small repair need a half hour before closing and they still took care of me. Very patient and empathetic staff, if management and staff are what makes or breaks this type of franchised repair shop -- this is the location to come to!

After driving 80 miles, I arrived at Community South cancer center to find that my car had a flat tire. During my husbands cancer treatment I took my car to Greenwood Firestone. I was greeted by Dylan, who was kind, respectful and very helpful. He explained everything in detail on how they could fix the flat tire. Van my technician had that flat tire fixed in lightning speed. I was able to make it back to the cancer center before my husband was done with his treatment.

My husbands truck was brought in on a Saturday and they never called to say it was done we drove up there to find his truck done nobody was there to give us our keys we never received a phone call and the truck had to sit there all night and to top it off they also left his doors unlocked we had to lock it before we left wouldnt recommend this place

Great and friendly service associates, the reason for a 3 is a long wait. We set an appointment at 12:00, we showed up at 11:45, and did not leave until 3:30. They did not have the correct items for a diesel oil change, which online it says they do diesel oil changes. So either they just simply ran out of stock or it was not ordered. Will probably go back, I will just make sure they have everything on hand next time.

We have always received good service there. If something isnt right they will make it right. When I picked up our car this time I noticed a grease stain on the drivers seat. They took the time right then to clean it.

We take our vehicles here for everything. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. My son had to take his car there on a Sunday and was able to have it fixed the same day! Not only did they communicate the issues with my son who owns the car, but also me due to the severity of issues.

Took my car in for an oil change and tune up and my trans went out. The trans place found an odd amount of metal shavings and debris when my internals were ok, but trashed them anyhow due to debris. Ive spent alot of money with Firestone and my trans was fine till they did this. Tried calling and they gave me the run around so 6800 later Im screwed because Firestone did something sketchy. Thanks yall never again will you see me or anyone I know.

I took my dodge journey into them cuz i had a bolt in my tire. They told me that they couldnt do it cuz where it was placed. I took it to my dad and he did it with no issues. I will never go back to them again.

My car is a problem child so it needs a lot of attention, love and a good fixin. I have taken it to many many many many mechanics throughout the years and even a couple of other Firestone Complete stores around Indianapolis. This particular store is by far the best Absolute Best that I have ever experienced! I not only take my vehicle there any time it needs something, now my boyfriend takes his there and I recommend it to anybody and everybody who needs anything From an oil change, tires, a once-over, ANYTHING. They are my choice store, everyone who works there is fantastic,friendly, and can no doubt find somebody who can tell you what is going on when theyre not sure, admittedly - without faking or lying through their teeth.

The person answering the phone was the nicest person. He put me at ease was very nice and knowledgeable. They got my car in right away. Explained what might be the problem. Then received phone call letting me know what was happening. Then received a call when finished.

I took my truck in to have a check-up and potentially get a large amount of work done. Miranda listed to my concerns, questions and walked through my list of believed problems with the truck. She was very upfront and honest about the work that could potentially be done, the time that the truck would be in the shop and the nature of the repairs.After the truck was inspected, Brian faxed me a list of everything they found and everything I wanted them to check. He patiently went through the list with me and explained in detail what work was critical, what would should be done and what work could wait until later. He was very knowledgeable regarding the exact condition of each item inspected and wasnt just reading from a condition assessment. Very impressed with this.The vehicle was ready 1 day earlier than expected and upon picking it up, I found that the drivers side door lock wasnt functioning. I immediately called the store back and Stetson said I could bring it back in and he would take care of me. Stetson listened to my concerns regarding the door lock not functioning, said they would fix it at no cost and provide additional services at a discounted rate to account for the inconvenience of bringing the truck back a second time.After Stetson and Tony discussed, they called me and informed me that the door wasnt damaged, just seized up, and applying some lubricant fixed the issue. Very glad to hear that it was not damaged. In addition to correcting the issue, they provided me additional services (that I could not afford the first time around) at an exceptionally lower cost to make up for the inconvenience. Very very pleased with the level of effort they put in to make sure I was satisfied and there were no hard feelings about the inconvenience.Overall, the entire Firestone team did great work on the truck and executed prompt and ample customer service on a level that is hard to find these days. I would highly recommend that anyone have their vehicle serviced at this location.

Went to this Firestone because we had errands to run, we normally go to a different one on East street and have never had a problem. I wanted a simple oil change. Not only did they put full synthetic in it but claimed i requested it...what? When i got home we noticed oil leaking under my truck, it has never ever leaked a drop of oil. Took it back to them the next day and they proceed to give me an estimate of over 1200 to repair a blown oil gasket. Their corporate people could be heard laughing in the background when i requested they make things right as I am sure the full synthetic oil they put in my truck caused the problem. To rub salt in the wound they send me a 70.00 bill for the oil change. My truck was down for 2 weeks and my disabled wife had to do without a car as i had to use hers until I had the money and time to repair my truck. The girl at the front desk swore I ask for full synthetic and no I did not I said use whatever you guys have always used in my truck, I have never used synthetic, I had 7 years of oil change history right there in their records. Pretty sure she is lying to save her own butt instead of admitting a mistake thus costing a customer more funds and inconvenience. I would give zero stars if i could.

I spoke to the front desk at 2:20pm for an alignment. He told me a time frame it would be done. One hour later, he came out and had me come back to see a part that needed to be replace in order to do the alignment. One hour after that, a new woman working came out and told me it would be another hour before they finish. I asked what have they done since 2:20pm when the time was now 5pm. She could not explain because she had just started her shift. She informed me that they are now waiting for me to approve the maintenance on my truck. I explained that I’ve been here for nearly 3 hours, so the work should have already begun! At 5:45, I asked again on the timing and they told me it would be another 20 minutes if everything went smooth! My issue is, I sat here at firestone for 4 hours, for a project that was told to only take one and a half hours. I think this is unfair. I watched many families come in with their issues, sit down, and then walk out with their keys to go home. I would not recommend firestone to anyone due to this. I do not like playing the racial card, but please explain to me how this could happen. I watched crew members sit around and have conversations m, play with each other, but no one could explain why I sat at firestone for 4 hours. I have a warranty on my part, and I will not be returning for that issue. I will take my money and problems elsewhere!

Stetson and his crew run a fantastic shop. they took extra time to dial in a wheel balancing problem for me that two other shops couldnt seem to figure out. The employees in this shop care about the work theyre doing, and it shows. If you need any kind of automotive work done, I highly recommend.

I was totally dismayed when my new car started driving like crap. Stetson and Miranda helped us get all the work done, under budget in just a few hours, same day. There were no high pressure sales, which was great. They told us what they recommended and helped us get my baby back in working order. I highly recommend them!

I was in need of a battery yesterday asap. I tried one location at about 830 am. They couldnt do it until 130 pm. So I called this location. I spoke with Dylan informing him my situation. It was about 915 am. He told me of I could get there asap, they could get the job done in an hour. It was Sunday and the only car repair shop open so they were busy but had a few cancellations. Say less. I was there by 945am. Got a call a 11:11am saying they were finish. Great!Exceptional! Communacative! Oustanding customer service and at a great price. I am so happy. Car starts up with no hesitation. I also purchased battery from them. Thanks so much.

Firestone people take a lot of money and dont do the repairing good at all. I gave my chevy express for repairing of AC and oil pump leakage. For the first day it was all good but the defects started to appear the very next day i went back to them but they say it will stop and they did whatever they could do. I gave them full money for NOTHING. I totally do not recommend firestone unless you want to waste your money.

As an employee and customer, I think Firestone is a great company, and I stand behind what they do for their customers. I also believe strongly in their tires, based solely on experience. I am in no way biased by working there

I visited this store today and had an awful experience. I had scheduled an appointment for an oil change at noon and had to wait almost 4 hours before getting a call from a technician where he recommended that I buy a new battery because my battery was bad. The battery in my car was purchased less than a month ago and i went to a second place that was also able to confirm that my battery was completely fine. This store needs to be audited to check for bad practice because if I had not just changed my battery less than amonth ago I may have fell for this scam. As a side note they must have expected to get the okay from me to replace the battery because when I got my car back the battery terminals were not at all tightened back to what they were before and moved freely without any pressure.

Very very over priced services.Use only as last resort and be sure to consult other mechanics.The only perk to firestone is they are relatively fast and accurate when pinpointing your issue, but be sure to verify prices as almost always the are twice or even three times more than everyone else.

I live on the North side but will continue to bring my car to this location. They always take care of me. I dont have enough positive things to say.

Took my car here because my ac was blowing out warmer on one side and wasnt super cold in general. It took them 7 hours to tell me I needed a new air compressor and new tires totalling 1900 dollars. Then it would take another 4 to 5 hours to fix. I ended up picking it up without receiving any repairs and had NO ac by then, not even slightly cool air. I took it a week later to Milex down the street and they said they couldnt find ANY leaks and couldnt understand why they would have completely drained my frion. Cost me $109 to recharge and was completed in less than 4 hours.

Always treat me great. Cheap tires and oil changes. Wait times are long, but the mall is next door and you can always drop off and pick up later.

Dont go there. I was stranded in their parking lot on a Sunday afternoon at 2:30 with a brake pads problem they wouldnt help because they close in 2 hours. Worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!

I bought 4 set of tires for my vehicle. I had to travel the next day. on the road I felt the car is not driving well as all. so I stopped at Firestone and told them that I just had 4 tires replaced by Firestone but the car is really rattles. The Firestone Tech checked my car and told me that the tires were not balanced.The following week, I had noticed one of the tires are leaking air. So, I made the same mistake and I went back to the same Firestone shop. The Tech told me that the tire sensor is broken and it must be replaced. I said thats fine. please replace it. Comes the next day, the one of the other tire had leaked and I went back to the same place. same story, the tire sensor is leaking and must be replace. long store short, I had to replace 3 out of 4 sensors by Firestone.on the fourth day, one of the 3 tires ( which had the sensor replaced already) leaked again. This time I went to my dealer to check the car. It turned out that the sensors must be programmed which Firestone did NOT do at all.This is the worst service I have ever received and I will not go back to any Firestone in the future.

If you advertise emergency repairs - you need to provide emergency service. Our grandson - in from out of town - could not get the time of day from the staff - an hour before closing. Too close to closing time and no interest in working over. That is why it is called emergency repair service!

Tried telling me my car is supposed to have 5 struts and was missing one. 5 Struts. Yes struts. Bottom line, they were idiots and I doubt they even touched my car. Probably for the best.

Scheduled to get my control arms replaced 3 weeks ago. Call in the day before to make sure everything is good to go to which I was assured it was. Drop off my car that night and get a call first thing in the morning that they actually didn’t have the parts to fix it. So frustrating.

I had work done on my car at Firestone that costed quite a bit of money. Stetson and Tony were extremely helpful and understanding during the process. They went above and beyond with customer service to make sure I was taken care of. I will definitely be going back to this location in the future.

Today was by far my worst experience at this location and enough to make me highly consider before ever going back. After setting an appointment for 11am for routine mantainence days prior I drop my car off at the scheduled time only to come back 5 hours later to check on the status as I had not heard anything I find out it hasnt move from where I had parked it and there were still two vehicles ahead of mine. Keep in mind they had promised my vehicle back at 3pm. When my frustrations were voiced they didnt care and rudely handed me my keys. So another day wasted AND my car still needs maintenance.

Nothing but problems from this company! This location is the worst offender, and they tried to sabotage my 76 yr old Grandmothers buick, glad I have a sharp eye out, or else the car would of overheated (they pulled the lower rad hose), and after causing damage to the motor causing major coolant leaks, they used an inspector to look at her car, and he did what he was overpaid to do, side with the company and say it was already leaking prior to this happening (total BS, this car had a sound coolant system before their sabotage attempt). Glad I know of better Shops around greenwood.

Used to think place was good but not so much now. Made a appointment. Arrived 10 minutes early was told it will take about a hour to get the car in the shop. So much for appointments

This place is horrible. I broght my car in at my scheduled appointment time for a simple alignment and two hours later they still havent worked on it. Yet all the people standing in line behind me have already had all of there appointments done. I will never come here again. As I was waiting they were honking the horns in the back just playing with them. When I got my vehicle back, the led lights inside were set to a different color and the radio had been messed with. Worst experience ever.

I ordered a new set of tires from this Firestone on Wednesday the 23 and I scheduled an appointment to have them put on on the following Thursday at 11am. I had to reschedule for Friday due to work requirements and promptly arrived at 9am for the scheduled appointment. When I arrived I was told that the tires hadnt come in yet and that they should arrive by the end of the day. I was surprised because when I called to change my appointment the person I spoke to said that it wouldnt be a problem. Obviously I didnt wait around as i had to go to work soon. The front desk apologized and said the manager would call me. She called me a few hours later and apologized for the inconvenience and offered a free year of tire alignment. I declined and asked for a discount instead which I was granted. Now at this point youre probably wondering why my review is 1 star. Dont worry it gets good. I showed up on Saturday earlier than my 1pm appointment and left my car there to do some errands. I arrived back at Firestone at roughly 3pm and my car still wasnt done. No problem I thought as I knew they were supposed to be doing a tire alignment as well. 4pm rolls around and they finally call my name only to inform me that I would need to come back at a later date because the person doing the tire alignments was too slow. This was just the cherry on top of my ice cream as it took 3 hours to put tires on and I now need to come back to get the tire alignment. This is the second time I have had extreme issues with this firestone. Two years ago I was getting new tires on my old car and I arrived at 7am as soon as the store opened because I needed to be at work and had errands to run before hand. 1230 and still nothing has been done on my car. I can see it raised on the jack with no tires. Furious I will admit I yelled at the front desk who said they had just clocked in and had no idea what the problem was. The service member who originally helped me at 7am came outside and explained that he had FORGOT to tell me they needed to order tires from a different store and that it would be in about 5pm. Are you kidding me???? You forgot to tell the customer that you needed to order tires and you left them sitting in your store for 5 and a half hours????? I needed new tires that day as my front left tire had a hole in it so I couldnt leave without new ones. They put some in stock tires on in a flat 30 minutes which was impressive but the rest of the visit was totally unacceptable. I didnt receive compensation as the manager was out and wouldnt be back until later in the evening. I gave this store a second chance and it smacked me in the face again. I will never spend another dollar at Firestone again and I will be encouraging everyone I know to avoid this store. Unacceptable and unprofessional. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Cant believe that i fell for the old lifetime alignment scam. Went back for the second time alignment and they can not do it because a part needs replacement thus voiding my life time alignment. When corporations are preying like this then they should be sued and boycotted out of business. Firestone is dishonest and cheating customers for more money while looking for any way to terminate warranty.

These are some lazy people i had a wheel bearing there for 8 hours and they got the retainer ring off. good job fellas i could have done that i already brought just the hub to you to make it an easy job for you i needed it pressed out and the new one pressed in but nope 8 hours wasnt enough time for them they planned on holding it for another day, they hide one part so i cant just take it back i have to tell them no man youve wasted my day ill go to ralfs and get it done in an hour which they did for even less money at that go figure

I generally hate to base my opinions on an entire store, shop, etc. off of the interactions with one individual, but the way I was treated by the person at the front desk was unacceptable. Also, if there is drama between you and your coworkers, keep it out of the view of your customers. Very unprofessional and rude, definitely not a positive experience. Luckily there are four other car shops within a 1 mile radius of this place.

Dont know about price yet, but they were the only ones will to help out to patch a flat. I went to 8 other centers in 2 hours, and they were the only ones willing to stay a little later to help me out.

This was the worst customer service I have experienced. I arrived on time for my appointment and an hour later they had still not even pulled in my car. They told me when I arrived it would only take 45 minutes to an hour to fix my car. When I approached the desk after an hour to ask for my keys they apologized and said they could get my car in right away. Clearly they had forgotten about my car as they had time only when I complained. The workers were clearly all standing around talking the entire time I was there. I am a ten-year customer of Firestone and will never take my car back to this location.

They got me in for my appointment and back out quickly. Clean waiting area, professional staff.

This was my first and last visit to Firestone. I went there so that my oil can be changed within an hour. They did stick to their promise but you cant be rude to your customer. Please change your attitude.

Very bad customer service! Especially towards Burmese immigrants. If you are a Burmese immigrant, I won’t bring my car here (Laimi a kan nek tuk, an zia a chia, bawmh lo ding an si).

I took my truck in to have the oil changed and inspection on it for work . now the was nothing wrong with my truck . it made no noised or and thing . they came out telling me that both of my tie rod was loose . that it was going to cost almost 700.00 to fix them . they did something to them .

This firestone has always done a good job on my cars.

It took 2 hours to get a tire, 1st it was going to be a repair and then we cant repair you need a new one. Im ok with a new one but waiting 2 hours is a long time to replace a tire in stock.

Stetson was a huge help. Clean store, reasonable prices and quick work.

Very disappointing with this people.I chose he guys from Midas behind them.More helpful and honest.

Worst firestone I’ve been too, they just stand around & talk. Make you wait for hours as well for no reason other than their amusement of talking with their co-workers. If you can find any firestone, I would suggest doing that.

I have never been to a place where people are so helpful and make sure that even on your worse day that you smile

Just got 4 new tires installed. I get home and im missing my center cap on one of my tires. I had all 4 before i went in.
