Great Customer service..the Tire Technician Darren even came back after hours to help us!

Called the day before I came, the clerk told me to be here at 7:00 when they open for fast service (oil change). I drove from Cruger to be Greenwood (30 miles) to be here at 7:00. It is now 8:45 and I’m still waiting. Nice folks here, but very poor service.Apparently only one service employee was working.

Traveling on business from northern Indiana and my rental desperately needed an oil change.Arrived at southern tire mart and had a friendly greeting, staff were courteous. I voiced concerns about someone driving my vehicle due to Covid. I had no cause to be concerned as staff donned mask and gloves to drive my vehicle into a bay.Due to kit I have in the vehicle I had to stay with the car during the service and allowed me to say outside to monitor progress.The day was hot and humid ( heat index of 106) and was super grateful they took care of the oil change very quickly and returned the vehicle to me much quicker than expected.These guys are very efficient and professional and deserve recognition. I will happy use them again if I am in the area and need their service.

Call ahead and make appointment. They are short handed.

Overpriced... only Firestone tires to choose from... slow service.

I only visited twice and each visited I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED‼ The employee would tell to come in and they would be able to do the work to my car that day. I would drive 25-30 minutes each visit. I would be greeted as enter the building, but I would also be told that they wouldnt be able to do the work to my car. THIS HAPPENED BOTH TIMES I VISITED THE STORE🤦🏽‍♀️Then I ask the employee that greeted me why and he said it first come first serve. I told him in would love to speak to whoever told me t come in. I never did speak to anyone else. I politely told my daughter to grab my diaper bag as I pick up my 6 weeks old baby and walked out and found better services Cross the street. A LITTLE HIGHER, BUT BETTER SERVICE.

Great place. Came in as a random customer with a tire emergency. They put all new tires on my truck and had me out within an hour.

I just bought 2 tires from Southern Tire Mart in Greenwood, MS. I went in to get a flat fixed, already knowing that I needed to replace a couple of tires because of wear on them. The staff could not have been more helpful. I was given options of different tires and even saved money (which I am a big fan of) on the purchase of 2 new tires! The store has customers for life in my family! I would highly recommend using Southern Tire Mart for your tire needs.

Prompt, Courtes, and Efficient Service!

I went for an wheel alignment. They charged me $26.75 for labor but didnt do anything. Also they me a $1,000 estimate claiming I needed new struts and control arms but I had new ones put on a week prior. I went to another shop across town and had no problem getting a alignment.

I caught a flat on my way home from work and had no money. The nice man fixed my tire and didnt me anything. Its good to know we still have nice people in the world.

A little too slow for me

First time being there since they moved into this new location. The staff seems friendly but what I needed for my vehicle they were very vague. Went across the street to a dealership and they told me that Southern Tire should have been more specific. My car has (4) motor mounts and now the dealer has to run a test to find & repair the damaged one!!!!! Paid 26 bucks to Southen Tire to check it. Now the dealer will charge me 80 bucks to run new diagnostics to find the damaged one 😞

This has been the worst experience ever I sit for 3.5 hrs waiting on my tire change.The worker took a smoke break atleast three times while changing my tire.Bad thing is that I was the only customer there.

Nice respectable people

I dropped my son off at MVSU, I had a blowout less than 5 miles once I turned on HWY 49 (NO MANS LAND, lol). I called STM LESS THAN AN HOUR A NICE GUY PULLED UP AND REPLACED MY TIRE ON THE SIDE OF THE ROAD!!! THANKS AGAIN GUYS.

Good didnt take long

Went in to buy a tire and was told they could not sell me one because their computer system was down. Why don’t you use a pen and paper and write it down until your system is back up. I was in a bind and had to buy from a competitor. Not a good way to do business!!
