Ill make sure to go to a different one than the east side tire Rama from now on. 2 hours to fix a very slow leak. Which I know was the seal on the tire. Not a nail because I inspected the tire myself before hand. First come first serve unless youre friends with the people in there they get to just cut you in line I understand the wait but not like that. Spend 1500 on tires and a service warranty and cant even get somewhat decent customer service and lied to about what caused the leak. If I did my job that way I would be fired.

They did a great job with helping me find the right set of tires for my car and my driving. Excellent service the first time I went in and when I came back to have my tires rotated.

We always did our business at the westside store. No more though...Tire Rama on 10th treated me very respectful. They looked and looked and were able to get exactly what I needed, I even got a discount! Staff is knowledgeable and kind. Keep up the awesome professionalism.

About a year ago i was travling through and was having issues with a vehicle alignment that i had done in my hometown. After making some early morning calls hearing we are booked today these guys said we are booked but if you get here in the next 10 min we will fix it. Got there as fast as i could and they fixed the alignment. This made the rest of my 7500 mile vacation to Alaska and back home more enjoyable.

I arrived at 7:30 am without an appointment. My tires were rotated in 15 minutes while I waited. Awesome servicee!

Had to go back 3 times for them to resolve an issue. They broke stuff, finally they found a problem which was previously stated to be in good shape, then I got charged for their mistake which was overlooked. Everyone was nice though. Even called corporate with no call backs.

They wanted $1400.00 to do a $80.00 alignment on my pickup, said everything wore out 78K miles. Firestone said nothing wore out did alignment $79.00 everything is fine now.

Waited 2 hours for a diagnostic....turns out they replaced a part in hopes of fixing the issue........without asking me or notifying me that I would be charged for the part. Turns out I just paid extra $$ for them to tell me they didnt fix it and Id have to go to the dealership....👎🏼👎🏼

Had a tire on my four wheeler which was not holding air. I discovered the valve was broken, I took it to Tire-Rams to have it fixed. They did it for free, much to my surprise, and in less that 10 minutes.
