Once again the best tire shop in Great falls the people are some of the friendliest hard-working individuals you could ever ask for to have as employees I will never go any place else.

Jeff from Whalen tires is a god send. He helped out my fiancé when she ran over a manhole cover that was missing!!! Helped her over the phone for an HOUR to make sure she was treated right since we have moved to western Washington since buying these tires from Whalen around 4 months ago. Even gave her the number of people to call and where to go for our warranty!! Making sure she was happy all of this while I was at work! Wish more people were like you guys! God bless!

We were in a rental car and kept getting low tire pressure warnings. We googled tire repair in Great Falls and saw that Whalen Tire had one of the best ratings in town. Our experience was out of this world. We met a young employee named John and he was very quick to serve and as a side note, he truly is a testament to compassion and customer service. The total time we were there was about 30 minutes and we were good to go. He even wouldnt accept payment.

I ended up with a slow leak in my brand new cross climate tires and couldn’t find anyone to work on my class B camper. Whalen had no issue working on it and we’re able to diagnose and fix the tire for about $20 and get us on our way. Great service and would highly recommend them

If I could give 6 stars, I would! Whalen has proven time and time again their service is the best. I am blown away by the level of care and service that Whalen provides. They are timely, efficient, reputable, and KIND. All I ask for in customer service is someone who’s friendly - Whalen adds to that so much more. While I could give endless stories, I’ll give today’s encounter: I ran over a rather large screw and was losing air fast. Another local business helped recover the tire enough to drive to Whalen. I called Whalen to explain the situation and told them I was on my way (I got there maybe two minutes after the call) . Although I knew free tire fix was part of the deal, I never expected to be helped right away as I know they are busy people and I could clearly see multiple customers waiting. I walked inside to let them know I was there and when I turned around to check my parking, an employee already had my car jacked up and was examining the tire. WHAT?! He told me he would fix it right away, but I went inside to get comfy, as I didn’t expect them to help me instantly. While I waited, I watched every customer who came through the door get greeted like royalty from each employee who crossed their path. Everybody is treated like they are important and, honestly, like they are human. This isn’t something I could ever expect from Tire Rama. I went out to my car 5 minutes later (if that) to grab my purse and the gentleman was walking in to let me know my car was finished. Not only was he fast, he was friendly and never once made me feel like an inconvenience to his day, which I surely was. I am so amazed and beyond grateful to have a place like Whalen. My past experiences with Tire Rama left me scarred and I cannot express enough how great Whalen is, for their customer service alone. I will always bring my service here!

Had low tire, went to Whalen to get fixed, no leak, they said tire valves get dirt in them and leak a lot out here. I never heard of that back east. Hand shake and good bye, no charge. And they all were real nice people. Thank you Whalen Tire!

My experience at the Whalen Tire shop in Great Falls, MT was wonderful. The manager and his staff are very professional and came to my rescue on my return trip from Canada. On Sept. 15, 2015, I had a slow leak in one of my tires which turned out to be caused by a nail. Whalen Tires worked on my car immediately even though they were booked solid for a week. They did the repair and got me on my way in less than an hour. What a blessing these wonderful people were. I am so very thankful that the manager of our hotel referred the Whalen Tire shop to me. You people in Great Falls are very fortunate to have these professionals working in your community.

After puncturing a tire in Glacier on vacation I checked out all the reviews for tire shops in Great Falls, MT. Whalen Tire had the best reviews and I now know why. Their customer service is FANTASTIC! They were able to fit me into their busy schedule and get me back on the road in no time. They kept me up to date on progress of the repair and gave me options on how to proceed. Logan and Steve, you guys rock.

DO NOT GO HERE! My mother stopped in while using my car during her visit and they inflated my tires to 10PSI over the recommended limit since she didn’t know off the top of her head what the limits were. A properly trained technician should know to open the drivers door and there is a label to see what they should inflate them to. They seriously can’t even get the easy stuff right. Also, the lady working there hung up on me when I called to ask why their workers don’t understand the basics of vehicle maintenance.

Every time I stop in at Whalen tire I recieve the most friendly, fast, genuinely kind and helpful service you can imagine. I have only needed to service and buy tires a few times and once I went with another company bc their tires were slightly cheaper. However, the service I get at Whalen is worth every little penny. These people are not stingy and are very knowledgeable. Twice now, without even owning their tires they have helped me out in a bind for free!!Just today, I was picking up a tire and my own car tire pressure light came on as I was driving there. They checked out my tires, found a nail in one of them and when they knew I was on my lunch break, they changed and fixed my tire within 10 minutes .... and didnt charge me a dime!!! They just said come back and get your next tires from us. Trust me, we will!! Thank you staff at Whalen!! You guys are great

We had a tire going down on our tow vehicle. We called Whalen Tire and Logan and his staff were able to replace the valve stem and get us back on the road quickly. If I experience a tire problem again in Great Falls, I will not hesitate to call them.

Last year we hit debris from a bad accident and they found us a used tire until we were able to purchase new tires. Went in today and had the brakes checked and it was time for new tires. Purchased them and they took great care of us.
