Sharp and clean shop. Impressed with the whole place. Bud(Mr. Tune up), Sean (son), and mom all help. Family operation that is friendly, fair, current, and willing to explain things and hear you out.Shop hourly fees match others around but they were careful not to tack on unnecessary hours.

Brought my Silverado in for major maintenance and inspection. Services were provided on-time and in a thorough manner. Other issues were found and I was called and I okd the work. Mr. Tune Up has has always given me quality service and I highly recommend them!

I’m thankful I found this company that actually cares about their customers over money. Not only is it already challenging to work on Range Rovers, but I understand that it can take a little longer than usual with having to order those specific parts. Bud was great and professional about the entire process. I would recommend this place to any vet or just anyone in general that wants great, honest and professional service. Loved them. Great work reasonably priced. Had several minor issues while in was in Great Falls. Highly recommended. I travel for business and have been the visitor and have been taken advantage from other places but not here. They were very clean quick and reliable. Made me feel like family. They only will do work that you ask for but if there is another issue they are quick to point that out.

I had a water pump that was leaking and asked them to replace it. They were going to charge me 140$ for a pump that cost 60$ at Autozone, brand new with a lifetime warranty and 77$ for a thermostat that costs 20$. When I asked if they could use those, they refused to take any parts other than theres even when I offered to waive any liability on my part. When I told them I was going to take my vehicle somewhere else then I came in to find that my bill was doubled from 45$ for diagnosing the problem to 90$. Ive never been treated like this in my life from an auto shop. I would highly recommend any one going here to check into there bill before blindly paying it.

I have enjoyed taking my vehicles to Mr. Tune Up for over 10 years. I have confidence in their knowledge and service. I trust what they tell me is accurate and that they dont try to snow me or take me for a ride. If there is any problem found; i am clearly informed, in a language i can understand, so i can make decisions knowing expected cost and time.I have taken my various vehicles to Mr. Tune Up with a variety of problems from A/C units, not being repaired by dealerships, to a crack in the Air Box. Mr Tune Up has a network of sources to draw from to accurately diagnose a vehicles problem.

These guys are great, they are honest, and seam to do there best at getting me back on the road ASAP.

Ive been meaning to leave a review, but I kept forgetting. I will say the added Christmas card was a nice touch. By this card I saw that they cared about the customer beyond the point of collecting money. I was pleased with how quick they were able to get my car in, and how quickly they got it back to me. Many mechanics in town were a month out, but I believe the efficiency here with Mr. Tune Up made all the difference. I will definitely be a customer as long as Im in Great Falls.

Was able to get same day service and affordable pricing. I was also offered a ride and called immediately upon completion of the work. Joe and Bud are always great to work with and I would recommend this place to anyone. That is why I continue to go there whenever I need some work done on any of my vehicles.

This review is for Mr.Tune Up,I took my truck to Mr. Tune Up for some exhaust repairs, Joe verified the problem and fixed it the same day for the price quoted.I also brought my Subaru in for them to analyze, as I could not find anything specific for the code it was throwing, Joe and his crew tore into it and fixed it for well under what I thought it was going to cost as they had several hours into diagnosing and fixing it.Thanks again, I’ll be sure to tell anyone that needs auto repairs to go see you folks.

I called the owner Bud as he was referred to me from a local tire shop, Bud instantly shot me a price for what I needed done, and had it in his shop the next morning...I was told it would take 2 days, which I was already grateful to get in so fast 2 days was the least of my worry, I was notified later that afternoon that my vehicle was fixed, and infact it was the same price that I was quoted the day before from Bud, and to be honest, I cant tell you the last time that has ever happened...Thank you Bud and Crew for a great job well done. I wanna say I will be back, but then I have to hope my car breaks down again!! So I will say this, IF I have car problems in the future...Mr. Tune up is where I will go!! Thank you

Bud just finished a brake job, replaced ball joints and front end alignment. As always it was done quickly and done right, at half the cost of the dealership . Bud only uses NAPA guaranteed replacement parts. I have full confidence in their ability to maintain all 3 of our vehicles.

Hi everyone my name is Mr. Angel M Guerra my car broke down and I had to get it towed to Mr tune-up as soon as I got there he put it on the rack checked it out and called me. And informed me on what was wrong with my vehicle. The day he fixed it and called me it was snowing heavily. I was unable to get there Mr. Tune-up came to my house and pick me up and Brian me to shop. I needed a water pump replaced mine had a leak for a while. I called a few competitiors and they couldnt get me in for 10 days. I called me tune up and they got me on the very next morning and were less expensive that the first guy I called. Ill update this in a month and let you know how the water pump holds up. Well its been a month and the repair was spot on. Ive had no trouble with my water pump and I can drive with a peace of mind and sleep easy at night. Mr tune up is my new mechanic!!!

Anytime I take my vehicle in I know Im in good hands. I had a strange sound, check engine light, and I also needed an oil change. Bud and his crew found and fixed everything at a price a working family can afford.

Got me in at the last minute so I could make an out of town trip! Had a trouble light come on and Bud took care of everything. Also winterized the car to keep me safe.

I am very pleased with Mr. Tune Up! They changed the brakes on the van and shortly after they changed them the breaks started squeeking again. Bud had them looked at and replaced them. My daughter had the van in college and did not drive it very often and it began to squeek again. Once she came back from school we took it in again and Bud replaced them and worked on the roters. We were only charged for the initial change of brakes/pads. We appreciate Bud and Mr. Tune Up for standing behind their work. Thank you all for replacing parts and making the van a safe vehicle for our daughter to drive! I would recommend you to anyone needing work on their vehicles!

Quoted me half of what Taylors Auto did. They are honest and did a great job.

I took a friends vehicle to Mr Tune Up to get the brakes checked. The owner told me that they had broken a wheel stud taking one of the wheels off and that I would have to pay for it. He said it would be a few bucks. I said that it was bad business for the owner to try and make customers pay for parts that they break. He threw a tantrum and then finally agreed to not charge for the wheel stud. He gave me a very high quote to replace the brakes and rotor which I could not afford. When I told him we couldnt afford it, he seemed angry again and then gave me a bill for $38.97 just for taking the wheels off and looking at the brakes. Avoid this business at all costs. They will rip you off and insult you. I ended up taking the vehicle to another shop who did the same repairs for well over $100 less.

Stopped by to get a price to replace a head. They had to research a price. Within a hour or so they called back with a quote. Was able to get it fixed for the price quoted faster than expected and fixed a couple other small issues. Great family shop experience. Will take my vehicles back if I need work done.

Two other Master mechanics told me my engine had a lifter problem, with an estimate of $1,200 to fix it. These guys fixed the timing belt tensioner/pulley for < HALF that amount. They’re my new mechanics AND friends now.

Terrible. I went in for a tune up they didnt have the correct parts, Price was way over quote, the service took 4 hrs longer than they said that it would, and they treated me like an idiot!
