The store is in the outlet mall at Westgate. My friend found a narrow pair that she was looking for. The salesperson was very helpful and the parking was plentiful but it was a little hard to find.

My review is based on customer service, shoes are 👍Just left the store and I felt as thought the male cashier (didn’t catch his name) was trying not to honor the store policy because he specifically told me it was for military and firefighters.But he told he do us a favor and give us a discount even though my wife is an RN and showed her I’d .Also the other lady who helped her with her shoes told him that she was a nurse but left to use the restroom.By the way she asked to use the restroom but the lady was courteous and showed my wife where the nearest restroom was.So what’s your policy??

I have big feet, currently size 13 wide. This is the fastest and easiest (and cheapest) Ive been able to find shoes that fit. Ill be coming back here every year for a while.

Joel assisted us with our purchases. Joel was knowledgeable, courteous and friendly. My husband and I were very pleased with Joels assistance.

I will never shop New Balance store again. I purchased 2 pair shoes both approximately $100 each. One pair I only wore not even a full day as the elastic was too tight across the top of my foot. I did try them on in the store and walked around in them.I take the shoes back and could not get a credit back on my credit card. I was told I wore them outside so I had to get a gift card. I feel like Im forced to buy their shoes when they did not have the best selections. They lost me as a customer. This is not good customer service.I will spend my money where I am able to make returns and get my money back or get credit back.

Nice shoe store. Since it is a factory store/outlet, I was expecting prices to be a bit lower than regular retail stores. Not really the case. Service is good if you need assistance.

This location is amazing. Staff is super friendly willing to help in any way. You can get some really good deals on shoes. It is an smaller store but still has cloths, socks etc to pick up with your new shoes.

Located in a modern open air outlet mall, just off the 101 loop. Large store with prices a bit lower that the typical retail shop. No deep discounts that we saw but did save $20 on a pair of running shoes that I was thinking about.

Love New Balance shoes and there is always a great sale or deal at the store so I end up saving a lot of money on my shoes, plus the staff are super helpful and friendly. I only shop at this location. :)

Go to DJ a African American guy he is very helpful he help me choose a very comfortable shoe for my job very friendly and saved lots of money I was planning on spending a lot more then planned Thanks DJ on giving good information on my new balance shoe also very good price and quality shoe.

Great customer service. My husband found some shoes that were on sale and then 40% off, in the end he got two pairs of shoes for $89 and some change.

Good selection of Nb shoes with some sportswear too. Got some good factory outlet pricing. Worth the drive.

Hubs made some footwear purchases here today. We like it. They stock womens, mens and kids.
