Good service we coming back anytime

One of the smaller Uniqlo stores I’ve been to. Not a lot of variety as a flagship store, but good selection. Workers checked in with me multiple times which was great. Also a very clean and neat store.

I go for the intimate apparel. The quality is superb and the pricing is perfect.

The Galleria has everything you would look for. From high end designer to your everyday stores.

You can get some great deals on some really stylish clothes! The store is clean, bright and well lit, and the staff is easily accessible if you need help but they don’t hover over your shoulder which is nice. I found two shirts and a pair of shorts I really liked. They also sell really nice pants here and offer an in-house hemming service which can be really convenient instead of taking them to a tailor.

Uniqlo is the worst company to ever order online from. Do not waste your energy. I ordered a $185 order May 1 ~ package came May 27 with missing contents and severe damage. Now company wants nothing to do with me and is impossible to talk with. Worst customer service and lack of taking responibilty. Today I was emailed to deal with FED EX who said that Uniqlo needs to file the claim. Will never shop from them again. Online or inshore.

Terrible company to work for. And this store always smelled horrible.

I like shopping in this store, it is well laid out and items are easy to find. The staff is helpful and courteous. Good selection of items. The website is helpful to identify if the item I am interested in is stocked at the store. Easy returns with membership number or app.

No sizes for bigger people. If youre tiny, youre all set. Plus, nobody speaks English here.

I love Uniqlo. They make some of the best fashions for the Modern Man and Woman, and at a price you can afford. I adore their Super Mario collaborations—Uniqlo’s collabs are some of the best in fashion.

Large retail space with hive selection of clothing ranging from outer wear to essentials. Stock in store is good. The associates are helpful. Prices are reasonable and quality of clothing is superb. If I could, my wardrobe would be all Uniqlo!

Clothes are organized and cleaned. Staffs are always busy folding clothes and organized them. Price is reasonable and better if they are on sale.

Great selection and quality imo. The fact that you can get your jeans altered and come back for them in an hour or two is pretty sick. The people who work here (the ones Ive interacted with at least are always so pleasant which is pretty cool. Their clothes are kinda in between in prices, not super affordable but not crazy expensive either. Their basics are pretty good and they also have a bunch of options when it comes to colors.

Went to Uniqlo for the first time in years and actually bought a nicely-cut ribbed sweater and one of those tiny super-warm vests everyone wears. I vaguely remember their clothes not fitting my plus-sized frame when they first popped up in the States, but they do now. The employee also helped me a lot at checkout bc the promotion they were running if you downloaded the app didnt work on my international phone, even when he tried all his tricks, so he gave me a discount anyway since I spent the required amount. Always appreciate someone who operates by common sense even if it goes slightly outside of the rules.

Best store for mens basics, for sure. Womens clothes is great too, but, as my girlfriend has said, its not as varied as the mens. This is a good sized store, with ample parking since its attached to the mall, and offers mens, womens, and childrens clothes. They often have discounts and promotions going on, in store and mostly on-line. The staff for the most part is hands off, which isnt a big deal, where it really matters most is at the cash register. Otherwise, theyre friendly. The mens sock wall is the stuff of dreams, theres so many colors to choose from!

This place has amazing prices good quality clothing for a low price.

Nice big uniqlo store. American sizes run one up on the Japanese so for example Id be a L Japanese size but an M American. Can also find larger sizes of pants than you can in the Japanese stores. Plus its LA so they sell airism and heattech right next to each other, brilliant!

I really love the selection and quality of their clothes! Wished they had more sale/clearance options though. The prices are a bit too much for me sometimes.

Great to have one of these locally. Doesnt have all their items however. Some odd return policies so make sure before you buy!

Finally the answer to quality basic clothing which I can mix and match to my other wardrobe. They also hemmed my pants in 15 minutes at no charge. AMAZING!

I bought clothes here, and the staff was really unkind. A man who didnt know whether it was Mexican or Vietnamese really gave me change. It was really unpleasant. I hope the man is properly trained. Im not even busy, but I pretend to be busy.

This is the new favorite store that my girlfriend shops. It has plenty of options for men, women and kids. The supima cotton that Uniglo is promoting is soft to touch and feels durable at affordable price.

Purchased a coat that was on the Final Sale rack marked as $19.90. I was charged $39.90 for it at the till but didnt catch the error until I got home. Uniqlo customer service did nothing to resolve this and did not honour the tag price. In addition, they took over a MONTH to respond to me via e-mail! I had to prompt them twice to get a follow up. Its a shame Ill no longer shop at Uniqlo. I love the clothing but this experience was awful.

I am a huge fan of Uniqlo but I hate malls. Everything Ive bought from them has been on their site. Something came over me on Black Friday and I decided to see about some in-store deals. The place was a madhouse but the employees were outstanding when it came to maintaining sanity. Even though she was folding pants and fixing a mess, one worker took the time to help me find what I needed. They had a guy keeping the line organized and folks passing out baskets for those of us in line that had full hands. I got a bunch of coupons and managed to leave the store with my sanity intact. I dont think they could have been as organized as they were without excellent employees.

It was great to have a store in the area...but it was smaller than the one I visited in San Jose. Great selection and staff appeared nice...its located on the first floor close to target.

So happy Uniqlo opened a store in LA. Used to shop here often when lived in NYC. Quality clothing, and the best customers service. I know I will come again!

A solid Uniqlo store located in the Glendale Galleria. Theres ample parking because its part of the mall, so yoiu can park anywhere there is mall parking as well as any of the parking for the Americana.They do have a smaller selection than I am used to at most Uniqlos, but overall their selection and service is still better than average and their clothes are on point, as with Uniqlos.
