I dont understand the rudeness in people. Customer service her is sorry I mean if you dont like your job quite. Dont be rude because I called to ask a question about a shoe npt everyone can just go to the store across town when they feel like it. Do your job right customer service is 90 percent of your job

Love this store and the amazing selection of sports apparel for all my kids favorite sports. Whether we are looking for Football stuff(New York Jets), or looking for our New York Yankees T-Shirts you will most likely find what you are looking for here. And at Christmas time, its a real Time saver, cause I dont need to go anywhere else for my sports stuff.

With Frys grocery shopping you get a discount for fuel. You may pay at the pump or at the kiosk. Plenty of room around and friendly people.

Champs Sports is a great store to spend lots of time there. So much to check out and find super new items to learn about. Like the Stores location, lots of parking. Very convenient to the bus run .

Very poor service! Absolutely no one in the store and asked for multiple sizes of shoes and the girl took forever to come back and tell us they didnt have the sizes we needed she ended up not even looking anymore just hanging out by the cash register. Ended up walking out. Recommend Foot Locker over Champs any day!!!!!!!

Champs and Foot Locker are scammers giving you cheap fake used shoes that you cant return.

I just want to say Im a big customer to champs and been shopping with them for long time I never been to this champs before at arrowhead mall and thank god it will be my last never again. If I can put no star I would. Sadly to say the worst and I mean THE WORST customer service ever from the crew and even worst the manager. I dont recommend this store or this experience to anyone. Was going in like many others to buy gifts for christmas picked first shoe they didnt have the size which I understand I said can you please look to see if another champs would carry it in your system she said no sorry at this time we cant I said weird the other champs when I go to them they do check it for me and make sure they have it and I just go pick it up but than I said ok Ill look for it later my self than I said Im looking for another gift for someone else and asked do you have this one in size 12 she came and said no we only have it in 11.5 and I said Ill take it than we kept waiting and waiting and saw her help someone else and still waiting than I said excuse me what happened to the shoes I want to see if you have it (and I was still not done with picking other gifts too) she no we dont and I said can please give me someone than help than she said I will call manager I said ok than he came came and explained to him than your websit says you have this other shoe in hand and with this shoe I was asking for 12 and she said only 11.5 and I wanted it can you please see if you have it than he went in the back for few min. Came back slammed the shoe on the table and said I dont know why your making a big deal out of this and I said exuse me I just needed help and needed to buy shoes than hes like anyways just check the shoes if you want them and said no than keep all the shoes to your self and he just lost big seal that I needed to pick 4-5 shoes out but thanx champs arrowhead for your worst and mean the worst experience everrrr.
