My 2016 Subaru Forester was loaded with options, had been recently detailed, and had a new battery. Only had 34,500 miles on it. We had consulted Edmunds and Kelly Blue Book and were cited $15,893 as a private party sale price. Kyle said that the pay off could be as high a $15,200 but we were only offered $14,000. We had hoped for a bit more as the dealer retail for this car is $17,742.

We typically always trade in our cars when we are wanting to make a change. I noticed their radio ads and decided to give it a try and went to the website and filled out an inquiry.After making an appointment online, dealing with Kyle of the Frederick office was a pleasure. He explained what he was doing with the car - hooking it up to the computer for the van - many pictures- listening to the engine. After going over the details and loading the data into his database, the computer spits out his offer.In this case a what I believe to be a very fair deal - and better than CarMax that I had done the next day.All in all - a great experience without any of the car dealer pressures. I will return when I am ready to swap out cars again.
