The staff at Shockley are very professional and knowledgeable about what we customers want. I spoke to one young man, Gabriel, who provided me with information about the current models, features, and financing plans available. I felt no pressure to buy, but was shown all the services at my disposal. He knew the plans very well and explained each carefully and with patience. Heard good things about these guys from a friend, but my experience was exactly like the way you expect from any other shifty dealership . Gave me a good price over the phone for a Pilot I was looking for, double checked it by calling them again. When I go there driving 40 miles one way cutting my workday short, Vehicle is not what exactly what they described. Cookie-cutter apology is just a useless cover for intentional misinformation to bring me to the place. One more thing all the dealers to answer, why are you guys compelling the customers to buy the equipment they do not need and want? Adding couple of hundred $s equipment and compelling us to pay $1000 for it?

Bryce helped my wife and I with a purchase of a new odyssey. He was very friendly and helpful during the process and expertly showed us the intricate features of our new vehicle. 10/10 would recommend.
