Dustin the finance manager was also tremendously helpful as he bent over backwards to make sure that she could afford the payments while still being able to get all the extra insurance & maintenance package that she wanted. Bought my first new vehicle from Renn Kirby Mitsubishi last week. From the beginning of looking at vehicles, RJ worked so well with me; was patient with me through the whole process and was dedicated to providing the best customer service. I’ve worked in The Consumer Lending industry for close to 20 years so I know in detail about the car buying process and understand the lending details. We only visited this dealer because they had advertised a Dodge Journey with low miles for a good price. First, they required you trade in a vehicle in order to get that price. Even though I’ve never seen that sale tactic we were fine with it because we did have a vehicle to trade in. Second, the fees they add on to the loan are INSANE..I had to laugh because I couldn’t believe they really add so many bogus fees and think people will be ok with it. I’m not talking about hundred in fees I’m talking a few thousand fees broken up to several categories. Needless to say we walked out and purchased the vehicle elsewhere that did not add ANY additional fees.

And then, on a whim, I decided to pop into this lot and test drive a mirage. Im so glad I did. The staff has been so wonderful. J.R. answered every question I had about financing, trading in, and any technical questions on the new car. Even if he had to go track someone down to clarify for me. The financing staff I spoke with were all very kind and patient. They explained every page of my contract and I just felt like I was interacting with family. I was terrified signing all those forms and making such a big decision for myself. But I would recommend the staff at this dealership. They are wonderful. Im also very happy with my car! But just beyond pleased with the wonderful staff!

I bought my truck here 2 years ago and have been back for service since. The last time I visited was very disappointing. The buying process left me felling uneasy, but this last interaction was the nail in the coffin. The customer service here is absolutely awful. My interaction was months ago and I still find it quite infuriating. Total disregard for people after they make their purchase. I would not recommend this company unless new management techniques are put in place where customer care is at least part of their concern.

Terrible dealer. Salesmen that push fear tactics and argue with a person that has 15+ years automotive experience. Not to mention the $4,000 addendum sticker for “market value adjustment”. They’re selling you air. Four grand for nothing. If you want a Mitsubishi, there’s dealers in the Hagerstown area that charge MSRP and double the manufacturers powertrain warranty. Bringing it to 20yr/200,000 mile. Screw Renn Kirby… more like renn dirty.

Im utterly disappointed in the false promises and the service that I have received from this dealership. Mike the salesman and John the sales manager both need to take additional training in customer service. Mike was very friendly until I purchased my vehicle. After I had bought my car he became very rude and dismissive. I had several questions that were met with harsh responses. He told me he would drop off my tags from my old vehicle and send me the receipt to save me time. When I asked him for the receipt he said oh they never gave me one. They did a terrible job detailing the car before I drove off in it and I called the manager to complain about this. I was so disappointed that I didnt even want to keep the car. John the sales manager convinced me that he would take care of it and to bring it by and he would do everything he could to make it right. He said he would have the car detailed again on Monday night. He said I could have a rental to use while they got it all cleaned up for me. Well on Monday I call to confirm that I will be bringing my car in and no one at the dealership seems to know what Im talking about! John didnt even come in the office that day! Talk about terrible communication and service! Then to top it off a lady from the loan department called asking about a document for my title that I already had signed with Mike the salesman. And he claimed I never signed it. This dealership is extremely unprofessional, dismissive of their customers and obviously just trying to do a rush job on everyone who walks through the door. I would highly advise anyone thinking about purchasing a vehicle from Renn Kirby Mitsubishi to think twice before making a terrible decision that they most certainly will regret. I am willing to update this review if they have the heart to reach out and correct my issues like they claimed they would do already.

Purchased a vehicle over 2 months ago, still cant receive my tags bc they said i qualified for a tax credit and provided them all information needed and due to an error they made they said i no longer qualify for credit and I owe them additional money. Zach the service advisor was very helpful and polite, but I am not impressed with the technical staff. If you cant properly fasten an antenna and a backup light and make sure the air dams are properly adhered, how can I assume those same technicians are properly servicing mechanical parts? During this same time frame I had my 2012 Mitsubishi Outlander serviced and I had to return to have the front end alignment redone because it was pulling to the left. Zach showed me the alignment report and it needed adjustments, so it obviously wasnt done right the first time. Id appreciate a call from a manager to discuss why I should consider using your service department in the future. Thank you!

I called, left messages, and texted him, but he never bothered to respond. That seemed pretty rude. He was free to change his mind but he could have at least had the courtesy to tell me.

After 3+ weeks of stress and running around, we found Renn Kirby Mits on Car Guru. Got pre-approved and the next day was contacted by Cobey. From the beginning he was a delight. Went in to try and get a vehicle its been a month now and been having every day thur the mail from bank loans qhere they ran my credit the companies are sending me out stuff after running my credit Im already up to 12 how many more do I need this is totally unacceptable to run someone credit that many time to when they are trying to buy a vehicle dont they know it brings your credit score down now I know companies are hurting to try and sell vehicles. And it doesnt matter if they hurt the customer.

Went to buy a car with my daughter. The deal advertised was great. The manufacturer offers a $100 off coupon which they send to the dealer (odd) and not the customer. We forgot the coupon. The price reduced by $1000 because we financed thru them- Eh. The major failing points is the unnecessary Recon fee of $895 and the other unnecessary fees. The 2nd fail point, on used car sales, they dont fill the tank. You spend thousands and they wont spend $20 to fill a tank... Ridiculous. But thus far my daughter likes her car, its a smooth ride, and the warranty puts me at ease.

Mike was a breath of fresh air from other car sales reps Ive worked with. Least stressful car buying experience Ive had to date.

These guys are the absolute WORST! All I needed was a front bumper reinforcement for an 07 Lancer. After waiting close to a month, someone put a front bumper reinforcement on a REAR reinforcement. I took my pics. and began the worst return process of all time. This all began back in April, Im writing this July 1st, the saga continues...Renn Kirby NEEDS to make changes!JUST AWFUL!!!7/17/2021 .... Still NO reinforcement! Next step is to submit a complaint with the BBB. I think its clear these guys just dont care. Still no response to phone calls or emails. Ive emailed EVERYBODY on their website, even Renn Kirby. We recently purchased a used car from Renn Kirby. We are satisfied with the car, but we were disappointed with their customer service. They kept us waiting a very long time even though we were paying cash. Apparently their finance manager had just quit and no one knew what they were doing. We ended up having to come back two days later to finish up the paperwork. When I asked them to fix four small items on the vehicle in exchange for the inconvenience we experienced, they were only willing to do two quick fixes (a light bulb and a small battery). They refused to provide mats or a spare key for the vehicle, neither of which would have cost them much at all. They did offer to help us purchase mats at wholesale but then never got back to us. Not a great way to establish a good customer relationship!

A) I am a tough, straight critic, so dont easily give out 10s (or 1s).b) I do as much of the work as I can on my Evo myself, so scheduled maintenance through any dealership is not a consideration for me - N/Ac) John went above and beyond recommending a good restaurant in town and working out a drop off and pick up - Outstanding 10d) Hanging out in the waiting area during the 2nd visit, I found all the chairs to be very uncomfortable - 4 Change a few out to something that you can lounge in for a few hours and that would move up to a 7. Move the waiting area out to the front where you have lots of window space and light and it would be at 9.

They have many cars for sale for great prices but some of the cars have a small engine so when you are merging on a highway, you really have to push the pedal. They drive very good on local roads and they have many used cars for sale.

Daughter purchased a used vehicle the two days ago. RENN KIRBY put 4 new tires on vehicle for inspection. Today she noticed one of them going soft. Went to local shop and noticed wheel locks on. Tore vehicle apart looking for key. Called sales manager who out her in touch with salesman who put in contact with service. Long story short is its not their problem. Way to keep a customer. We will never recommend them to anyone. Buyer beware.

I will never or advise anyone to buy from here they approved me then after having the car the said they need to have the car back last minute after continuously running my credit damaging my credit score then when I returned the car I still have to wait for my money to come in the mail and put me with out a car when I have to work and causing me more money

I was lucky enough to find this place when I did! They had the exact SUV that I wanted and gave me a great price. All the staff, including the salesman Liam, were nice and extremely easy to work with. They didn’t take advantage of me and when I was unsure they told me what they would do if it was them buying this car. I just bought a used 2019 Kia Optima, and I love it. Neal was a great salesman! He was able to show me all the features the car has and how to use them. I wasnt going to buy that day, but after the test drive I couldnt say no! Jimmy was great in the finance department too! Overall, it was a very great car buying experience from start to finish.
