If I could give minus stars they definitely wouldve gotten it. Weve had our home for 2 years now. Its the worst customer service ever. Have not completed the work yet. If they do send someone he will not correct the issues. He will do a lot of talking & talk about all the repairs he does on these homes. Im so disappointed. Ive called & gotten a lot of empty promises. I would never buy another modular home again. Its beautiful, but so many issues.

They were good until the home was delivered. Worst service ever since then. I have been having electrical issues for several months. I have continued to email and call the office requesting a licensed electrician come out to see what is going on. After more then two months and me threatening to hire an attorney the sent out one of there contractors. Which I found out was not a licensed electrician. He looked at my breaker box and nothing else, then said he was going to have Oak Creek send him new breakers to put in. It has not been 3 weeks and he has not been out here to install new breakers, They dont care about there customers once the home it delivered. I am still having electrical issues and am having to look for an attorney to help me because they wont do anything!!!! I even submitted a complaint to the BBB and they never responded. HORRIBLE!

Nightmare getting repairs complete! Horrible Customer Service!The Dimlplex fireplace has never provided ANY heat. Paid $2,200 for this feature in our home!OakCreek did replace it when they had to bust out the horrific masonry fireplace facing (no covering/protection to our furniture) and Christina (our CS contact) documented “fireplace produces heat” although it never has. She also tried to tell me the fireplace doesn’t produce heat and she’s convinced the contractors!! Insanity! I don’t expect it to heat my home, but some heat would be appreciated for the cost. Retailer was of NO help!Submitting repairs to Christina was like fighting a lion, she wanted to argue and tried to tell me they come out 1 time and the finish out was that 1st time. The submitted list of repairs was never completed and the contractor would leave saying someone else would will return and complete, although they never did. You’ll never know the date and time OK contractors will show up...they’ll call 15-30 minutes before arriving, so if you’re not home, they’ll move on.Also, the lights throughout the house require an electrician to replace as they’re wired into the ceiling. No bulbs to purchase locally! Most of our went out within 6 months and OC got the initial replacements done quickly. After that you’re on your own to locate and replace installed bulbs made in China. Their horrible.Given all that we love our home, mostly because of the location, but I would never purchase an OakCreek home again! I’d build a stick house if I had to do over.Before purchasing check out their warranty and repair history beforehand and get everything, including from Retailer, in writing!

Customer service is a joke. Stalling is normal and should be expected. I have a crack in my shower pan and have been waiting 6 months now for someone to fix it. I would highly encourage you to stay away from Oakcreek. Read the reviews.

Customer service is inexcusable !! No response after numerous emails and inquiries. Love the home, but ??I would like to invite the CEO out to come visit and see for himself and rate his product.Update 10-12-2020My advice, read the reviews. It has been over a month with trying to resolve warranty issues. Its Great that their so called customer service replies and ask for you to contact them . Well, did that. Nothing.!!Multiple emails, Nothing !! Dont be fooled by all the talk about great warranties and customer service. There is absolutely None !! If I could I would return this thing and park it in front of Oak Creeks leadership front yard.

The sales person Mr. Smyth was very kind and extremely helpful. The homes are top notch. I highly recommend them and be sure you speak to Mr. Smyth. He is not a hard sales person, but does care about your needs.

Very beautiful houses. If youre considering one of these, keep in mind that if you need service, you will get a very poor response.Once the sale goes through they forget you exist. I guess the warranty only includes that you can reach out to them but nobody will take the call. Ive been waiting for 3 WEEKS for someone to call/email/text (SOMETHING) and/or come to check the electrical issues Ive been having since I moved in. Whenever I call, it always goes to voicemail and theyve never called me back. They dont respond to email either. I had to reach out to the sales deptartment and finally someone called me, but couldnt do anything.

Worse service ever. I got the Fire Marshall to come and then Oak Creek came out and did repairs but they didnt solve the issues. Now I have to get a lawyer. Ive had nothing but trouble since day one. This mobile home is a lemon. They dont deserve one star.

Alert, Alert, Alert, Alert, Alert, Alert, Alert, Alert, Alert, Alert, Alert, AlertAll buyers from this company, be aware!!!My wife and I purchased a home from oak creek homes in the Oklahoma city location, our journey started June 10th of 2020, the home was delivered July 29th 7 weeks later the house set out on the property for an 8 additional weeks before the crew would start the final trim out work. My wife and I finally got moved into our new home the week of October 5th 17 weeks after purchase of the home. We completed the final walk through on September 25th where we only saw a few items that need to be fixed however we are in November 23 weeks out and the work still has not been completed!!! The brand-new dishwasher did not work so we had to go through the warranty department with GE this was a nightmare it took 6 weeks to finally get that resolved. The communication from the factory and where we purchased the home from has been non-existent, (no one seems to want to resolve the issues) I guess it is because they already have been paid in full for the home) ... So be aware if you purchase a home with this company your in for a long and painful journey. I will say my wife and I chose this builder because of the craftsmanship of the product it was way above the others that we saw on the market. This company has a major deficiency in its communication. On a scale 0 being the worst and 10 being the best. See my rankings below for this company.The product/ home I would rate 7 to 8 on a scale to 10.The other aspects of customer service they rank a 0 or 1 very, extremely poor, if you want any information, they will not call you, you will have to call them and only sometimes you will get someone to answer the phone.Sincerely good luck [I hope this helps someone].

Extremely lacking in customer service and communication. The 1 yr warranty is basically just a sales gimmick. I do like my home however I have never lived in a mobile home before and I had many questions during my first year while under warranty that were never answered. Only one of my 4 work orders was completed to my satisfaction. Ive had to take care of a good deal of it myself. Im not one to settle for the saying you get what you pay for because anything can be nice if its taken care of properly.

Stay away from purchasing with oak creek, the after math of trying to get your repairs is not worth the stress. Karina in the service coordinating department has made every bit of this home purchase unbearable. I could look past ALL the issues with the home if she was trustworthy. She’s the most condescending unprofessional customer service personnel that I have ever dealt with. Dealing with her has caused me to resent my new home and leaves me crying and frustrated daily just dealing with her.

Purchasing a home from Oak Creek Homes has been the biggest mistake of my life. The house has been on my land for a month now but it arrived in such poor condition I am unable to move in or live there. When it rains outside it shouldn’t be raining inside. The house also has electrical issues, rips in the flooring, a hole in the shower, damage to the tub, cabinets, island, walls, and lots of cracks in the ceiling and walls. I just keep getting lies and empty promises from every level at Oak Creek instead of any actual results or solutions. Save your time and money and purchase elsewhere.

Bought house for weekend home, had trouble ever since. roof leaks over window and hallway,found out buy roofer it is a stuctural defect when built. both showers dont work and cant get replacement parts,lighting fixture fell from ceiling, had to get front door rehanged at my expence. shower still not working. warrenty a joke. the company in fortworth wont call back. house only 6 and a half years old. every time i come hear its something else, do not buy one of these. not too jolly.

I would never buy another home from oak creek. It has been one disappointing experience after another. Finally had to contact the state to get some of the repairs done. My floors were warped and still not repaired correctly or completely. I contacted them to come and repair cracks in the wall but because they had done this during make ready, they would not come again, even though they had to jack up the house to repair the floors (more than once). I discovered my vents in the spare room not blowing, made the necessary calls, only to be told my warranty ran out 5 days ago. It was a year since we signed the papers. The house was not moved to my property, set up or able to move into because of issues with the warped floors until 6 weeks after papers were signed. Most ridiculous experience of my life. DO NOT BUY FROM OAK CREEK. They do not do quality work.

I live next door to them and their employees are always yelling and screaming at each other at 6:30 in the morning. Gets very tiresome listening to this on a daily basis. Have some respect for your neighbors.

I purchased a new oak creek home a year and a half ago. Within two weeks I complained about a leaky roof. Roof still leaks. Now getting state involved and an attorney.Worst purchase of my life. I seriously just want them to get it off of property.

Worst customer service EVER! The whole company lies and deceives, from director level down. Save yourself the hassle, dont believe what they say! Lies, lies and more lies. 18 months later and I am still trying to get something replaced that was a known issue when I signed the papers. Filed a BBB case.

Wish i could give -stars.. This place is a fraud.. The houses are crappy. Im a home ownerNo opening in the house is square. The Windows leaked had to be repeaired 3 times. Master bath was connected properly and filled under house between house and insulation with 100 gallons of water.. Master bath shower still leaks despite multiple repairs..Probably gonna have dry wall and floor rot.. Kitchen sink still leaks after multiple fixes had a hole in the wall. Their idea of fixing was placing those stupid sticks over to hide it. Same with linoleum floor. Used a color glue to make it look the samw. Front door still doesnt ahur correctly and water gets trapped and leaks..but since its been over a year they wont come fix problems they didnt fix the firsr 4 times.. DONT BUY AN OAKCREEK HOME
