If I could give them no starts at all I would! Please do not spend your money on them! They never fix anything and forget about the 12 year warranty they claim to offer!! I purchased a 2020 mobile home with them last year and the house is falling apart!!! The home has no electricity in 1/2 the house and the walk though list they should have fixed when they installed the home was never fixed.No compren Aqui! Lo barato sale caro!!!! Walked in they wanted me to answer two pages of paperwork before he showed us anything. I knew exactly what I wanted. But he wanted to qualify me before he showed us anything. His exact words I don’t want to waste my time. Looks like my family is the only one who wasted our time with this experience!!!!!

I went to Homes To Go. It seemed at first to be a great experience for me. Everyone was nice. I was really excited and happy to purchase a new home. Erain told me she could make it happen. I have property I wanted to put my Mobil Home on. The land was not in my name. It was left in a will. She told me not to worry about it that she has been doing this for a long time and could come up with some fake documents to get the land sent to right owner to use my land for my new home. She said she would type of the documents. At first I wanted a home. I went home and prayed about it. I didnt feel right to do anything illegal. My integrity I have and do not feel its worth getting a home like that. It was not meant to be. I will not be doing business with someone who wants to falsify documents. I work and only wanted to get a new home. It was not worth my God to purchase a home.

The home buying process was smooth and fun, the staff was super nice and polite. Ivan was very professional and great to work with.

Promised skirting. Never happened. Multiple things wrong weve had to to fix. Roof leaking. Warranty they promise when selling the house doesnt exist. Weve spent well over 10k getting things fixed on our new house with a warranty.

Quoted a very inflated initial price. Would not provide me with a written quote. Sorry, I cant trust you when you come out of the starting block like that. Taking my money elsewhere.

Keep getting the run around on things that were promised on the contract. They promised skirting and now they have been giving me the run around. Skirting was in the written contract. Will remove review when they provide what they are obligated to. If this review is is up its because they havent done anything they have promised. They basically get your money and leave you high and dry. If I could go back I absolutely wouldnt do buisness with them. So far Ive had to fix two faucets, all the doors because they wouldnt shut, both toliets leaking, bath tub leaking, roof leaking, multiple vent fans not working, lights in two bedrooms not working, keys to the front door not working like they gave us the wrong keys, and house is sagging. I bought this house 4 months ago and all they keep telling me is they will see what they can do with no follow up.

The prices were the lowest in Azel, and the customer service was the best!!
