So happy we purchased here. We bought mattress #1 from John about a year ago. The mattress we got was defective and after less than a year had a bunch of lumps in it. Our sleep was horrible. We called John and he walked us through what steps we should take to work through a manufacturer claim, and got us taken care of. We went back in and John took us through his new inventory and we now have the perfect bed.

First off let me say this man is amazing at what he does and goes out of his way. I was late due to not being able to find the building. He accepted my appointment very last minute, and gave me an amazing deal. It begins to rain and he still delivers my bed to me although he had something planned. THEN he helped me take my mattress up to my apartment. All of this was done within two hours btw! I definitely recommend coming to this man for an amazing experience!

This place is great! He gave me a really good deal on my new queen size mattress. It was the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. It was a father and son running the shop the son greeted me as I was walking in and his father as soon as I stepped in. Not only was I helped right away but I had my 4 year old nephew with me and the son intertwined him while his father helped me pick out the perfect mattress for me. If you’re worried about the COVID-19 stuff this company handled it perfectly they have you schedule an appointment so it was only me and the other people I brought in the store.

I have been to the major mattress stores, doing my research. I have to say though, the customer service at Box Drop Mattress blows the big wigs right out of the water. I scheduled an appointment, and was treated with kindness, patience, and knowledge. (I worked with a father and son duo, which I like even better - family ran, local business with mom helping out at times - SUPPORT THEM!!!) The experience was very personable. He listened to my needs and genuinely kept what I needed in mind. I finally settled on one, however after leaving I had a moment and second guessed myself btw the two I was deciding on. I needed to ask a few questions and was able to reach him directly to assist me. Yall - I mean to the point of sending youtube videos! He didnt seem to mind one bit, which made me feel even more grateful. The father-son duo (=D) delivered my mattress and even brought it upstairs for no extra cost, AND when I noticed a flaw, (which was NOT their fault), they turned around, no questions asked, and made it right, immediately!! You dont see this kind of care nowadays. Theyve already earned a new customer - my mom is going back to purchase her new bed bc of how impressed she was!!! Id give 10 stars if possible!! First I would like to say that I would highly recommend Box Drop Mattress to anyone. Today I was in a bind. Looking for a reasonably priced matress and box springs and needed it in a hurry. I did not have access to a truck. It started with a friendly conversation thru the Facebook marketplace that got me an appointment set up. I showed up 30 minutes before my appointment but that didnt matter. They seen me, I was able to purchase what I needed and after the owner closed the shop for the day he delivered my mattress 20 minutes away on his own time. I cant say how much I appreciate that and will be sending everyone I know to Box Drop in the future.

I went in looking for a new king size mattress for my husband and I. We both suffer with bad backs I also have had terrible hip issues. Our old mattress was just plain worn out and needed replacing. I had spent many weeks researching suitable mattresses for our situation and I knew I didnt want to pay some of the insane prices I had been seeing. I kept seeing ads for Mr. Hinkleys shop and the pricing was reasonable. I thought I had a good idea of what I wanted, however after a few minutes of speaking with Mr. Hinkley and seeing the different styles of mattresses my opinion changed. We decided to go with an Opal plush top king hands down the best sleep I have had in many years. Whats even better is niether one of us have aches and pains when we wake up now. Its been like sleeping on a cloud.I highly recommend this place to everyone.
