Vince was awesome!!! He worked with the banks for almost a week non stop and made sure we knew what was going on every step of the way. Best part is not only did we get a camper but we got what we wanted! He literally hounded the banks for 4 days!!! Any questions we had him and his full staff were able to help. Owned my bike since november, first month issues with my bike they replaced regulator and back wheel, 6 months in, issues persisted cost 1798 dollars at harley to repair the things that tx toy sales was SUPPOSED to fix. things that shouldnt have gone bad for 15k miles at least, barely put 3k miles on this bike since ive owned it, STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS THEY WILL END YOU WITH DEBT AND SHAME. -10 stars if i could, this company buys at auction and flips at dealer price. I’m not sure why they think doing business like this is ok, but I got a text from a Scott that said they were with tx toy sales at 1:15 this morning asking if I was interested in a motorcycle. First off no one should be texting or calling anyone at that time of the morning on a Sunday morning, it should be done during business hours. Not sure who the owner is but he should get hire professional employees

My boyfriend went to harley Davidson could not get one with money and bike came here and money down left with a Harley Davidson ultra classic electric glide .leaving very happy with a bike and great service great people were friendly and very happy to help.

Worst service ever. Family bought a bike thru them over a month ago still have not received it. Was ignored and lied to by Jacob and Ryan. So far they have over 3000.00 dollars from us and still nothing. Now when we call or text we get no answer.

I can’t begin to say how upset I am with this bike, the lies from the sales and now the final “nail” in the tire was two nails in the tire that was supposed to be covered under the extended warranty the slammed me with. Now I’m out $500 to Harley for a repair that should of been covered. My Bluetooth stopped working on my factory radio and the rear cylinder is leaking oil. I bet those repairs won’t be covered either. Lesson learned. Never buy a bike without being in person and never buy from this place again!!!!!

Ive never made a major purchase and had such an outrageously bad experience. They have broken almost every commitment they made. The product was late, and they refuse to fix any of the problems they committed to, and make no apologies for it. They wouldnt even provide me the number of the vendor so I could make the repair myself. I cant possibly caution you more strongly not to do business here.

I recently purchased a bike from here and Jacob was my salesman, I have to say I was very concerned it was a scam because it seemed way to easy from the financing to shipping the entire process was unbelievably easy... it took a few calls to find the perfect bike and once I paid the down payment and got insurance coverage it was a done deal... they shipped the bike to Pa with 0 issues it was delivered in 3 days like promised and was exactly what I expected 100%.. thank you Ryan & Jacob for all your help..

So, I was thinking about getting another motorcycle but I needed things to fit my budget. I called and talked with a salesman named Cory . Explained that I only had this amount for a down payment and could only afford this amount for a payment. Cory got the motorcycle I wanted financed but they needed bigger down payment. Long story, Cory found another place that accepted my down payment and got me a monthly payment lower than what I had planned. Hopefully, will pick up this Friday. Thank you for going Above and Beyond, helping me get back on 2 wheels.

Worst place to ever deal with. Owe me $2250 want refund my money back. Have to dispute it just to get my money back. Saw a bike i actually wanted was told to put 500 deposit on it to hold it. 4 days later they tell me it was sold and offer me another bike with 75000 miles on it. Seem something else i wanted so paid my down payment on it. Before finalizing the deal i decided to go else were and not purchase anything. They still havent refunded my money or reversed the transaction. Its been over a month waiting for dispute with my bank. Shady and all liars.

A ( title) Called, and got hung up on, and the run around Was told it was in Gloria hands and got nothing from her So I have a bike thats Im paying on that I cant ride Never get anything from here Worst experience I ever had.Pretty interesting you can respond to this review but cant answer a phone call professionally. It was sent to Blythewood not the City in which I live. So far nothing has been done to correct this error either!! Nice job only responding to this review and not my emails not phone calls!! BTW Most States has cancelled the extension on their plates The D. M. V is open now Therefore Im paying on a bike that cant be riding Be a little professional and give me a call

Person I worked with did a great job. The Financial department needs a lot of work. My tags are expired, have paid a motorcycle note 2 months and still no tags. Owner told me it wasnt anything he could do about getting another temp tag and they had sent my information over he revenue office come to find out it wasnt true. The owner wife tried to push the fault out on the finance company. Spoke with the finance company 10 days after 8/25/2020 and the revenue office. Still no information sent over. Called TX Toy Sales on 9/4/2020, no answer. I had a few people that asked me whereby got my bike from and was going to ho through them. After this situation, I called all of the people i mentioned them to and told them to go elsewhere. This is not good for business and I should of done more research.

Where to begin, we were quoted $1000 to $1500 to repair a slide. They had our trailer for over a month. We had to call and call to get them to work on our slide. When it was done they said $2600. Literally all they did is put a sheet of metal on the bottom of the slide. There was no one here when we came to pick up the trailer. When the owner got here he lied to us about the amount of work that was done to the trailer. Then another worker told us what had actually been done which was adding a metal sheet to the bottom of the slide.. We had to sit with the owner, who had lied to us earlier and put his employee on the phone making him go through every detail of the repair which was only putting a sheet of metal on the trailer. AFter wasting hours of our day he still charges us $1500. Now we are sitting here waiting on them to move motorcycles that are blocking us from leaving. The owner was rude to us through the entire process. I would give them negative stars if I could. By far one of the worst experiences of my life! I feel sorry for their employees. They charged $100 an hour for manual labor. The owner bragged that he makes $465 dollars an hour. And I forgot to mention, the slide still does not work, they snapped a pulley cable and said that was not part of the deal. So I guess we will take it to a large reputable company to get it repaired. What a joke.

So first off I will start with Corey. A great down to earth, honest, and upfront man. Knows what he’s doing and delivers on what he says... good man right there. Very helpful, very forthcoming and great in communication. Vince is a cool dude and funny at that as well... took a while to get the deal done on my bike but they made it happen. Everyone that I met a tx toys was very nice, very cool, and the Atmosphere was full of laughter. But since I’ve had the bike I’ve had nothing but problems with it... and most of it is due to prior damage and the previous owner most likely. But I traded my cherry bike for this one and now I’m stuck with a not a “ton” of problems but enough to where I’m having to fork out some money to have them fixed. Warranty won’t cover “prior “ damage so that’s a dud there. In their defense I did not check it out personally as I usually do with anything I buy before I buy, but living in different cities pretty far from each other did play a factor and coming back from work and being so busy after COVID was definitely a factor as well. Just feel as if the “vigorous inspection” stated on the website is not so vigorous. Overall great people And inventory looks good, But looks can be deceiving at times. Haven’t talked to anyone yet besides Cory so I’ll start there and see where the journey leads. Will post an update as time goes on...

They are not bad just need a down payment to get something. But like i told them if i need 1500 to 5000 down id deal with the bike dealerships here in Houston near me. Not someone thats 4 1/4 hrs away. Id change my review if it was different.

Incredibly rude guy, had the bike for over a week and didnt even diagnose it, told us it was done then when we show up find out its not even diagnosed. Then he gets rude and argues with us as if its our fault they havent done anything. Dont go here. Its not worth the hassle, and theyll be rude to you without reason

Sold me a bike that had a bald rear tire and metal on metal rear breaks. Asked several times if they would get it inspected in my state told yes. Only to find out that they never did and they also never title and tagged it like I paid for also. My exhaust was rusty and one of my front axuilary lights is lose and turns when I rode. I’ve made sure to recant any good things I’ve said and steered my friends clear of this place that where looking to purchase.

I originally was in the market for a Hayabusa and called TX Toys to check out a unit that I found online through cycletrader.com. I originally worked with Lashawnda who is very helpful and responsive. The entire process was easy. All my questions were answered and I was able to find a better bike than the original bike I inquired about for the same price (Got a 2018 ZX-14R). They even threw in a free helmet which was cool (Not a Shoei, but free is FREE! Lol).I currently live in Tennessee and completed this transaction online from start to finish. I’m moving to Dallas soon and TX Toys is delivering the bike to me for free. I would recommend this place based on customer service alone. Check them out and if you don’t see something online call and check the incoming inventory that may not be listed on their website.

Awful after you buy!! Go elsewhere folks!Bought our toy hauler last year in May. Ive called twice in the last week to get some work done. We have a warranty and got the extended warranty. All I kept hearing from them is we are so busy. Never can offer any help to when just keep calling back. I do and still we are so so busy selling. Well how about taking care of the ones that bought? Well were about to go on vacation she said.. call my husband, so I did! He says well were so busy, just bring it by and Ill get to it when I can. Really? Never offers anything to help. Not a date to bring it, just were busy!We love the trailer but once you buy they write you off!

We drove from Maine (2000 miles!) to buy a camper and it was worth the trip! We have an awesome camper and the people here couldn’t have been better to us. Vince described the camper well and accurately and was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. Heath is a walking encyclopedia of knowledge about campers and was very helpful in providing additional info. Vince had the guys help us move stuff from our trade-in to the new camper...how nice was that! We highly recommend these guys!
