I took my Polaris Trail Blazer 330 to Cowtown about a week ago—I failed to make a service appointment. Chris was able to schedule an appointment for me on that same day, though. This quad had been sitting for three years without being ridden. Chris was very candid about the potentially very expensive repairs that might be necessary and gave me a rough estimate. He agreed to keep in touch via text regarding the status of the repairs and if/when additional repairs would exceed his initial estimate. So, I was very pleasantly surprised to receive a text from Chris in about 24 hrs that this quad was ready to go AND was within the estimate that he provided. They did notice one additional repair that I’ve delayed. I plan to return with future service needs.For customer service—open communication, quick turn around, accurate estimates, ease of doing business—I highly recommend the service department at Cowtown Power Sports.

After a year of researching and preparing to purchase a Can Am, I went to a couple of dealerships before walking into Cowtown yesterday. I decided to go to Cowtown Powersports as I was interested in a Can-Am Ryker. After talking to finance person to just see if I would even qualify or be approved they ran my credit as was told that I was approved. I informed them that I had a motorcycle to trade in and was told to send pics and all necessary information so they could make a estimate for trade in. I went home excited and sent them the requested information, then nothing. A week later and nothing still..Great job, I guess they didnt want to sell to me or want my business.

Just bought a 2021 Can Am Xmr 850 last week. Sent an email after hours and received a response first thing the next morning from Debbie. After that all correspondence was prompt with all my questions being answered immediately! The service was top notch and by the end of the day I was picking up my new machine. I even asked if I could bring my other machine in to have a maintenance required message cleared and to program my wife’s name into that machine since it’s now hers. The store is very clean and well kept and the staff is great will def be doing business here again.

BEST.SERVICE.EVER!!! Having recently located to the great state of Texas, I was in desperate need of finding a service department that I could establish a relationship with. My Can-Am Spyder was WAY overdue for the 9300 mile service. Cowtown went over all of the “needs”, discussed and scheduled some of my “wants” and not only didnt try to upsell me, they even gave me reasons why some of my “wants” could be detrimental in the long run. They communicated with me through the entire service process. They didn’t just try to gouge me for $$- they seem to genuinely care (this has NEVER been my experience with ANY other service center, EVER!). My Spyder is now back on the road, some new stuff for it is on order and I truly believe have found the service relationship I was looking for-LOOK NO FURTHER- THIS SHOP IS THE BEST!!

Cowrmtown Power Sports and Debbie Cates were awesome. I mistakenly had them contact me in October when I first started looking ar buying the Spyder. Debbie was patient and helpful the whole time, any questions I had she answered and always called me back. When I finally went to purchase the spyder the whole process wad quick and simple. Debbie even had another customer interested in tne same Spyder and she knew I was coming in toe purchase ut, so she explained to the customer that they woild hsve to wait for another one to come in. We take our SeaDoo Challenger 230 to Cowtown Power Sports whenever we need service. Although it’s a 45 minute drive from Dallas, Cowtown is by far the most competent repair shop around and well worth the drive. They’ve consistently provided great service at reasonable prices for years, and we highly recommend them.

Took my jet ski there to have a key made. They did it on the spot for a low price compared to other shops

Just bought new Can-Am from Gilbert. He is very knowledgeable about all the UTVs. Easy to work with no pressure. Honest also, he is a Polaris guy but never tried to push it on me nor sell me off the Can-Am brand.I highly recommend Gilbert and Cowtown Polaris. I have used them since the late 90s.And I had 1 issue with the service dept. years ago I talked to the service manager which was professional and made it right ! without a hassle.

Cowtown was Great! They were very knowledgeable about my Can-am Maverick. Did everything they could to save my pocket. Didnt try to sale me stuff I didnt need. Which I am a mechanic myself and I dont let any body work on my stuff cause hey I can fix it. Well I am shorter on time than in the past so I had to put my faith in someone else to repair my toy which I cringe doing. Well I have to say they did the job as good if not better than myself. Heck they even detailed it! Didnt know that was gonna happen. All in all I will return anytime I have to allow someone else to fix my offroad toys. Took in a couple of jet skis for a pre-purchase evaluation on a recommendation from a friend. Chris and his team went above and beyond. One of the skis needed some work on the fuel system, and parts were not available from the manufacturer. Chris was able to secure them anyway, and completed the repairs very quickly. Price was reasonable. I had a very good experience.

Called about a service issue on an older Bombardier 4-wheeler and spoke with Chris about 15 minutes before closing. He took the time to look up my VIN, the Service Bulletin and discussed everything thoroughly with me and even though it wasnt good news about the machine I very much appreciate the time he took and honest information he provided. He couldve just said bring it in and well take a look but he saved me a lot of time and money by just having that conversation that he really didnt have to have. When I buy another this is the first place Im going to.

Prices matched the initial quote. I was very impressed with the overall handling of business. From the sales to service. I will be back due to all the help provided from Chris the Service manager. This being my first SeaDoo. I had no knowledge of how to maintain or take care of the exterior. A few minor scratches is all that I have endured thanks to his knowledge and help. Thank you Chris.
