Alexander Michael Lopez was just the best man for what I needed. I went in there looking for the restroom and not only did he point me in the right direction but he also informed me about the awesome deals they have! I’m coming back and getting me some toys!!!

Took a gl1800 rear rim with tire and brought a new tire to the service department to get the new tire installed and balanced. I was told it would take about four hours to install and it would be $80.00 and they would call me when it was done. I called 3 1/2 hours later to see if it was done and they said no but they would start working on it. When I picked it up, the balance dot on the new tire was 18” from the valve stem. With tax the charge was over $90.00 to do the work. I neither want them to do any more subpar service work for me and I choose not to pay the unreasonable prices. Also, check the tax laws about charging tax for service work only. Maybe I’m being unfair by comparing them to Honda west that they bought out, but, they have done the same job for me and my riding buddies many, many times and did the work correctly and in less than an hour,(it is a 15 minute job) for $25.00 with no tax. I’ll be going elsewhere.Response;How did you come up with McKinney? Where did that information come from? This review was left on the Fort Worth site on google maps.I would imagine that all of your stores have the same company rules and policies. So, go ahead and pass it on to all of your stores and your owners.

If youre purchasing a bike here make sure you read your contract very carefully before signing anything. These people will outright tell you one thing then put something entirely different on paper.In my scenario, they tried to convince me to buy a maintenance plan but I wasnt too sold on it as I do most of my own work. So then I was offered a $300 discount to purchase the 3 year maintenance plan for $1,100 and I agreed.When it came time to bring it in, it turns out that the finance lady sold me an extended warranty instead of a maintenance plan. She was just smart enough to lie to me and match the prices of the two, the warranty was $1,100, so I would not notice when it came time to signing since all the numbers added up... Ive been informed she doesnt work there anymore but you better believe theyre not going to rectify any of her mistakesSuffice it to say that I will not give anymore business to this location ever again. Very dishonest.

I loved this place Nathan and everyone there were excellent and professional. The only Issue I had was that the online price is what got me in the store. What upset me was almost 2 grand in additional fees for freight and set-up. I expected TT&l but freight for a bike I didnt order, and a fee for set up an a bike that should be road ready. I should not have to eat that cost. As a minimum that should already be included in the advertised price. I feel this is very deceptive. Imagine if auto dealerships operated the same way.

If you have a Kawasaki jet ski, dont take it here!!! Sorry for the lengthy review but I want to help anyone who may consider taking their jet ski here.They have never worked on Kawasaki before so it took a MONTH to replace a simple starter on our jet ski. They first didnt have the part, had to order that and then they didnt have the tool to replace it, had to order that from overseas. Upon picking up our jet ski, the pictures are what we came home with - scratches, nicks, dents, oil stains on the floor mats. I am beyond upset. Are you kidding me??? IT IS A BRAND NEW SKI!!!! Have you heard of plastic liners???? They were not there when I brought it in because it is brand new. Is there not any care and concern for the items we trust in your hands to fix and get it back to us the same way we gave it to you???? Now I have to figure out how to fix the damages you caused on our jet ski. In addition to this, I feel the service staff were not very customer-service oriented. The phone calls for status updates were far in between. They didnt know where the heck they put my jet ski. We finally find it and I, 5 foot little lady, had to pull the ski out of the their shop with only one tech, which at that point I flagged my husband who had our 3 yr old in the car, come help push the ski to the car. He wasnt happy he had to leave our child in the car to get the ski when no one else was there to help us. Thankfully, the truck was nearby within eyesight of our child but we should not have ever been put in that position. Great customer service is providing above and beyond care/assistance to your customers so they feel comfortable and happy that they were well taken care of. I walked away very disappointed and then to find my ski in the condition it was, I have no words. I did not notice these things until I got it home.

220 dollars for an oil change on a motorcycle, absolutely outrageous price! Get your bike serviced somewhere else!

Beware of fees tacked into the price. I inquired on a bike that was listed for $2,099. I was given an out the door price of over $3400. The explanation was a $425 freight charge (on a used bike?) and a $400 reconditioning fee. When I told them that was outrageous, they blamed it on the “market”. If the market is expensive right now then list the bike FOR THE SELLING PRICE. This old bait and switch tactic is why people HATE dealerships. Waste of everyone’s time on both sides.

Charging more money for a used damaged 2020 Hayabusa with a lot of miles, and wanted to sale it for $17, 708 and didnt want to go down on it, and then the guy said that he was the sales manager, but when I asked for his manager he goes to get someone else who pretends to be a higher manager which didnt fly over my head, and he wanted to knock $500 off on a damaged bike but tried to request another $600 from my credit union, and then they wanted 15% down which we did not finance from them, due that we were already approved for $15,000 from our bank, so why did they need 15%. We asked for a straight $15,000 out the door. Games that people try to play and my brother found the same 2020 Hayabusa for 13, 699 with lesser miles.

Wednesday, June 10, I took my waverunner for maintenance to Freedom Powersports Ft. Worth located at 3101 W Loop 820 S Fort Worth. I went to pick it up Thursday, June 18 and it was GONE. They said they are not liable. In case the thieves were too lazy to remove registration decals, it is TX2161EM. It had 10.3 hours on it when I dropped it off. This is a picture of the jetski in my garage when I first got it (before reg stickers were applied). If anyone out there spots this missing jetski, please contact me! We have notified the police. Please spread the word. I hate to see this happen to anyone else. They stole my trailer too, the license plate is 141672K (black EZ Load trailer).

Was deciding on a new helmet and went with the Shoei RF 1200 Equate. Alex matched a price I found online without question and made the transaction seamless and a pleasure. I have a friend that ask me to get his 1st motorcycle ever. So, I decided to do the long ride since I live in Dallas. I left my motorcycle to get an oil change. What happened the following day? I needed a helmet and a jacket so, I decided to get me a set which was at an awesome price. The young woman who helped me gave an extra $50 credit for whatever reason. 2 problems. The 1st thing was I went to pick up my motorcycle, it had 40 miles more than yesterday. The second, they quote me one thing, the cashier charged me another amount. Would I go back? I dont think so. Would I recommend this place to someone else? I will think about it before I answer thatI will visit this place during March event and I may change the review depending on how it goes.Place is nice, clean and courteous staff

I came here to get oil and spark plugs for my 2 stroke,got home and clearly was the wrong oil and plug...I was in a rush that I trusted the attendant, and i was on the phone. I clearly told her the year and engine plenty of times.even better I lost receipt.

Purchased a new Ninja 400 on August the 20th 2020. Our salesman Carlos, was amazing and the only downside to having to give this review as he was genuinely a great guy and a huge help.We had given our information the day before and asked what the best rate was and when he told us what it was, we instructed him to proceed to apply for that rate for us. In less than a half hour we were approved for that rate and we picked the bike up the next day.After a week we received a rejection letter from a credit union that didnt even loan on sport bikes and a credit card from Kawasaki. We contacted the store and was told by the lady in finance that it was policy to apply for the card and that it was also policy to send out multiple credit request (even to lenders who dont even loan on what your buying apparently).We were contacted by the corporate office a few days later where we again voiced our frustration at their poor business practices and was told that the issue would be addressed. We never heard back.Today, over a month later, we received another letter declining our credit based on insufficient down payment and insufficient collateral value...I called the Store manager who is extremely rude and again I was told that this is the practice at Freedom Powersports.Bottom line, Carlos was wonderful and it is a shame that he doesnt work somewhere else because I will never again allow these people to destroy my credit rating with their terrible business practices.

I was told if I bought the extended warranty it would cover everything up to the battery. The warranty was an extra 500.00. I was a quick buy and did not know much about the ATV. The ATV did not even have a battery, it only had a 4.0 hp engine. They even had the nerve to send me a lifetime warranty for the battery. I took my safety course through them, have purchased all my gear and parts from them and with almost 10k miles, they have serviced my little Ninja for me twice. The staff treat you like family, care about your safety, and are very knowledgeable. Women are equal riders here and treated w/respect. They even offered to set up group rides when I lost my riding partner and had no one to ride with. This past week, I needed parts that had to deliver b/f a long planned vacation and were critical to my safety, the parts didnt come in so they took new parts from another bike and got them in my hands on time to make the trip. I was changing rear tire in Harley service. Since wait time was about two hours I walk to Honda dealership and saw outside nice dirt bike. Yes, he did not sell me anything!Then I went in the office with sweetest, most helpful, nicest Finance Manager I ever met. Yes, they exist and one of them is in Freedom Powersports Fort Worth. I would send my mom who doesnt even speak English to Nicole and be sure that mom would not be taken advantage of.Have to say that I was in auto sales business and I never felt so good like buying at this place. I wish I did so good job at that time. Ask for these two and you will not regret.It must be easy to run this place with employees like this.

Very, very knowledgeable person you have in Patrick! We were initially greeted by a gentleman who honestly was quite offputting and had no time to answer questions that we had about Honda Metropolitan mopeds and the ruckus. To the point that he did not have time to get a key and show us features such as opening the seat compartment. Patrick spent a ton of time with us answering questions and providing information that we did not even ask. Because of that, when we are ready to make a purchase we will return and make our purchase specifically with him.

Terrible place to do business. I bought my first motorcycle here. Thought it would be a great experience. Turns out they’re ok selling me a bike with a plug in the rear tire. From some research, I found this is not a safe practice. I reached out to afford them then opportunity to correct the problem. They called me a liar and said I must’ve plugged it. That it wasn’t possible their techs missed it upon inspection. He indicated they don’t make mistakes. I have been in the automotive industry for 10 years and have seen mistakes get made. They could have had a long term customer and instead will never get my business over the cost of a new tire. Not only did the general manager call me a liar, he made me wait three business days and never called me back. I had to call him just to be insulted. I will buy my new tire at a good dealership and be happy to pay for it.

I wish I could give this place 10 stars. It is a family environment and everyone is so helpful. They are not pushy at all and do not use hard sale tactics. I love this place so much that I just bought my second vehicle from them. Carlos was the best sales guy and they will do everything in their power to get you the best deal on a vehicle. I took my bike in for a bit of small maintenance then when I went to get it I was told it had oil leeks! Funny there wasnt any leeks when I took it in so I picked it up and took it home then cleaned off the oil leek area. Then I checked it the next day and NO LEEKS! So i took it on a ride(232 miles) with NO issues!! I was quoted verbally that it would take $450 to fix a non excising leek! DONT TAKE YOUR BIKE TO THEM FOR ANY SERVICES OR YOU WILL REGRET IT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought our grandson a Polaris and Bill did our financing. He was so kind and took so much time with us explaining all the different options and things we would need. We bought the service warranty and it was affordable and a really good service for the price. Thanks to everyone but especially Bill Leonard.

When I came in for the service Above I met Joe Salinas he was very courteous and quite helpful he explained everything service wise that would happen and how fair the hourly rate would be if the time was actually less than the hour and I was very grateful for that piece of mind as right now I am living on a shoestring after having just moved to the area from California.also while I was there I discovered that the thing I ran over on the freeway left me with a flat tire so while waiting for a tow truck to take me for a repair everyone I spoke with was really nice and all were sensitive to my situation and told me to wait inside have some coffee, water, and to feel free to look around, I did all of the above it was fun.

My needs were not only met, but exceeded by Nick. He did anything he could to find the perfect weekend toy for my family. I wish it was possible to leave a 6 star review, because this calls for it. I would recommend him and the shop to anyone without hesitation.

Had to hunt down a salesperson just to ask question. Got info, and salesperson card... Went home applied for financing and texted the salesperson... Never any response from anyone. Wasted my time. Well not be going back and will not recommend.
