Where do I begin. If its not the the lack of proper customer service, its the lies. DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY! They contract for home depot so get your counters somewhere else. Your grandkids will hv kids b4 you get a proper response, much less a date for your installation. Very unpleasant, unprincipled and unprofessional. Im sure I will never have a more horrifying experience than that of Shopworks.

IF I COULD GIVE THEM NO STARS, I WILL.Do not do any business with this company, they lie about scheduling. I was told after 2 weeks of picking out the slab for my countertops, that they are waiting for the slab to get from West Palm Beach, so I decided to contact the company I choose the slab from, after contacting them, they stated that shopworks never sent them the purchase order. So I called shop works back, they said well they dont place the order only another department...a bunch of lies and still waiting for my counter tops over 3 weeks now. Home Depot need to find another company to contract out there orders.

My experience with this company from scheduling through installation has been excellent. Staff are very professional, courteous and skilled. First class team! My counters are exquisite!

Horrible customer service. Purchase countertops and they cut the hole for the outlet too big. After several appointments to come up with a solution, know one ever called me back.

Buying a counter from this company has been the absolute worst experience Ive had with my entire home remodel. First off, the cost of the counter turned out to be twice what I was originally quoted. The person measuring the counter then assured me that the metal top would not be attached to the wood underside in order to be able to screw it onto the wall frame. The measurer also informed me that it would become dirty with use. When the counter finally arrived, it was pre-glued despite my explicit instructions and the assurances of the person who took the measurements, and the counter was stained before it even got off the truck. They first offered to break the wall it was going attached to in order to screw it in from below, and now, on the second attempt, are telling me they needed to break the wall to install the brackets. Why would you need to break a wall open to install brackets? Every time I speak to them, they just pile on problem after problem and continue putting as little work as possible into the installation, on top of making excuses that even a total idiot wouldnt buy. Stay away from these people. Theyre expensive, their work is shoddy and they cant even follow the instructions their own employees suggest and agree to.

Just wanted to add my experience considering the previous review.I will admit the scheduling, customer service process could use some refining but in comparison to some others in the construction and remodeling trade they are still superior.But the template appointment was on time, professional and more importantly, accurate. I had a question about the slide in range piece and they came back out to explain.Where they really impressed me was the installation crew. They were right on time, extremely professional and quick. Because we chose Dekton ultra-compact countertops adjustments can not be made in site. When we ran into a problem(that was really my fault) they immediately called the shop- 20 minutes later a 2nd crew showed up, picked up the pieces that needed adjustment and returned before the installers finished with the island installation.I have only good things to say about Shop Works.And the Dekton although more expensive makes Quartz seem as out dated as linoleum. Looks like quartz/marble but doesnt stain, scratch or burn. Also doesnt require a build up or supports on overhangs up to 12Hired by Home Depot - Material Dekton, Tundra and Blaze.

This company is very bad, very late to come to install the countertop, 2 weeks ago they came to measure and it is still time and they do not solve anything, outside of that they want to charge you for everything, 100 dollars For the dishwasher support, buy the cabinets at Home Depot and they ordered the countertop with this company and after paying everything they get you extras and for this reason they delay the installation, I would not recommend this company to anyone also the prices are very high since the value of a whole stone That measures 118 x 75 ranges from 600 to 900 dollars, my kitchen is small and measures 90x25, it has more than half 118 x 50, one asks how much they charge for a slab back that Home Depot did not include, and they do not solve anything you want charge for feet and everything for home depot, I spoke to them so that there was no intermediary since through them the highest 90 x 4 slab would come out, they do not solve anything for you, but to charge something more if they call you to you, this company is m to
