For me personally it’s never easy to make a decision. So I was returning several times to the Opustone tile store and each time was greeted by a very professional and patient salesperson Rodrigo Pechora. He helped me so much with the selection of tiles, helped with the color match coordination. The construction process is never easy. But if you have somebody like Rodrigo it makes your life easier. And I highly recommend if and when you are at the store ask for Rodrigo.

I had such a wonderful experience with Rose in Fort Lauderdale. I had found a material I was interested on the Opus website, and Rose was right on it. We exchanged text messages and set up an appointment and she had everything ready and so organized when I arrived. She was very knowledgeable about the materials, lead times, costs, etc. What a pleasure to receive such amazing service! The material selection and the showroom at Opus are gorgeous, definitely a high-end experience.

The whole experience was great. I went in the warehouse where the people were friendly and attentive, ordered the slab and got it delivered to the fabricator on time. Jose was super responsive. Will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.

At first I thought I would not be able to afford the finishes carried by Opustone because they looked so expensive - but don’t be derailed by that - after a great deal of research in South Florida looking for elegance, quality and affordable pricing, I was surprised to find Opustone pricing for some of the best finishes I’ve seen priced lower than most stores carrying the same level of materials. I was very lucky to work with my selections with Janet Mousa, she was always there for me, she cared about my project and diligently worked to make the pricing even more attractive. I first visited the Opustone Pompano/Ft. Lauderdale showroom about 6 months ago. Although I did not find the exact stone I was looking for, Earnest was very helpful and professional. Last week, my mom was looking for exotic granite, and I remembered what a fabulous selection of gorgeous materials they had. I took her there and had the pleasure of working with Janet, who was so patient and knowledgeable. She knew so much and helped us find just the perfect exotic granite that was absolutely breathtaking. We came back several times to see the material and pick out slabs, and each time she went above and beyond to make sure we had all the information we needed to make the right choice. In her former profession, she owned a granite/marble fabrication company, so she even had finite knowledge of that aspect, which helped to answer so many of our questions. We left Opustone with not only the most beautiful slabs, but a first class experience. We will be back for our next project for sure!
