I love hot topic. Always have always will! The staff there are very friendly and helpful, and the products they sell are always very great, perfect for anybody whos into that sort of stuff. Personally I wish there was more things in the store to look at, but other than that no complaints!

I feel like the jewelry display should be expanded. Maybe I am wrong but i feel like there isnt enough. Same for mens apparel or clothes. One of the pieces of face jewelry i purchased had issues. Did not even attempt to return. But disappointed. The employees on one day was cool. But the first time i visited was the opposite. Overall still cool store.

This store definitely plays games with their Hot Cash so BEWARE!! Spoke to the manager today after they said they could not stack it mysteriously towards one of my items per them (corporate). The store manager said she couldnt do anything as they specifically said it would not work though the coupon text did not exclude it. Had to wait 10 minutes in line and another 10 minutes for them to track down the manager who was off site but still in the mall. I like their items so will shop online as it is straight forward and some of the other locations but will not be back here. Took a picture of the ambiguous sign they posted.

Went to exchange a shirt my son bought that was too small. The girl that did my return was rude rude rude !!!!Horrible customer service. She was more worried about talking to her coworkers than taking care of her customer. I will not go back to the Hot Topic located in Foothills Mall, Fort Collins, Colorado.

I feel like this one is not visited that often because they had a lot of exclusives that are usually sold out other places. Its a bit smaller and the clearance section is a little difficult to browse but it was a nicer Hot Topic than I am used to.

Wonderful hot topic location. This store boasts a wide range of fandom trinkets, clothes, games and more. A small location with tons of stuff to peruse and check out. Be aware during the busy times it may be tough to get through the store itself but this shouldnt deter you from checking them out. The staff is always friendly and always willing to help. Definitely a place to check out while your shopping the mall.

Horribly rude customer service. As someone who works in a retail store everyday, they’re behavior is not acceptable. Hot topic employees have always been rude especially the manager with blue hair. I don’t appreciate being belittled trying to buy things

The employee Noah (with blue hair) openly complained about customers coming into the store close to closing time. I was traveling through the area and didn’t know they closed in an hour and he openly complained about everyone who was in the store. I was in the back of the store and could hear him from all the way up front by the doors. Completely unprofessional and rude. Definitely won’t be coming back when I come visit again.

Very wide selection of clothing to fulfil anyones fandom obsession. The staff is friendly, and will assist when asked. Its pretty easy to find what youre looking for, and the in-store atmosphere and music was nice.

FINALLY! They carry Princess Jasmine items! I have been looking for YEARS for my daughters favorite princess. Shes in college now! Of course its all about the new movie and Will Smith but I can FINALLY give her some legit princess of color items. Now just explain to me why EVERYTHING is SO FRICKIN SMALL?

People complaining about how staff doesnt approach you or greet you, I love that, I love how theyre not all over you, and bugging you, a matter of fact if I could choose, Id choose for them to leave me completely alone. Come on its Hot Topic...do you really think the staff are going to over the top friendly? Who are you? Stuff is a little too much money for the over all quality of the product and could be lowered a little bit but its a small store the stuff in there is super cool.

Picture this: Its 2020 and youre walking around the mall. You stop to go into Hot Topic to browse and youre transported back 13 years. Fall Out Boys Sugar Were Going Down is playing, the staff is singing along, and youre looking and Manic Panic hair dye.

At one time they had very nice T-shirts that were made with the thick heavy duty cotton materials. They had the very thick collars and short sleeve very thick material cuffs. Now they seem to have stocked with the cheaper skimpy materials with cheaper thin collars and cuffs.Very BAD business practice Hot Topic IMHO! We want the quality cotton and NOT the cheap material that is in many of your shirts. You know, the ones that tear very easily on sharp corners like the edges of tables or even the edges on some shopping carts you find at some stores.VERY BAD hot topic business IMHO!

They always have a large selection of different types of merchandise from anime, television shows, movies and cartoons. The only downside is sometimes some shirts are out of place which can get confusing but I would say thats more than likely customers moving things around and forgetting to put them back. I also love that theyve done the Fan Art designs for some T-shirts. Their sales are really great and the staff are always friendly and kind which I adore.

Was never sent an email to say my purchase has arrived. And in a rude tone was told if it was there Ill get an email. Still no email to this day but after several calls one employee went and found my order. Store is cool maybe not all the staff.

As a goth/emo I love this store. T-shirts are really expenisve, like 25 dollars. Pants are about 30 to 40 dollars. They have many pics but their all a bit expensive. They have cool mystery bags and are about 1/4 the price of the items by themselves. Not many and a very limited selection. Staff are very friendly. They gave me 5 dollars in pennies for the school penny drive. Staff also lets you know about current deals and sales and even give you free coupons on orders that are for members or staff only.

Incredible! If you have a 16-18 years old kid at home, who enjoys Linkin Park, Panic! At Disco and other Alternative Rock bands, thats a store to visit. I was out of options to buy a gift to my kid when I found this store and solved my problem.

I love Hot Topic for one thing Im a anime fan and they have lots of anime t-shirts and lots of fun anime knickknacks Im also a big heavy metal music listener and they also have heavy metal t-shirts so hot topic for me is a great place

I used to love shopping at hot topic before they changed staff and spaces at the mall, the moved over two spaces in the fort Collins mall and they acquired new staff I have never seen before. They were very rude and short with their answers. It was sometime in March I went into hot topic looking for a Frank Iero and the patience tshirt which was featured on his Twitter as well as hot topics. I went to the website and it said nothing of being an online exclusive so I expected it to be in the store, I went to this hot topic at their new space and looked around for the tshirt after 10 minutes of walking around clueless I decided to ask the employee. I asked her if this store carried the Tshirt I was looking for, she looked at me like I was stupid and snorted at me and replied with a short no and walked away, she didnt offer to order it online and have it shipped to the store like other employees have so overall the expierance was underwhelming and all around pain, I have not been back since so I have no idea if they have changed their attitudes or not.

Staff is awesome, and theyre very helpful when it comes to some of their sales. If Im buying something that I can get discounted a certain way, they show me how to do it. Typically its in cases where I could buy some other $5-$10 item and end up saving $10+ on the whole thing.The stores only major issue is lack of selection. Its typically about 2-3 weeks before something draws me to go back in, and more often than not, the shelves are packed with mostly the same stuff as my last visit. Thankfully, the staff there knows how to get in-store discounts on online items, and its saved me quite a bit of money.They also start to recognize ya after awhile, which can be a good thing or a bad thing, depending on what youre going in to the store for. >.>

As far as clothing stores go, Hot Topic does have pretty unique stuff. The staff at this one seems cool. Their selection, however, is rather limited. They could stand to lose the bizarre junk and get more things people actually buy. Who really wants a jacket with a Transformers logo on the front? And who in their right mind needs a plush Freddy Krueger doll or a Hello Kitty lunch box? Honestly. I like the band shirts and hoodies, but a lot of this crap people buy is a little over the top. Just paint “look at me” in red on your forehead – it’s cheaper.

Why even have a phone number if youre not going to pick it up. Ive tried calling everyday for the past 4 days and it rings and rings.

Its a great place to look for things you usually wouldnt find in other stores and would have to buy online. Theres usually a good selection available, but prices can be a problem if you arent expecting them.

It was a pretty small and cramped up store but it had its charm, that it took me a while to actually start geeling uncomfortable but they had a great and huge variaty of products I wasnt really approached by the staff until a while
