I told my husband. If I need to choose only one store to buy everything Ill definitely choose Target. I can find everything that I need in one place. I always have a good shopping experience there. Just love it.

Shelves are not stocked on many of the grocery aisles. This is not a section reset problem it is clearly a staffing issue. Hire a manager that can get experienced people into the store so that you can get your shelves stocked. Horrible experience.

Its our favorite Target, its the best in Fort Collins & Loveland. Service is always friendly and prompt. We sometimes experience favorite items being out of stock but attribute it to distribution issues that seem common nationwide and not the fault of the store.

Basically an overpriced walmart. The only super thing about it is that they have some groceries. I would highly recommend not trying to work here. On the first day they said I wasnt suitable because I forgot a form of identification. Unless your Jesus or a perfect human being this isnt the place for you. If you make any mistakes at all they will have an issue with it. Its clear this company doesnt care about people or see them as individuals but as a means to an end. If you want to be used by a corporation than work here but if you want to he appreciated this is not the place.

Its a nice big target, Shelfs are always full. I decided to get some Starbucks In the target and order a dragon fruit refresher. Its was a tasty drink but i got food poising from the dragon fruit. Im guessing the dragon fruit was old and not fresh. I was sick for 2 days And had to go to the hospital. A horrible experience!

We Always love seeing a target available in more than need of something on the road. Cant find a better selection! Always a pleasure bring your family to the store! A nice big parking lot with plenty of space for your vehicles.

More and more places I’m seeing people, in this example a person in a high risk category, not wearing masks.I think it important for those that do care about adherence to these safety policies to know the places that are not enforcing this policy for everyone. Her companion at the store also just had what looked like a clear visor covering her top lip, and wide open below.If management will not take this seriously I will spend my money elsewhere.

Spencer was an amazing and refreshing sight. Bless this company for allowing people with disabilities to live and work a so called normal life. Just for your know how, this man had no arms and no legs and he made my day! He was killing it. I have so much respect for Target and was inspired by this persons strength today.

Compared to the Target on College, this location is far cleaner, and has far more attentive staff. Being a Super Target, there is also a large grocery section. Be aware, this location is currently undergoing renovations, so you may have a hard time finding some products, as the layout of the store has temporarily been adjusted.

Store is great but I despise the parking lot. So many random spots to get hit because no ones paying attention to 4 ways and too many blind spots.

I find what I need quickly and the staff is always friendly. I love the variety products I can find and recommend target to anyone looking for fun stuff.

It was impossible to check out of the store. They only had 2 lanes open before closing. As Im loading my cart on the belt the lady asked me to go to the other lane because she had to lock up. I wait in the other lane until the lady at customer service asks everyone left to come over there to check out. The people behind me in line rush ahead of me to check out first. Then, when I get up to the front the lady says she cant check me out there even though she told me to come over there! So, now she has to bring me back to the regular checkout. It took me 30 minutes to check out. No apologies from the employees. I had to bag some of my own items because the lady left them on the checkout stand unbagged and started walking away.

Target allows me to place small orders for no additional charge. This is a game changer for us! The team members are always polite and our items perfectly chosen. Weve never experienced a missed or incorrect item in any of our orders. We order at least once, sometimes twice per week.

I was notified my order was ready. However, the sales person had to go find the item I ordered in the isle it was for sale to the general public. The only thing that was ready was the fact I ordered it and paid for it. Ordering ahead of time and receiving notice the item was ready for pickup, one would expect the item to be waiting at the pickup destination. The time it took for the clerk to locate the item contributed to the inefficiency of the process which defeated the entire purpose of ordering ahead for pickup, albeit the other purpose being avoidance of exposure to COVID. Either way - not an efficient strategy if you are trying to save time.

Target on council tree in fort colins has stopped I forcing the mask policy. I saw many people without masks so I pointed this out to an employee and he rudly said I cant remove anyone from the store I will let him know. I love target but it is not enjoyable when I do not feel safe in the store. It was fine I dont know what happened but I am very disappointed.

Great selection of everything from office supplies to personal care to groceries to electronics. Friendly staff who will go out of their way to assist you in specific ways when asked. Even with long check out lines, Ive yet to encounter an unpleasant employee; and recently received a tip on where to find a colorful mask from the last staff person I interacted with (*she was wearing one of the same style). She was kind enough to point me in the right direction and assist me, making certain I had the right bags...Target always seems to succeed at being the place to have much-needed essentials and upbeat energy, regardless of how busy the supercenter may be. I appreciate the consistency and warm reception inside!

Sarah the managers is very abusive with her power. Such a diva. You are NOT ALLOWED breaks as an employee and she will personally hunt you down and verbally abuse and harass you.Also dont ever have stock. Tried to buy dolls and was told off cause they didnt want to bother stocking.

So, no big box retailer like this is perfect. This place has good selection, helpful staff, and very reasonable pricing.Theyre prices arent as good as Walmart and I will still choose Target every time. Their people are treated well, theyre responsible members of the planet, their products are of at least reasonable quality, and I cant stress this more, they work to give back to their communities.Theyre not perfect, and Id still buy local whenever possible, but when you need the big box, these guys wont make you feel gross for having paid them money.

The council tree location in fort Collins is not enforcing the mask requirement. The last couple of times I have been there I have seen maskless people walk right past employees and nothing was said to them.

I had a return that had been in my car for a while, I wasnt expecting much but Josh, I think the manager? at the Super Target in Fort Collins went above and beyond to see what he could do for me to get something in exchange. (I got store credit and I was happy with that.)

Target is great, they have a bunch of stuff for almost every day to day and even more scarce needs. Wouldnt recommend their clothes as much, you seem to get what you pay for - not much. Definitely check out their ICEEs from Panda Express, theyre pretty solid. Lines here are managed pretty well - self checkout and cashier assisted are both available.

I love this store! The renovation is slick, and clean. The lighting makes it more inviting and illuminates the products. The products seem of a higher quality but the cost is still affordable. The name of a manager, Barbra is always friendly to the customers, and is not afraid to get in there and pick up the slack!! I’m in Target at a minimum of 3 times a week and I’m not slowing down!!!

The bathroom is a great place to swallow cheese sticks without the staff getting upset, a tip from a pro.

Always super helpful staff. They are doing a great job of sanitizing each register after every customer! I really appreciate that.

Store is a target... what can you say. But the staff.... first off very unprofessional appearance, random colored hair on numerous people, piercings all over ... certainly not clean cut... which, whatever... but one particular blue hairs multiple piercing young men should get his hearing checked as my husband and I both tried to hail him for assistance and he not only walked away but SPED UP!

Left a grocery item behind when packing items into my own bag. It was a $2 cereal bar. I went back to this store after biking into work (next door in Front Range Village) with my receipt, to try and find the left behind item. Spoke with 2 new hires, who were on first days of training, and was told they had no recollection of me being there 15min before, nor did they find anything left behind at the self check out. They did their jobs, and handled it well. I had no way of proving I was not coming back for a free item, nor a way of proving it was left behind.The only reason I am posting this is because I have been perturbed by this all day. I work next door, and left a $2 cereal bar at the register. That would have been a good addition to my breakfast and not a complete loss of $2 plus tax.Not everyone is trying to cheat multimillion dollar corporations, and sometimes a little $2 bar makes someones day...or in my case, doesnt.

Always get awesome service at this Target. The customer service desk is quick and painless, and the staff is very helpful. We purchased a purse and accidentally left it behind but didn’t realize it til the next day, the staff was quick to help us solve the issue and very understanding about our mistake. All my trips to this Target are quick, easy and enjoyable!

I typically shop at Target but that all changed today. Lisa removed the items from my friends handicap cart and proceeded to tell us that he was unable to use it. This frustrated us because he truly is handicap and she just assumed we were young kids just messing around. So target you can thank Lisa for your loss of a good customer(s).

The store GM helped with an issue on picking up Target exclusive G.I. Joe Classified Cobra Island figures. According to their handheld scanner the release date was August 14th, but according to the registers and Hasbro the release date was August 1st. We spoke with the GM and worked this issue out, and he sold us the figures. Also, reading from the message boards I am on, this is an issue across all Target stores in the U.S. Not all customers were so lucky as I was yesterday.

It’s true, you always come in Target to buy one or two things and end up finding more things and before you know it, you have to grab a shopping basket. I love shopping at Target especially this location, they have the best gift items and prettiest decor to add style to our house. They have everything else in between too. Great staff also.

Started out with not all items available at one location. Decided to locations that’s fine… I stopped at my first location to pick up a teapot for my mother-in-law. It is listed online as blue, the picture shows blue, and when I picked it up it is jet black. I took it back into the store to try to get it fixed and they told me I had to wait 24 hours to get anything resolved. I called the health number and they told me the same thing. The whole reason that I ordered online was so that I could just pick it up and go. First time experience

Quality selection of urchasables in the store.

This is the larger and newer of the two Targets in town, and clearly has a larger selection. However, the new renovation/layout is very frustrating. Its almost Ikea-like in that youre more obviously forced to walk around things and travel through the entire store. Their is a much much larger focus on clothing, and the quick Target run is quickly becoming impossible.

New store layout is absolutely horrible. Its like a maze; good luck finding the department you want, then you cant find your way out. Clothing is scattered everywhere. For example, you can find ladies pants in many different locations instead of all together.

Even though I dont like the new set-up, Target is still really organized and the app clearly lists what aisle everything is in. I was able to find almost everything on my list (Didnt find Saffron but Im not surprised).

I bought baby yogurt yesterday. I was about to feed one to my 10 month old then realized the date on the package was a month old. To have food expired a month ago and still have them on the shelf makes me wonder how fresh other food is there. I’m just happy I looked before feeding it to my son.

I have not been a fan of target and there prices, then a rude employee told me the will not carry any other phone accessories than Apple products. Thank you for another reason not to shop your locations.

I used to shop at this target at least twice a week. Since the remodel, I go maybe once a month. The layout is not user friendly. When you walk in it is dark and unwelcoming. They got rid of some of the better brands and have cut back drastically on home goods. It looks like they are trying to turn into a clothing store, but the quality of the clothes is on a par with Walmart. And the toy department! Even my 5 year old doesn’t want to shop there. They have driven me to shop at amazon😩

I wish zero stars was an option. First I was put on hold for 10 minutes only to have the call be disconnected so I call back. After 3 times of being hung up on someone finally picks up the phone and transfers me again. I wait another ten minutes which I understand the waiting thats not what I have a problem with, what I do have a problem with is how rude the associate who finally answered the phone was when I was perfectly cordial after sitting on the phone for so long waiting for someone to answer. She very tersely tells me the product Im looking for is not there and then proceeds to hang up immediately. Now I understand customer service, both my jobs are very customer oriented jobs. I would never, no matter what my mood, treat customers the way I was treated tonight. If your associates are going to have an attitude with customers, especially customers who arent even rude to your associates, then I will no longer support your company and Ill be sure to let everyone else know how rude your staff is at this location to deter anyone from going there as well. The other Fort Collins location has great associates who were very kind and helpful so if anyone reads this post please go there instead. I have had nothing but a bad experience with this location.

The quality of products and services are better than the competition.

Nice selection of homewares, higher end than Walmart, but not as pricey as high end shops. Love that you can shop and then grab a few groceries on the way home. Also a good place to grab items for Valentines, or a few items the kids may need for school. Checkers are nice and you can find assistance fairly easily. Also they carry the Mrs Meyers organic cleaning products,and the Watkins products not available in the grocery stores.

Because door entrances were closed, I had to walk into the store and walk past all the registers to get to customer service on the other side of the store who was now doing pick-ups. Then I had to walk all the way back to the main entrance to get out. I was not supposed to enter the store!!

Employees here are fine, and the prices are pretty good. Its a Target.The low star rating is because the management is lately incentivizing customers to use self-check by understaffing the regular registers and refusing to open the express lanes. For those of us who prefer real human checkers (and the jobs they hold) this creates a less than desirable experience.
