Great customer service very professional and very knowledgeable sales staff. There was no high pressure sales personnel or atmosphere. We felt very comfortable and our sales person maintained his attention to our questions and needs.

We have been waiting for this new bed for too long. Timing was right and Tony at the Folsom store helped walk both of us through choices to end up with the best selection of bed for us. Tony was very polite and listened actively to our disires for our bed. He exhibited excellence in customer service and found the best deals and discounts available for us. We are very happy.

We had THE BEST experience shopping with Brita, the manager at the Palladio store. We literally did all of our shopping from the bed we ended up ordering. If she sold cars or real estate, we may have bought those from her too. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, non-salesy and when we left we felt like we had a new friend.

After having the same Sleep#bed for 18 yrs it was time for a new one. Tony was very knowledgeable, informative, and never pushy.

The salesman was great, (5 stars for him) and took his time helping me in the store as well as helping me stay inside my budget. 1 star because after less than two years I am already getting a new mattress. Do not buy sleep number, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Please be careful with any purchase with sleep number. I can only speak about my experience as I purchased a bed and returned it within the trail period. Without any notification from sleep number they turned me over to a collection service where I discovered I owe $1,400. After multiple phone calls I discovered that the high price was due to an adjustable frame that is not refundable. Honestly I didn’t read the fine print, but I trusted the sales associate that told me the frame was only $300. I wouldn’t recommend doing a purchase unless you are not planning on exchanging it. Regardless of the 100day trial with mattress they will stick you with the price of a frame. Wish I knew this as their customer service has been lousy. Every person has put me on hold and done their best to avoid me including the original sales associate that got me in this situation.

Kay and the rest of the team were great to work with. She was very patient as I freaked out about going to a split king. Im not that old am I? But the benefits of a sleep number is that you have 1 bed that both of you are comfortable in. Which means you have different settings and positions. You want the best night sleep you can get as it sets you up for success the next day. The is our second sleep number. Our first bed is now 18 years old. Still good, but none of the new technology. Cant wait for it to be delivered!

Great customer service here! I went in knowing that I was going to purchase that day and Jenna helped me get financed and find a reasonable budget. She then went over multiple options with me, and best of all, she worked really hard to get me the most within in my budget. That was important for me, personally. I dont need the bells and whistles and I didnt feel pressured to add anything that I wasnt really interested in.The other employees were equally as kind and helpful. Im very pleased with my experience, and SO EXCITED for my new Sleep Number bed!!!!

My sales person was great. There was no pressure in buying a bed. He went through the entire process and information about the sleep number....its not just a bed! Learning about each type of bed was easy to follow. I am going to have back surgery soon, so you can only imagine the lack of sleep I get daily and my back is firing at about a 9. When we figured out my sleep number (30) and the type of bed thats comfortable for me, I had no pain in my back. This has NEVER happened. I was sold. I very excitrd for my new bed to arrive. Thanks.Sleep Number for making an absolutely incredible bed!!!
