Joe was AMAZING! Took his time getting us the prefect mattress and helped us decide on if the adjustable base was right for us, it was!! We usually hate shopping for mattresses, this was why I put it off for years, but Joe made it so easy and comfortable! Highly recommend mattresses firm and Joe!

Was not honest enough to let us know that the 150 dollar pillow is nonrefundable. How can I purchase a pillow without trying it for couple of nights and even more, how do you not disclose to the customer that the pillow is non refundable? Not happy with the dishonest service.

I love Mattress Firm in Folsom. I always receive excellent customer service here. We buy all of our mattresses here because of the wonderful service and care we receive from them. . This time we bought a new bed for our teenage daughter. Carlos was helping us and he was excellent. He knew exactly how to talk to a teen and make her laugh and get her involved in her own bed purchase. He also helped us take advantage of a Labor Day sale and helped us to save money. On top of that, we did not have to wait for our mattress to arrive. They had next day delivery available!!! Again, I cannot say enough good stuff about the customer service here. If you are looking for a new mattress I highly recommend this store.

Have not been happy with my Sleep Number bed for a few years and keep changing parts of it to make it better and I have finally had enough.Visited the Mattress Firm site and decided to go in today and look at their Black Friday specials. Melissa at the Iron Point Rd store, was friendly and gave me time to check out some of the mattresses. She was helpful in guiding me to the right one for me. Made a purchase and it will be delivered tomorrow.

Dale was fantastic! We came in just to educate ourself and ended up buying a king bed with great price and we so LOVE the bed!!! We even spent more then we planned but so happy with the value and quality of the product we’re getting. Would highly recommend Dale. He also gave us great service when another couple came in and he helped them and us but we didn’t feel neglected at all. Really would recommend!

It’s awesome. We visited the store on Saturday to check out the adjustable base. On Monday, we called in to place the order and on Tuesday, we got the base delivered.

Suzanne was fabulous when helping us choose our mattress - letting us take plenty of time and she even pulled several mattress down from the sales rack for us to try. The delivery was professional and they went above and beyond by helping my mom (who doesnt move well) with the setup. And when we unfortunately had to make an exchange they made it happen easily and promptly.

We went in to “look” at mattresses, but after exceptional service with Michael W. we purchased The Purple bed w an adjustable base that day!. Zero sales pressure and full of knowledge about ALL the beds on the sales floor = an exceptional sales associate, and that he was. So glad he was covering someone’s shift at the Folsom store location and we had the pleasure of working with him.AND our mattress was in stock at the Wearhouse and was delivered the following afternoon! Great delivery crew as well. So, I’m currently laying in our bed after one nights sleep. It takes time for your body to adjust to a completely different mattress style/type and adjustable frame but I can say I’m definitely more rested than I have been in months. And we got The Purple pillows too, verdict still out but I think it’s a winner also. Again, can’t review anything accurately in one night. I will post again if anything goes sideways, but for now, as is well in the land of sleep. Happy customer!

My girlfriend and I went in hoping to spend maybe 2k and after Bill helped us we ended up spending over twice that and yet are super excited for our mattress and frame delivery!He led us through trying every bed after finding out how firm we individually like it, explaining the features and science behind each bed as we went.For my first time doing this it was a great experience, financing was a quick and easy process, and I realized these things are not cheap so it’s better for the long run to just get what you like. 10/10 thank you Bill!UPDATE: The delivery date got messed up, I think it’s just the time of year and with COVID making things harder. Delivery guys were not very nice to my girlfriend because they we’re having a bad day or something but we finally got it setup only 2 days after they said it’d be here. I’ll still leave 5 stars but the delivery process was a hassle.

We bought two mattresses from the Mattress Firm next to Petsmart in Folsom. Michael Wright was ... AMAZING. He helped us to match (comfort, support, etc) an old mattress that we loved, but which was no longer manufactured. He helped us to save a LOT of $$$, on top of the already low sales price. He was professional with a great sense of humor. Michael worked super hard to fix a delivery problem that was not at all his fault. He made the entire experience a real pleasure. I would recommend visiting Michaels store in Rancho Cordova and asking for him personally.

I bought a new king mattress and sheet set from our sales rep David. David was very friendly, not pushy at all, has good knowledge in his beds and what differences will be good for different types of sleepers. I had an issue with shipping for the sheet set that mattress firm gets from a third party and David was quick to contact me and make it right. Highly recommend coming and seeing him if you need a new bed.

Four months later I decided I’m done with backorders and lies from other vendors.Walked in to a Mattress Firm in Folsom and had my bed ordered in ten minutes to be delivered over the weekend. Couldn’t be happier. There’s something to be said about human interaction and the simplicity of talking to a person instead of a system.

My husband and I had the greatest experience buying a King bed from Ryan Brown yesterday. We went into the store very reticent, as we both dislike shopping and sales people in general. But we really needed a new bed downstairs for when our daughter and husband visits and for us to use ourselves in the summer. Ryan made the experience so enjoyable because he was calm, answered our questions and lead us to a few choices in beds that we may like. He gave us plenty of time to try each bed, and he occasionally went away to let us talk with each other about which bed we liked. He was the perfect salesperson! He is real, very nice, knowledgeable and helped us narrow down what we both wanted and needed. Plus, the sale was great! We had such a pleasant experience with Ryan, we actually enjoyed the rest of our shopping day more. He is the best! We will be back for the February sale to replace our old Sleep number bed upstairs!

Horrible customer service. Sales person said hi then procedure to help a customer for 20 minutes without saying anything to us and finally approached us and asked us what we were looking for. After we said a bed for a kids room she told us to hold on and walked away to answer the phone. She then talked on the phone making a sale while we waited. After 10 minutes we walked out. Mattress here are in thousands. Kids beds are on a make shift wall slot stacked together. Maybe because we weren’t there to spend thousands on dollars she ignored us. Idk but we won’t be back.

Bought our first ever quality mattress. Madisen was the person who assisted us. We didn’t realize there were so many different kinds of mattresses to choose from. And thanks to Madison, we ended up with a mattress perfect for us. She answered all of our questions, was very nice and professional.
