My wife and I walked into The Mattress Firm near Hazel. A sales person named Melissa approached us and was very friendly and knowledgeable.She showed us several mattresses. We were able to lie down and actually get a feel for the similarities and differences. We discussed prices and warranties. We decided to settle on a Tempur-pedic. Amazingly enough we were able to get it delivered the very next day! The two young men who delivered it to our home grunted it enthusiastically up the stairs and carried away our old mattress without any issues. Overall, I’m very pleased with the process and the results.

The store felt clean and safe, which is a big deal during a pandemic.Dale assisted my husband and I with picking out the perfect mattress and base for our very specific, individual needs. He carefully listened to our comments, took note of our physical ailments and quickly found us the proper bed. I have purchased a total of four beds in the last ten years, and have never had an experience quite like this, three of my last purchases were from this store and no one treated me as well as Dale.
