Zack Judd was incredible to work with! He was not at all pushy, he gave us plenty of REAL numbers that we needed to see, and didn’t put any pressure on us at all. Zack was knowledgeable on the vehicles we were interested in, he was funny, very polite, and extremely personable! You feel like you’re taking to a honest professional, not just a salesman. We would highly recommend Zimmer as we’ve been so pleased with our experience!

Very nice experience. After shopping other dealerships and being pressured to put down $500 to secure a future vehicle just to test drive, the Zimmer buying experience was excellent. I would recommend Jeff Henderson as your sales person. He was extremely helpful. Jeff showed us how to operate all of the bells and whistles before test driving, and again after we purchased a vehicle. I have never purchased from Zimmer but my parents bought all of their vehicles from them. If you want a no pressure sales person who will give you a fair price, go see Jeff Henderson in Florence, KY.

Ive always have a great experience taking my car to Zimmer. Theres a Dodge dealership literally down the street from my house, but I take the extra 20 minute drive to go to Zimmer because of their expert service and facilities and their friendly and professional staff. Their waiting room is modern and comfortable, with vending, television, and charging area. I particularly like that they keep in touch via text message during the visit, so I can always ask for an update without having to hunt someone down. Plus, they have an option to pay via your phone so you can get back on the road faster. My car is always returned to me clean and inspected. I cannot recommend them enough.

Communication was easier than with most car dealers and the gamesmanship was not bothersom or pushy like it is at some dealers. The entire process was comfortable. I believe I got a great price on the mini-van I bought and fair trade in value for mine. I even went back and shopped the year and model I bought on 7 internet auto search websites after I bought and could not find anything else comparable for less than $2,000 more than what I paid. Also the paperwork process was much quicker and easier than at some dealers and took less than a half hour. Contrast that with 2-1/2 hours for an all cash purchase at another dealer just up the street for the last pickup I bought about two years ago.

Nick was fantastic! He kept us updated on locating a 2021 Jeep Wrangler with the specifications we were looking for. After one was found to be coming in, the status was updated constantly. They were extremely understanding of our needs and time frame. Nick went out of his way to help. He made sure to go over all the features before we left. He even compared vehicles with me so I could see the difference.

I purchased a used vehicle from them. In our dealings, I found them to be dishonest and untrustworthy. Prior to purchased, I discussed an issue with the salesperson. She assured me it would be a super quick fix and get service dept would take care of it. During purchase, I mentioned this to the finance manager and said I think I better wow those in on the agreement. When we arrived to pick up the car 5 days later, our sales persons manager said he just noticed that was supposed to be taken care of, but the service department had not even been notified. He promised we would be contacted Monday to make arrangements to bring it back for repair.Monday, we check in and are told by our sales person that she only said they would look at it, not repair it. She then had the General Manager call me to say 1) what I wrote in on the agreement was not legally binding, and 2) they did not have enough profit on this sale to afford the repair. A really bad position to take after we discussed this repair with the salesperson, the sales manager, and the finance manager.Bottom-line, they will promise you to make a repair before pick up, forget to even look into it, tell you to take the car home and they will call you later to arrange a time to bring it in, then stiff you because you already took delivery.

Are salesperson Nick was awesome. He was very knowledgeable about all the vehicles new and used. I will say I was very impressed by the way I was treated by Nick. He started out asking what I was looking for and the planned uses and a budget that I wanted to stay in. He guided me to the perfect truck. A clean used certified Ram 1500 and he knew all the history on this truck. The sales manager Bill gave me a fair price for my trade and a great deal on the 2017 Ram I purchased. Unfortunately my experience with this dealership was not good, giving one star is actually being generous. My vehicle was in their service department for 6 weeks and any time I wanted an update I would have to call them, they never called me…even if I left a message or voicemail. There were 2 messages left for the service manager to call us and we never received a call back from him either. Our car had been in their shop about 3 weeks prior to my vehicle overheating & unfortunately when it overheated it ruined many components of the engine and was quoted $9500.00 to repair it. I had a service contract which Chrysler did make good on bu giving me the retail value of my car but even after all of that Zimmer’s service department did not communicate important information such as placing the entire top half of my engine in my trunk without bothering to protect the carpet from the fluids that still remained. I was so upset with the whole ordeal I actually bought a non-Chrysler product for the first time in over 20 years. I would not recommend anyone go to this service department whatsoever.

Had the passive entry installed on my Jeep. First thing Zimmer Service says to me is “we can’t flash that! We don’t know how”. And the service woman was rude about saying it. Got the salesman who set up the appt for the flashing. He said they can do that. So somehow they did it. Guess they looked at a utube video on how to flash a door.

Beware of the service department. They like to try to take advantage of people that dont know a lot about cars. They tried to take advantage of my mom. They told her she had oil leak and needed $1500 in repairs. She has concrete drive way and never a spot on the driveway. She asked the woman in service if it was leaking so bad why isnt it leaking on our concrete. The rude woman in the service department said I dont know so you want it fixed or not. Mom told her no. The woman in service had been rude to us multiple times. Mom got her vehicle checked out by another mechanic and all the parts that Zimmer said was bad, well none of them are bad they are all just fine. So beware of service department!

I also just had a great experience working with Jeff on leasing a new grand Cherokee. I’d recommend Zimmer if you’re looking to buy or lease a car over any other dealership in NKY. Not a good experiences, only positive was sales person was good. The way that they handle the business and dealing was not good. Dont expect good customer service from them.just a update since I was there and purchased a car now I am being harassed cause they say my down payment was not done correctly was called 12 times in less than 3 hours and not one voicemail left. Was not sure if it was some kind of scam or another company trying to get money from me. But now I have received my first voicemail stating that I have a hour to respond or they will have to take serious action against me. First voicemail from them with out proof or anything they say who they are please. Sin you have my info Zimmer Chrysler Dodge, Jeep, Ram contact me with some info. I also was told last time I was there the General manager would contact me left name and number still 26 days later not a call. If you want the car back at this point I would be glad to give it to you just cause of the bad business experience I am still having with you and no concern or interest in resolving it.

Was looking for a clean and comfortable daily driver. I owne a 2019 GMC Denali after switching jobs I was putting a lot of miles on my truck. I found what I was looking for at this dealership. I drove over from Indianapolis to test drive my New (to me) 2015 Buick lacrosse with only 37k . Definitely worth the trip to Kentucky. And if you need a great sales guy Travis is your guy. Very disappointing service visit. Long wait for parts, higher price than quoted, excessive charges for “shop supplies”, egregious charges for labor and diagnostic service. Car was delivered with a crank/ no start condition. Replaced coil, battery, and cp sensor. $1281.00. Kept optima battery and still charged $18.00 for core. $59.95 for shop supplies. Car was returned covered in bird droppings and a broken parking light lens. Service manager offered “loyalty points” in compensation. Long time customer, but I will not return.

The folks at Zimmer did great. It was my first visit with my new 2500. I give them 5 stars. I only had one small complaint. My service work was complete and I sat an extra 10-15 minutes not knowing my truck was done until I saw my truck outside. I then went in to pay for the service so I could get on with my day. No one texted or advised me. I recommend prioritizing getting people out ASAP when the work is done. My wife has a Honda and they focus on this and it’s greatly appreciated. Should be an easy fix for the Zimmer team. Also, don’t forget it was my first time in. .

Made arrangements with Calvin to buy a Wrangler. Agreed to a price. Provided a copy my drivers license via text. Scheduled a 6:00pm pickup. Brought a certified check to pay in full. At 5:53pm I received a text from Calvin saying it sold. Wasted an hour getting there. No apology just an oops.May have been a blessing. A dive into reviews show bad service all around. I own a 2004 Jeep Liberty 4 wheel drive V6. In the end of February 2020 I wrecked it due the failure of the rear control arms and sway bar which it was recalled for. I never received a recall notice for this and I talked with the original owner who never received a notice about this. They always took the Jeep Liberty there for any service or any problems which I have the maintenance record. Thought at first it was a brake problem had all brakes and rotors replaced and the problem of suddenly fish tailing just continued up to point where I wrecked it. The last time the Jeep fished tailed hard right and then hard left almost hitting 6-7 other cars/trucks behind me. It then slammed into the curb and guardrail causing damage to front and causing the front tire to explode. It then continued down the guardrail to were it almost went off Turkeyfoote Road overpass onto 275 west before stopping. I had to have towed off to get the tire replaced. When I got back home I started checking the Fait Chrysler website when I found the recall for it. It was taken there and first they tried we sent you a letter which they didn’t and then they said we sent it to old owners which they didn’t. Like I said the Jeep up until this point was always maintained by Zimmerman. I then called the hot line again and was told that the repairs would be done. I asked about the tire and body damage they said they would take care of it(I was out $145 for a new tire already). I got the Jeep back from Zimmerman with body damage not fixed and the tire not paid for or replaced. After calling their hotline for 6 months and being told they would take of it and they then said that they would not repair the damage or pay me for the tire.In April 2021(the 7th and 8th) I was going out town and it started fish tailing again after hitting numerous curbs sidewalks and running into ditches I was able to get home in what should been a 3 hour drive(6 hours round trip) in 18 hours. I called the hotline thinking it was the same thing. They sent a low boy to haul it off being too dangerous to drive. They had it about 10 days then called that it had a recall for the front control arms, bushings and Tie Rod. They told that they took it all apart and the recall was done in 2004. Again I have all the service records and talked with the former owner it was never done. The service writer then said that it was unsafe to drive and unless I wanted to pay $5000 to get it fix(which he said it was not worth it) he would have towed back to my house. I don’t have another car so I had to keep using. I ordered a upper lower and tie rod repair kit. The mechanic showed me that it was never taken apart by all the rust and bolts that needed to be heated up to remove and the how bad the bushings were. He told me that the Jeep was a rolling death trap and I was very lucky that I didn’t have another wreck and get hurt really bad or die.In the February 2020 wreck I was hurt and in the April 2021 wreck I was hurt badly with damage to my neck and back. I was put on medication after the X-ray’s and CAT scan and ER visit for the pain and limited movement in my neck and back. This medication along with my medication I take caused me attempt suicide on 15 April which lead me to be in the hospital for 10 days and now being monitored by my Doctor so I will not do it again. The whole thing with Zimmerman is they are happy to take your money for maintenance or service work but if something else they won’t or don’t to fix it. My wife who bought it thought it being a Jeep it would be a safe vehicle for my family and grandchildren to be driven around in and it is far from safe. I now go through therapy for my neck and back because of this and most nights I can’t sleep in my own bed. At times I am so angry about this I want to hire a lawyer and sue over being told that it was taken apart and checked and were I am in pain and the attempted suicide. They are happy to sell you a Jeep take your money for services or repairs but if it is a design or quality problem then you left holding the bill.

This experience was terrible. I had called and scheduled an appointment for what seemed like an easy issue. When I scheduled it I was told three weeks was the earliest they had and 1030 am was my drop off time. I dropped my vehicle off at 10 am and returned to work. Finally around 3 pm I contacted my service advisor and they stated that they had not gotten my vehicle in for a tech to look at it. They also stated that they would not be able to get to it today. So I made other arrangements to get home and to work the next day. After not hearing anything by 11 am the next day, I again reached out to my service advisor. They stated that it still had not been brought into a tech and they needed to check with the service manager about availability for the afternoon. Finally around 3:30 pm I contact my advisor and they stated they did not think they would be able to get my vehicle in today either. I told the advisor to not worry about it and I was on my way to pick up my vehicle. When I arrived at the dealer my advisor did not even look at me or make contact with me, a different service advisor got my keys for me. No I’m sorry that we couldn’t look at it or anything. I would NEVER recommend this dealership to anyone for any issue! Find a different dealership! Customer service is terrible and my vehicle was there for 36 plus hours and didn’t even get pulled into the building for a minor issue. I had to give them one start to be able to leave a review.. I would like to give them negative stars!

Had some minor warranty work needing completed. Did a great job getting me in and scheduled quickly. Communication with the service department and informing me of updates on my vehicle repair were sparse at best. They performed the warranty work wonderfully and mostly without issue. The paint work started as a poor job trying to just touch it up but they are in the process of making it right, also a warranty issue.

Worked with Travis P., genuinely a nice guy. Very flexible, I mustve switched cars like 3 times. Came in with pre-approval from another lender and he was able to get me a better interest rate from Chrysler Capital. Finance was a breeze. Jim was very knowledgeable and has been in the industry for 24 years and happily and readily answered all my questions.However, last night on my way home from purchasing my car, my check engine light came on. I called Travis immediately and he went ahead a reserved a rental car for me and will schedule with service on Monday when it is open. Zimmer is amazing! Since the pandemic was going strong I was able to see pretty clearly online everything I needed about the car. The salesman Cameron was great in telling me all I needed over the phone as I was working from home most of the day doing meetings. It was very fast and efficient and I couldnt want anything more from the experience. Highly suggest if you are looking for a new car to look at Zimmer first. They wont disappoint.
