I was very happy with level of service I received from my entire experience with this company. I had a 10am at the Florence office. I received a phone call from Logan who wanted to let me know that agent working at the Florence office was not able to make it in due to illness. Instead of canceling my appointment they rushed another agent (Scott) from a Ohio branch over to the Florence office to meet with me. He arrived 5 minutes after my appointment was scheduled which was outstanding being that I did not have to wait. During my meeting with Scott he was professional and had great conversation. I gave the rep the price that I thought was fair and my reasons for the number. Amazingly, he agreed. After about 20 minutes of back and forth with his head office he said he was authorized to make an offer that was $300 less than the number I requested. His final statement, after all was concluded was to inform me that there was a $299 document fee that they would take care of since they take care of all of the paperwork. Hmmmmmm ... I think I ended up paying the document fee. (Their add stated that they would take care of all of the paperwork.)Pretty sure I would never deal with these folks again. I was pleasantly surprised with my experience here. I wasn’t sure about the company due to the fact I didn’t here of them until a few weeks ago. But I figured I could always say no and not sell them the car if the deal wasn’t to my satisfaction. I set up the appointment online had a few quick calls with their local office to confirm my appointment. When I arrived, myself and the associate assessed the condition of my truck. The final offer was within a few hundred dollars of their online offer. Had a small dent on my tail bed and they also had a small fee which I expected. The final offer was fair and within a 1,000 dollars of my trade in value. With the fact I didn’t have to negotiate with a dealer (doubt I would have gotten full trade-in due to the fact I’m not getting another car for now) or deal with private offers well under value, financing offers from individuals and scammers, I would do it again. Walked out with a check in under an hour. I would recommend this company for anyone selling a car.
