The Right By You claim is false.We bought a used car and have a “we owe”. A contract for repair work to be done by them.They will not honor it as they claim a technicality that the problem is something else and not what we asked to be repaired. In the end nothing was repaired. They claim it cannot be be fixed as it is not broken.In the end they won’t fix the problem as it would cost money. $400-600 according to a local body shop.If you buy a used car here, be very specific with a we owe. They will not be Right By You if they have a loophole to take advantage of.

Good selection. I negotiated a used car from $10,000 to $7,300. Know what you want to pay and stick with! Theyll get you if you dont, as will any car dealership. I was happy with my experience here.

Ive been putting off this review, not because it didnt go well but because I think like many, I *expected* it not to. I had a great sales experience buying a new car, but there was still something pending on my after sale sheet, maybe that would go poorly. It didnt. The first service? Without a hitch. Ive got to say, Im shocked in a good way with how great buying a car here has been. Yes the waiting area is small and the snacks arent free, but theyll drop you off and pick you up if you need to wait a while and the waiting area does have plugs and wifi so you can bring a computer. I didnt think a five star review for a car dealer could exist but here it is.

Kerry as a whole is just ok. Not much cooperation between locations, whereas others will check inventory at other locations, offer to being cars from their other locations to one closer etc. Never had Kerry offer anything of the sort. See some underhanded stuff from Kerry Toyota, especially from the used side of things. All in all, would only buy from them if there wasnt a alternative dealership for whatever car I was looking at.
