I have been searching for a like new Dodge Durango for a number of weeks and saw one in the Octane Red color I was seeking on the 212 Motors website. The price was VERY competitive and they reassured me that it was no problem that I live in a different state since they deliver.Everything they said was true. I found the vehicle on Tuesday, ... by Friday I had closed the deal and completed the purchase and the vehicle was on my doorstep on Monday. It was a totally positive experience (unlike some others I have had with online purchases).The vehicle had the exact mileage advertised and was in a pristine condition with fresh maintenance an no dings or dents and the interior is immaculate .... just like the pictures. Amelia took care of all the necessary paperwork for tax, tag and title and all I needed to complete the registration was a picture of the VIN number, a copy of my purchase agreement and proof of insurance.Based on this experience, I would not hesitate to buy another car sight unseen again from 212 Motors and have no hesitance in recommending their dealership to anyone wanting to buy a special vehicle from them. 5-star experience from start to finish, ... and yes, Im a real buyer.

The absolute worst experience I have had in the purchase of anything!We had our warranty cancelled by the dealership on the day we bought our car, we traded in a vehicle and left some items in it my mistake, when we called to ask them we were told nothing was left in the vehicle, so basically someone stole the items rather than allowing us to come and pick them up.We had issues with title and plates not being documented and nobody being able to give us answers why or how this happened.The car we purchased was advertise at 16k miles but when we got it it was at 24k miles.The final nail in the coffin is we just found out our vehicle had been in a serious accident which we would not have bought it if we had been advised of this!Nobody ever calls us back and the Manager Paul who promised us a call back 3 days ago to resolve all of this is now enjoying himself on vacation at the beach!!These people are criminals! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!!

Perfect original buying experience! Amelia was phenomenal during the purchasing process. Fast and easy 100% from home buying experience. Car was in my driveway within 24 hours of first contact. Unfortunately they left the weather-tech floor mats out of the truck after detail and I was unable to get them because of the remote location. It is a small thing and something I will consider when buying online vs. a local dealership. You cant forget that some after purchase support might be needed that online purchases cant provide. A few hundred extra dollars is probably not much in the grander scheme and it is really just the extra time.

I had an opportunity to purchase a Van from 212 Motors.I spoke to Ameila first. She was kind and invited me down to look at the Van. I never felt she was being dishonest, which I can appreciate.Shane was my sales guy, he was very laid back and we had great conversation, but once I decided I was going to buy the car, all of the conversation ended and I worked with Brice. After the test drive, his job was done. We sat there and just looked at each other. It was the first time I bought a car and a salesman didnt have to work for my business.I then met Brice. He was friendly, we negotiated and eventually came to an agreed upon price that included my DVD install and a nice amount for my trade. I was a happy customer...until.I had decided to use my personal bank to pay for the car. I called my bank, worked with them to ensure the check was on the way and even followed up when it arrived. Once 212 received the check from my bank, things fell apart.A few days later my check engine light came on. I called Shane to see if he knew anything about it (since he told me the car was bought from an accountant who was very particular). Shane quickly pointed me to Amelia and Amelia sent me to Brice. No one was able to answer my question. I took the car to Toyota on Killian (Great dealership btw) and they did a bumper to bumper. They told me I had a hole in my gas tank and my tires were dry rotted on the inside and my fluids were so low, they check for leaks. So I call 212 to inquire about this multi-point inspection, and the first thing they mention were tires and fluids are inspected. I informed them that they failed to update that on my vehicle and then the oh well sometimes things are missed conversation came. At this point, I have an unsafe Van that needs repair and after it was reviewed, my bill was over $2,000.212 asked why didnt I just bring it back, and I informed them that if they couldnt properly fill fluids, how could I trust them to fix a bigger issue. I was then notified that during the inspection, the light did come one, but it was reset as they assumed it was the gas cap. Even if they said Sir, we believe we fixed this, but if it comes back, let us know and we will take care of it I would have been OK. I will say that they did give me money towards the repair to cover the cost of the tank.I then received a call stating that my car that I traded had not been paid, when I called 212, there was a 2 week delay in my paperwork being sent for processing. I called numerous times for updates to ensure things were taken care of. Again, I was passed around. Finally about 3.5 weeks later after a very frustrating call with someone different, the check was finally sent.Ps. The DVD player install that I paid for, I had to call and set up because when I asked them what was the updated, the response was We dropped the ball, when I asked why the sale had not been processed, the response was we dropped the ball. I appreciate the honesty, but again, this was truly frustrating.The only reason Im giving it two starts is because of Ellen. She was very kind, apologetic and actually did everything she said she was going to do.Thanks Ellen,Other than that, I wish 212 the best as they are new and have really nice cars, I just hope that if they say they are inspected, that they really are and that the follow-up is much better for the future customers.

Friendly, professional and hands down the best car-buying experience I have EVER had!! My credit isn’t the best and I had checked with a few other places before coming here and their offers were not favorable. DISAPPOINTED AND DISCOURAGED!!!! Ibought a 2019 Jeep Wrangler with a SALVAGE Title!WAS NOT DISCLOSED AT PURCHASE, IT WAS 5 DAYS LATER! I was asked to come back and sign a “Salvage/Dent Title “Form. Apparently, it was missed in all the paperwork per 212 Motors phone call. In the US, youcan’t insurance it or have an auto loan on it. Additionally 4 days of negotiation of “making it right” per the dealership with the following options. Option 1: Allow me to keep the vehicle And pay KBB and upgrade cost that were done to the vehicle. Option 2: make me the exact vehicle body, color and etc. with a year older Jeep and 20,000 more miles and selling price of original vehicle. 🤔. A LOT of WRONGS Happening HERE! EVERYONE JUST RESEARCH THE VIN BEFORE BUYING. This whole transaction was awful! 🤥
