Listen people, if I could rate this place 100 stars I would. I was headed to Georgia from maryland when my truck started having issues and check engine light came on. I needed my solenoid valve replaced and I had 2 young boys with me, crunched for time to make it to my vacation in Georgia and Mr. Bozie got me in immediately and fixed my truck in 30 mins with a great price. I took my Prius there because some warning lights kept coming on. They drove it twice and it never happened again. They drove it 30 miles. Called and told me they could find anything wrong and charged me nothing! How many places would do that? Dealer charges 109.00 just to drive it in the door. They do business the old fashioned way which is a compliment. They replaced my daughters entire engine and it is running great. Bozie worked at Toyota for years!

I met Bozie some years ago. I was at the gas station next to his shop and needed a jump. Bozie was in the store and came out and ask did I need a jump. I must say he is one cool dude lol. I trust him with my car and the information he gives me check him out👍👍👍👍👍!

Sometime last year I spoke to someone at Bozie Lane & they were very professional & polite. Replaced the spark plugs on my husband’s car. However this year I called back for a quote on some repairs that my husband’s car needed, and someone very nastily said, “Ma’am I can stop you right there, I don’t work on Lincoln Cars”. “So I said oh really? Well I thought you did, because we brought this same car there last year, and you changed the spark plugs, so I don’t understand?”. So then he said “well I can do certain things on certain cars... etc”. By that point I had stopped listening, we haven’t been back there since! I don’t appreciate dishonesty, and especially not a nasty vibe/tone on top of that.

Took the car without an appointment, got it back same day. I had the oil changed, the transmission serviced, and the tire pressure checked. It was a 2007 Honda civic hybrid that my son drives to school. Price was reasonable and he called me to let me know if was ready. This was the Friday after Christmas. Not too shabby!

Stopped in from out of town for a quick inspection on a used car. Price was very reasonable. Their experience and knowledge helped me make an informed decision on whether to purchase. Highly recommended.

Personally gone here before no problems but last two times for the same simple problem to be fix and yet not to be fixed each time. Then other problems asked to fixed never been looked at. Just getting my lights reset all they ever did was unplug my battery and hope that fixed it. I could of done that for free. Watch out for these crooks. Don’t waste your time they are just looking for a quick buck.

Bozie Lane is the best auto shop in Florence. There staff is knowledgable, expierenced, friendly and always punctual. I live in Florida now, but will only get my service done bythese guys when Im in town to visit family. They will always tell you the truth and never try to do more than whats needed to extort money from you. You cant ask for better, more reliable service than these guys give!
