The radiator of my 2004 Subaru legacy cracked. Kings let me know exactly what was wrong, what it could mean with a coolant leak and how much it would cost. They did the work professionally and quickly. Chris was great to work with and was a real help.

I had an issue with the left, rear brake on my 2006 Hyundai Santa Fe. The brake dust cover was rusted, broke off and got shredded by the wheel rim. I took my SUV to Kings Garage in Farmington, MI the next day and Chris was able to quickly diagnose the issue. He also found another problem with my SUV and gave me some good repair advice.My Santa Fe was good to go in less than a day and a half thanks to Chris and the auto repair team at Kings Garage. I highly recommend them!

I checked google for places near me with high ratings for vehicle service and repair. Kings was high on the list. I scheduled an oil change for my Chevy Silverado and was very pleased with the professional service I received. I would recommend Kings.

I brought my car in because my brake pedal was soft and low and thought the brakes would need to be replaced. Chris inspected and reported wear on brakes, but reported that he could just adjust and clean rear brakes at this point. I did not even inquire about price at that time, and when he completed the work it was a minimal charge. His honesty and integrity earned my continued business

I found this shop after reading many reviews, looking for a reputable place on the west side of town. I dont live around here but my car died at work so I needed a shop I could trust to give me an honest answer. I had my car towed here to see if they could diagnose the problem and fix it, and I was convinced it was beyond repair. I got a call back within a few hours, telling me they not only knew what the problem was, but could get my car running again in a matter of days. They were very clear on their price, how long it would take to fix the car, and explained everything to me about what they did when I picked it up. It was even done a day early. I didnt feel pressured at any time, and was happy with the level of service I received. I think their prices are very reasonable, and quite frankly you get what you pay for! They even called me a few weeks later just to make sure it was still running well - which it is! I am glad to have found a good shop with friendly and knowledgeable staff. I would highly recommend Kings for your electrical work, and I will come back to them again if I need to. Thanks for getting me back on the road!

I called at the end of the day - I was able to get an appointment the next day. They were in communication with me through the whole process - AND were able to fix my car in a couple of hours. They are always willing to give me a ride home or to work if I need it. This is a great Farmington business - I have taken my cars here for over 15 years - all of my experiences have been exactly like this one.

Trustworthy and Honest, Been going there for 2 years now. My wife went to change transmission oil, dont remember when it was last changed, they checked it and advised that oil condition is great and still has some life in it. Other mechanics would just change it to make a quick buck.

Excellent experience at Kings Garage. Had an issue with my A/C pulley that would have cost $$$ big money to fix, but the folks at Kings did some research and found they could bypass the problem with a shorter belt and save me a lot of money. Im really grateful for their extra effort in finding an alternative solution for me; additionally, the office staff was really pleasant and helpful. 5-star service, would highly recommend to friends and family!

Well, Diogenes never found him--thats why hes known to posterity as Diogenes the Cynic--but if he had lived in 21st century Farmington, I would have gladly introduced him to Kings Garage, where his search would have ended at last.Ive been in Michigan since 1979 (almost 40 years) but never have I experienced the kind of genuine friendliness, courtesy, kindness--and sheer, overwhelming competence--that I encountered on my first visit to Kings Garage this week. My 1997 Lincoln Town Car was grinding when I braked. An easy fix, I thought. But within minutes of dropping it off with them, I got an email from Kings saying, Call us immediately.When I did, I learned that the main frame at the front of the car was practically disintegrated. All that was needed for the front end of the car to literally fall to pieces was one good Michigan pothole. It wasnt safe to drive. It was a death trap, a fatality waiting to happen. And because the mechanics at Kings went beyond diagnosing my problem and considered the whole vehicle, they very likely saved my life.I know. That sounds a bit over the top. But if it was my child, or my spouse, driving in a car, Id want it to be as safe as it could possibly be. Wouldnt you?

My cars & my Mother’s cars have been taken care of by King’s for over 20 years. Even though I no longer live within walking distance of their Kings Garage I still bring my car across town to have anything that needs doing done by them. They let me know of if there are any other problem I need to be aware of before they become big complications.I made an appointment for an oil change & when I got there everything was pulled for my 14-year-old car which they had keep on the road. I had neglected to let them know I had bought a new car. I was congratulated on the new car & a smooth transition was made for the parts needed for the car.Everyone is warm, friendly & very helpful. It is a pleasure to work with them.I recommend them for maintenance as well as major repairs.

Honestly, they charge way too much for what they do. I decided to go to a mechanic outside of Detroit (bad decision). They gave me $200 for a car that had new tires on it. The engine froze, but I know it was worth more than $200. They also charged me a $99 fee for just looking at it. I have another car that theyve done maintenance on and charged me $300 and it still did not fix the problem I was having. I would NOT recommend. If anyone needs a honest mechanic let me know. I found one in the Farmington area that is cheaper and honest.

Brought my 2001 Mustang Cobra in for a oil leak. The crew isolated it down to the oil cooler and worked diligently to fix it. Even though Ford sells it as a non serviceable part they managed to fix it and stop my leak! Will definitely be returning for any future issues with my car.

We have been using Kings for 10 years now and have always felt like family. My car broke down on my lunch hour, I was towed to Kings and Brenda drove me home to drop off lunch and then back to work. One time my car wouldnt start in the driveway, I had it towed to Kings and nothing was wrong with it so they didnt charge me. They always give an estimate and call before starting any service. They have never added on extra services or used a high pressure sales to get more money out of you. They treat you like one of their own family and fix your car to get you safely back on the road. I highly recommend them to everyone I know.

I moved into this area from Royal Oak back in 1998. I had a good mechanic there but the travel time to pick up and drop off became too much of a time killer.I passed the barn on Grand River many times and noted that it was an auto repair facility. After using a couple of other shops that didnt know what they were doing,I tried King garage. I am a small masonry contractor with two trucks and they service them whenever something has to be done. They also work on my personal vehicles and my kids vehicles. The thing I like most about Kings is that once something has been diagnosed and repaired, I dont have to keep bringing it back because it was not repaired correctly in the first place. Top notch facility - you will not be disappointed!!!!!!!

By 10 am the next day the problem was fixed at a very reasonable cost.I also really appreciate the fact that they let me know of a completely unrelated problem.
