Terrible customer service. Took my damaged phone in to ask questions about repair and insurance on my damaged phone. Pretty much had no information to answer my questions. Didnt call anyone to try to get answers to my questions. Told me I had to call someone else. Didnt act like he had the least bit of interest in helping me. I couldnt call anyone because my phone is broken. Told me I had to go back to my house 20 mins in the other direction to call someone from my wifes phone then drive all the way back in town to get somewhere to maybe fix it. Couldnt even give me the name of a place to take my phone to have someone look at it.

Excellent customer service, Kelsey handled an issue quickly and professionally that other Verizon stores said couldnt be done in person a huge thank you to her!
