The store employees are awesome! The company (customer service), however, is another story. Heres the Readers Digest version of todays events: Im transferring my Home Connect service (opened years ago with Sprint) to another carrier. To keep my current phone number, I need my account number and the account PIN number so my numbercan be ported in. They can easily send the numbers to me via sms message, but only to the phone number associated with the account. Its a wireless land line, and cant receive anything other than calls. I had to drive to my original Sprint store and they were able to give me my account number. Their system, however, was down at the time so they couldnt help me retrieve my PIN number. They told me to go to the Other T-Mobile store across town. Did that. The young man who helped me, Bryan, is fantastic! He patiently called a specific number for customer service. I was transferred repeatedly, only to have the exact same conversation with those three as I had earlier when calling from home. After at least two hours total on the phone with them, there is no resolution.

Kyle C. went so far above and beyond helping us this afternoon/evening! He took the time to make sure everything was set up, correct, and working. We cant thank Kyle enough!!!

I am very happy with my new phone and my experience with the staff. I dont know the name of the man who helped me get my phone ordered and accessories purchased but he was very friendly and helpful and made it easy to get what I wanted. When my phone arrived Kyle was the one who helped me put on the screen protector and set up my phone for me. He was super helpful and friendly.

Kyle was really helpful and knowledgeable. He patiently explained all the deals and promos going on in the store today. My boyfriend was able to open a new line and get his new S21 in an efficient, timely manner. Kyle also offered an insurance plan, screen protector, and phone case. My boyfriend purchased all 3!

Went to get new phone seemed everything not in stock or on back order. My brand they dont carry anymore. Wanted one compared to mine. They wanted to push high dollar phones. I dont need or want them. They were not even sure of other to brands that were cheaper kept pushing expensive phones on me I left.

We came to pay my phone 📱 bill from sprint and t-mobile there store was clean the employees were very helpful with our questions theres one girl name Rachel she good of everything she very helpful with anything we have to say to her ill give them 5 star 🌟 great

I went in with my parents to add them to our plan. Rachel and Brian were awesome. We kept them there late on a Saturday and they couldnt have been more gracious and helpful, never seeming to grow weary of our questions. I was even impressed by the communications between the store and the service line they have to call within the T-Mobile system in order to add the lines...courteous to each other and have a great evening rather than sounding like they HAD to work together. Great staff, great experience.

I came in to get a simcard for my girlfriends new phone and they told me she didnt need a new one that her old one would work for her new phone. (Which it did.) I decided while I was there I wanted to upgrade my phone from an s10 to an s21. Rachel and I want to say the other girls name was Ashley were the ones that helped me. They were very helpful and polite. They got me a promotion where my bill will barely go up at all. I got a case and screen protector as well and my bill is going up less than $15.

Kyle did a great job getting a phone back in my hands as quickly and efficiently as possible. He was very easy to work with. Very satisfied with t-mobile.

I used to be with T-Mobile, but switched to Verizon a while back. I just switched back because of frustrations with Verizon, and T-Mobile has been even better than I remembered. I love coming to this location because Chelsi is always amazing, helping out with everything we need and explaining deals. She really goes above and beyond to ensure we have a great experience and get the most out of our service. The customer care you get from T-Mobile is unparalleled, and I’m excited to try out the service now that T-Mobile and Sprint have merged.

I went in to ask about getting a new iPhone 12 and unfortunately there were none in store. ALTHOUGH after looking to see if any were in stock the nice employees aka Evan, ashley, rachael, and chelsi helped me order one! It came in 2 days later and I came into the store and all 3 of them jumped at the opportunity to help me out and get it set up! It was definitely a fast, easy and stress free experience. T-Mobile hires the best & brightest & Emporias new store manager, Jeff, is no exception. However, their corporate policies are puzzling. Why would a district manager be in charge of a stores scheduling? How on earth can they possibly know each stores needs better than its manager? Or is it that they dont trust a manager of color to properly staff his store? I hope thats not the case but stranger things have come to light in recent days.My husband & I threw a big order Jeffs way and despite running full-tilt all morning, he handled it efficiently & quickly. We walked out knowing wed received first-class treatment from a world-class guy. Now if only corporate trusted him as much as we do.

My hisband and I have been with T-Mobile for 18+ years and have been very happy with the coverage, cost of service and equipment. As of late we are extemly unhappy. Coverage since merging with Sprint is poor. Communications are with a different country that does not understand the program cant answer questions and tell you things like dont worryl and no problem. In the end my advise is dont change to T-mobile. We will be changing as I am not happy that call center Jobs are not in the USA and coverage is POOR.

Later that afternoon I came in with our son to switch him from another provider to our account. Andre helped us and provided us with the best option to do so. That transition was also a smooth one.
