Website says Next-Tech Wireless is unlimited. I went into the store at the mall to inquire about their services. 150$ for 300 GB not counting equipment cost. I was confused as their website states the service is unlimited. Sells rep explained to me that they are unlimited but throttle you to 3g speeds once your data is used. I asked the sells rep how fast is your 3g. There were 4 staff members working and not one of them could tell me how fast their 3g speeds were. Im expected to over pay for home internet and not fully know what Im paying for 😔

I wish I could give 0 stars. I never had service when traveling out of town. I called and complained several times and the issue could never be resolved. Now I have switched to a different provider and they expect me to pay for a whole month of service that was not rendered to me.I expected more out of a “local” company…

Found this little gem after being jaded by Sprint. Damien is a great Salesman! Spending half as much for the unlimited plan as I was before, and Im​ getting service in areas I never used to. Nex-Tech Wireless is the place to go if you want reliable service at an unmatched price. Tell them Ann Spunaugle sent you!Update: Im knocking them down a star, because the phones they sold us have power buttons that keep falling out. Will update later, if they work with us to get the phones working properly.

Only gave 1 star because 0 isnt an option. Awful place. 0 out of a million...would not reccomend. Dont even waste your time.
