Worst pharmacy service I have ever seen in my life. I was in line for over 40 minutes the second time, the first time over 30 minutes. Also it took 8 hours to fill two prescriptions. I called to leave a complaint with the corporate office the first time and they called me back, but nothing was done. The second time I called yesterday, nobody has returned my call. And I have a over a 40 minute video of me standing in line with a bunch of other people waiting for their medications. And most of the people, their medications were not ready when they got up to their turn. I never want to go to this drugstore again for my prescriptions. I would rather drive all the way back to North Olmsted Drug Mart to get my medicine. And the fact that corporate ignores you, is another problem.

I love coming here in the evening, but mornings are always different. Every time I come here in the morning, I either get followed around by older workers like I’m going to steal something, or they give me a hard time at the register. Two separate items, I’ve had workers give me an attitude because I asked them to look up my courtesy card by phone #. I lost my card, and they refuse to use the # because they “can’t prove it’s my phone number.” Every drug mart I’ve ever been to, asks for your phone number. When asked if I had one today, I asked if I could provide a number and the cashier flat out ignored me. I don’t argue because it’s not that important to me. The final straw was that I had spent $40. The cashier made it a point to get a marker and check my $20 and $5 bills for counterfeit in front of me. I have NEVER had someone stop to check a $5 for counterfeit. Thats ridiculous. Also, the customer in front of me paid cash for an order of well over $80, but of course the cashier didn’t say anything to her and or check her bills?I come here all the time but I’m done coming here during the day.

The store is fine and workers are very friendly. However the pharmacy seems to always have the drive thru closed or short staffed. The line the last few days have been very long and while waiting you have people paying for groceries in the pharmacy line. Even though its right around the corner i always seem to have to get my prescriptions transferred to Westlake or North Olmsted.

This Drug Mart,is great, staff is always friendly, helpful. Pharmacy staff answers questions for you on medication. Love this store.

Poor pharmacy service. You have to wait in line forever. Your prescriptions are not ready for at least 6 to 8 hours. Not happy with the place.

I needed milk on the June 10th and all whole had an expiration date of the 11th period

There are some very awesome people in the pharmacy,and then you have a person or two who aren’t that friendly,I’ve worked hard to establish a customer relationship with them and things have improved with their not so friendly attitude! Thanks for everything!

I always receive wonderful service from the staff. They call me and remind me about my medications and auto refill them for me. Thank you 😉😉

People are great in this store

I have always received great customer service through their pharmacy and cashiers. I have never had an issue. If there was a problem with my medication, they notified me immediately and the problem was always resolved. The pharmacy staff was always very courteous and kind.

Terrible pharmacy experience! No communication between staff and no direction for a new customer. I will be changing pharmacies and never using Drug Mart again!!I contacted the manager and explained my experience.

Their pharmacy consistently messes up my prescription, has ignored my doctors notes on my prescription & hasn’t had my prescription on time multiple times. Today I get a call that they again, can’t refill my monthly prescription that I’ve had for almost FIVE years there because they don’t have it. I called to figure out why or if I can get it at a different location. The lady was super rude to me & acted like it was the end of the world when I asked to look up if any surrounding locations had it. I will be switching pharmacies.

This is the fastest pharmacy. Always helpful. I love the automatic refills and text message reminders. Cheaper than other pharmacies as well.

I love coming here before work or on my break, they always have great deals on drinks so i can stock up for work. The staff seems to mind there own and the cashiers are nice. I have no experience with the pharmacy so I can’t give a review on that.

All Drug Marts are good. Ive never been in a bad one. Anyone who gives poor service at a Drug Mart doesnt seem to stick around long. I like Drug Mart and have been going to all of them for decades with no problems. Recommended.

We received rude treatment by pharmacy staff and poor customer service. We switched to this pharmacy when we moved because it was closer. We have a family member with serious medical conditions who is on several medications. We have made some minor special requests that our previous pharmacy had no trouble fulfilling, but this one has given us an attitude from day 1. After four years we are switching back even though our original pharmacy is a further drive.

The store itself is fine, but my experience with the pharmacy was similar to the previous reviewer. Started using this one due to the more convenient location. Recently I made a simple request and was ignored. When I reiterated my request the staff started giving me attitude, but gave me the impression theyd take care of it. When I returned later I discovered the request was not taken care of. Further questions only got me more rudeness. My previous pharmacy never gave me this kind of trouble. My prescriptions are up for renewal soon, so Ill be taking my business elsewhere.

I ALWAYS FEEL WELCOME WHEN I VISIT THE DRUG MART AT CHESTNUT COMMONS. THE STAFF OUR VERY FRIENDLY THEY GO ABOVE AND BEYOND TO HELP YOU OUT, MUCH APPRECIATED, THANK YOU, IT FEELS LIKE YOUR PART OF A FAMILY.

Just paid with a $100 and received my change which was $83. Cashier did not count it back to me so I had to. He also didnt bag my stuff i had to ask him. Needs customer service training.

I have been using this particular Drug Mart location for many years. Pharmacy staff may be slow at times (probably because they are so busy) but are always professional and courteous. I have always been treated well by all of the staff from Managers to stock people.
