We would have our prescriptions filled here and always had a great experience. The pharmacy staff was always polite and helpful. Now that weve moved an hour away I realized how great these people really were!

I was really put off by asking Emily about the covid vaccine. She referred me the the website and was very short and unwilling to help .I felt I was putting her out by asking her a question . I wont go to the elyria store for anything anymore.

This CVS is the dirtiest CVS I have been in. The pharmacy is very slow and very rude. The store is also pricier than Walgreens or drugmart for regular items like band aides, soaps, ibuprofen etc..

Staff here is always friendly, in general store portion and pharmacy. They are polite and prompt and very professional. Quick to fill prescriptions and answer any questions in an easy to understand way. This is a great CVS.

Pharmacy Review only: Ive had so many issues filling prescriptions with this CVS Pharmacy. Even though Ive been going there for months my medications are constantly out of stock. Im then told to go to another location and my information will be transferred. It was not. When I am in need of refills I have been told to contact my doctor directly as they will not. When picking up prescription most of the staff are nice but there is one woman in particular that is consistently rude in her tone of voice and questioning. My insurance makes me go to CVS, otherwise I would have switched to a more competent pharmacy months ago.

The parking lot is difficult to get into, and the doors to get in and out take forever to open. I knew what I wanted and after going up to the register, an employee looked at me, started walking away, began chatting with a coworker and then after a 2 or 3 minute conversation and me asking to checkout, she finally wandered over to check me out.On the second and only other visit I will ever make to this CVS, I approached an empty register (not a sole at the front) and after a couple minute wait, the manager came running up to check me out.If this place really wanted to encourage people to pay for their goods, I feel like they could just put someone at the register, but that probably is just my logic speaking.

Another great place, to pickup almost anything,that you may need in a hurry,or just close by convenience😂..

The prescription cost is great, what drove me crazy was being ask if I want a bag for five items, like just put the stuff in a bag

A very ok CVS. They have what youd expect, and the service is iffy and depends on which employee youre dealing with.
