This Family Dollar always has what I need. Thats why I gave it 5 stars and customer service is excellent. The only issue I have is that the merchandise is always on the floor and needs to be put on shelves. I wish Family Dollar had an overnight shift so that the store would be fully stocked and neater in the morning.

I just wanted to take the time to write a review. I came in here the other day to purchase a few things and at check out the representative was on the phone having a full blown conversation with someone (that didn’t bother me however) using very foul language. I told her to have a good day and I meant it (I don’t know what’s going on in her life) but that was unprofessional.

The cleanest I ever saw! And the staff is Welcoming! This place is good. Those other spots always cluttered. Yet this particular location on North Broad Street was very clean and shelves fully stocked. I will definitely be going back 😊😊

Good lower prices then most other stores that carry the same item. You end up coming here for just a few things and end up walking out and taking more things that you didnt go in for just because of the prices. At times you end up taking things that you dont need just cause of the prices. This place is recommended.

Every time I go there the aisles are packed. Why dont they do stock when they close. Every time I have to move something to get to something. I prefer to shop and ShopRite

Great place to pick up things that you need for your house usually stock with things that you need service is pretty fast

Before Covid they had a lot of things I needed. Now that people are free to come and go for the most part...they no longer have a whole lot of things I needed at the moment. They also looked like they were restocking...too bad I couldnt go through the boxes. 😅

They have good things in store. Things you probably dont remember you need but when there you make click on them and buy them

Cashier was great. Employees constantly fixing shelves. Shelves were stocked. Place was clean.

I love shopping here because of the prices however I always get dirty looks from the heavy set lady with the braids. And theres almost always one cashier open even when the lines are long. The workers need to be more careful of that. Otherwise, the employees are very nice. And I will still keep coming here because it has most of my daily needs plus the small makeup/skincare selection is surprisingly good for a discount store by the way.

They had what my daughter wanted. Just dont buy ice cream cones from there. Bought 2, got to the car and realized that they had melted and was refrozen, and had ice build up. Went back to get replacements, and those were worse than the 1st ones. Just got my money back and called it a day.

Family dollar is a good store, just have long lines. They need more cashiers. Other than that the employees are nice and helpful.

Rude service Cashier on cell phone the entire time. This is by far the dirtiest store I have ever entered they dont sanitize anything everyone in there is going to have covid.

Love this place! Nice prices and everything is organized youll definitely find what you need. The place is big and they provide carts 🛒 go check it out! Debit/ Credit cards are accepted! Cash too! Ill post some photos once I go back.

My favorite store, it close to home, employees are pleasant and friendly

Not all stores are the same in product or service.

I am regular customer. I live on the next block and come to the store 3 to 5 times per week. Stock is delivered on mondays. U boats full of stock are in the aisles all the time. I am handicapped and walk with a cane. If the aisles arent clear it is a problem for me. Also, no matter how busy they are, they have only 1 line open. This discourages many customers who leave.

Hello I went into the store yesterday in the mid afternoon and I be leave there was a manager there by the name of Lisa she was extremely rude towards the crew . Over hearing talking about her staff her mouth was super disgusting . It not appropriate how she talks to the crew and customers . I will never go back there . I was affended on the way she spoke as a lady a adult and a team leader thats not how u treat ppl. She should get a crown for being a disrespectful drama queen. I was in the store for at least 15mins and I just wanted to hurry and go . Leaving the store other customer was tlking to me about how they was affended on how they was treated an most of all how she be littled her crew. I live near and no it a new store and I really feel family dollar should really take better time on hiring on good respectful educated people. You guys have lost me as a customer and will tell my family and friends how gettho this store is . I would never let one of my love ones go there to feel disrespect At this location

I dislike them because management cant realize you need at least two registers open at all times that way customers wont be discouraged coming into the establishment, so once that improves it wont be issues.

Its huge, so it has a lot of different stuff like the one they had on elizabeth ave.

The manager Lisa is rude.... I dont know how she became manager her customer service sucks.... she doesnt say thank you ....and when you ask her something she gets an attitude... the lines are always long... the machine doesnt give out receipt paper...the list goes on!

Very good specials. But the staff working tonight were very rude. I took out a cart to take the bags to the car. Pork was with my baby and several bags with heavy pots and it was quite cold and the manager came out in a bad way and shouting that the car could not be damaged. Everyone looked at me until I thought km was going to do something. And when I emptied the car and took my child out, she stole the car fast and annoying and everything
