If I could give 5+ stars on this rating I would. I went there looking for a mattress because our old mattress was hurting us, bad! We had been searching at other stores looking for a good price and good mattress, and didnt find one until we got to Mattress Liquidators (N. Zaragoza). The gentleman that helped my husband and I out was extremely helpful. He helped us find a deal within our budget, answering our questions, and gave us the best deal within our budget. Never pressured us, gave us our space and time. They are delivering the mattress and taking the old one at no added charge, they even threw some pillows and assorted sheets for free. Very helpful. Definitely recommend shopping there!

I am very happy with this vendor. Miguel Chavez, was our sales rep and he is very professional. He met our expectations, has good manners, is knowledgeable on the product and has amazing people skills. We are from California and we just bought a house in El Paso TX. We shopped around for a while before finalizing our purchase. We were looking for a good mattress but also something available soon. We went to over 5 different stores and were told we had to wait 6 weeks plus to get any mattress since everything seemed to be backordered; some even said 12 weeks. We went to Mattress Liquidators and not only got a sweet deal, but Miguel also gave us a mattress protector and pillows. It was nearly closing time and he was about to get in his car, but he went back in the store and opened the doors for us. We then called mattress liquidators on a later day; that we were interested in a softer mattress instead, he allowed us to go back and do a swap. His professionalism and attentiveness is a huge quality when it comes to been in retail. He is very honest on the product and loyal to his word. Ruben also helped us and he was very kind and provided messages to Miguel to return our call. They keep their word on the delivery time frame and customer satisfaction is their key. I cant say enough but they gained our business and we are satisfied and will refer them to our friends and family. Nobody wants to wait 12 weeks for a mattress. We only waited one week for our mattress but the following day they delivered a loaner mattress. That made our waiting time pleasant; while they made our mattress.
