Customer service was outstanding! Edward knew everything there is to know about a sleep number bed. If you are in the market for a new mattress I highly recommend you go to the store and check them out. Anxiously waiting for our new bed!

The salesman Juan C was extremely accommodating and helpful. He went above and beyond to help me purchase a bed for my new home. We were able to lay on different mattresses and try out different features in store. Our bed cost more upfront but overall I definitely believe its worth it for a GREAT nights sleep. Were extremely happy with our purchase. Thank you so much!

My wife and I stopped for a test drive and to learn about Sleep Number. Jay showed us around, demonstrated mattresses, features, etc. Before we left he sold us....not that we needed selling. He was patient and informative and allowed the product to sell itself. I might add he was courteous, friendly, well spoken and unhurried. There was none of that car sales nonsense. Most leasurely major purchase I have ever made. I highly recommend this store if in the market for a bed.

Terrible Experience. Purchased a $5,000.00 bed for my disabled mother. Made the purchase from Alfred. I feel the bed was misrepresented. Especially after I advised him of all of her disabilities and why we were making the purchase. We have had it two weeks and it is sinking. My mother has already fallen off the bed. I tried several times to re-inflate the bed to no avail. I am now having to deal with Customer Support since no refunds are handled at the store. Another terrible experience. I was advised I would have to wait for them to send someone. Fastest appointment 7 days away. Be wary. Make sure you inform yourself and be certain on this purchase before you spend so much money. Extremely dissatisfied. The sales people should explain things properly especially when dealing with a disabled person who is on dialysis. Never again.

Great customer service. Edward was awesome, very patient guy, answered all my questions and stayed late past closing just to show me the beds. The guy really knows his stuff, made me feel like more than just a commission, which most salespersons do. I felt so confident I was ready to take my shoes off and go to sleep, but Im pretty sure thats against store policy, I dunno, I didnt ask. Maybe i should have. But Im pretty sure if I could, Edward would bring burritos in the morning and the employees would look at me like, theres another customer asleep in the store again, I bet Edward was working last night... Just a really great store with a great manager. Definitely won my business for sure.

J and Alfred were very friendly from the start. All of our questions were answered, we were allowed to try out each bed we wanted... they made it super comfortable and easy. We didn’t feel pressured to buy anything extra, but we ended up leaving with the pillows we fell in love with! They were very knowledgeable and friendly!

The people there were fantastic and patient with me. Only problem is, its that it more expensive than kinda advertised. They make it seem that these beds are 1 to 2k when they are around 7k

All I can say is April is the bomb! She is a very personable rep who is also knowledgeable. We had absolutely no plans on purchasing anything at all, we only were seeking information. April provided so much information and compassion that we made a large purchase by the end of our review of the products. Suggestion: she should work in the corporate offices! Please retain her in this company.We purchased the i8 mattress with solid elevation, its a fabulous set that Im sure well enjoy for years to come!

The staff at this location was beyond amazing! They will take the time to help you understand and learn about their products and give you hands on demonstrations. They are not pushy and will make sure you choose exactly what you need to give you a better nights rest. Edward and Juan .C were absolutely amazing gentleman to work with .

This is our second Select Comfort/ Sleep Number bed. Our first one lasted us about 22 to 23 years. Juan at the El Paso store was very accommodating, put up with all of my questions and actually got us into a better bed than we had originally been looking for. I highly recommend this bed and several of our friends have purchased them based on our recommendations. We hope this bed will get us through another 20 plus years, and Im sure it will.

Mr Juan knows his beds and was very helpful in helping me choose the best option bed, not to sell but for my comfort. I left there a very happy customer. You cant go wrong with these beds.

Edward helped us with our initial bed purchase in June, 2016. We recently went back to purchase new pillows because of a special sale. Edward remembered us (and we remembered him). He found the perfect pillows for both of us. Great service. Great store manager!!!

Visited this location a little while back. When my wife and I went in to look at beds there was only one person in the store to help us out. She was helping a customer at the time and said I will be with you in about 2-3 hours, if I can get to you today. I would recommend making an appointment (if you can) before going into the store to ensure you can get helped the same day you visit.

Great shout out to Zach, He was very knowledgeable, and very helpful answering our questions. Did not push for a sale, but very understanding and patient! Over all experience was terrific, only down fall, not enough sales people on the floor, had to wait for someone free up! Especially on such a big sale weekend!

We had an excellent experience at this Sleep Number store. Edward was knowledgeable, friendly, and very helpful as we made a decision about what to purchase without being pushy or overbeing like most salespeople. He showed us all of the features of the sleep number and did an excellent job. Very nice store, clean, they offered complimentary water bottles and even charged my phone when I mentioned it was almost dead. Great staff and excellent customer service!

My 60 some year old uncle recently purchased a mattress from here. He loves the mattress, but apparently a 30 min demonstration on a flex base is enough to warrant a 1200 cost with zero warranty or flexibility. After being repeatedly told that there is a purchase guarantee, which is what he has told me over 100 times, he purchased. Apparently not. On a fixed income he went on a limb and splurged on a purchase that now causes him neck pain and can not use. The company’s corporate line is well he should have read the multiple pages that are provided to him and shouldn’t have initialed. I am not absolving my uncle of error or mistake, but don’t take advantage of individuals with repeated talking points of return and not emphasize that it only pertains to the mattress and not the most expensive components of the purchase. It’s disingenuous and frankly sad. He now has a $1200 worthless base that he can do nothing about, but hey! Congrats Sleep number for another sale made!

Looking at buying our 3rd bed, the two Juans were awesome help..2 Juans dont make an Edward who wasnt there..hes good too..sometimes. lol
