I was looking for tofu, but there was this kind of fried tofu available. This was also the only pack left. I didnt have a choice. When I got home and opened it, the tofu was black inside, full of mildew. See pictures. There was also pink and pale on the surface of some pieces. I live in New Mexico and didnt want to drive 44 miles each way to return, not knowing if the owner would even refund me!

Nice store, but small and not enough variety of merchandise. Unless you want something from the freezer section. Also couldnt use my credit card because I was buying less than $10. Had to pay cash. Was not very impressed with this place.

This store is such a dirty store I had ever seen in my life. The staffs are in a bad mood always shouting at customers not wearing the face mask and always with their phone. The staffs are eating at the store when the customers are there and a old sick lady lying in the floor without face mask. The vegetables are in the box don’t even unpacked the groceries, keeping cooking pot on the vegetable shelf. I don’t know how they are running the business in this country. This store is the high risk of spreading virus and all kind of germs. This people are dirty, cruel and worse.

Decent food. I ordered a spicy chicken dish (not spicy) but my wife enjoyed the salmon. The jasmin tea we ordered wasnt high quality, and well overpriced! Two tea bags, two tea cups - was over $3.50- I cant remember if that was for both or each but the rest of the menu was a decent price. All and all, we will keep looking for a better Thai place in El Paso.

Decent enough asian market in the west side. The food and produce here is mostly Vietnamese so if you are looking for Japanese ramen or Philipine ingredients you will have to go to the North East or the Asian Supermarket by the Fountains. But if you like Pho and Vietnamese food and are on the west side this place is for you.

The young man was the cashier & treated us professionally, impressive !I hope the older man could arrange their frozen goods, because some are not labeled well. The prices are reasonable, considering that we used to get our supplies from Albuquerque, so if we still travel going there, gas + travel time, the prices are reasonable.Well come back 🙆‍♀️---‐------------------UPDATE NOVEMBER 24, 2020Ive noticed that the young noy i used to be impressed with was a wrong imprwsdion. On another visit, there were a lot of customers & he just didnt stop playing with a computer game& help his unsmiling, ungrateful looking father.--------------------------Yesterday, Nov. 23, 2020.We csme in.No other customers.A young man was just sitting & his face on his cellphone.I was even the one who said, good morning 😏-------------------OVERALL REVIEW...An owner who looks ungratefulA store helper whose face is just on his cellphoneThe owners son whos addicted to his computer game. All the factors i mentioned are sure signs that these business will have a slow death. With all the competitions here in El Paso ?The owner should think things over, either to clise shop or step up !

They will not refund bad or spoiled produce, buy at your own risk. I asked for a refund on spoiled eggs I bought 1 day ago. The man said buy at your own risk we dont give refund and if you dont like it you can go to the eastside. Im never coming back here.

Can you go lower than one star? Dude parks his Benz in front where you think his customers would want to park? Or maybe to give the impression people shop here cause of the service? Lmao. Only shop here if you wanted to be treated like a trespasser. Dont expect any help while they are expected to give their cell phones more attention like a 16 year old school girl. Daddy left you the business. We got it. You dont care. Sell the place if you dont like helping people. Best advice to give someone so put off by people.

The woman behind the counter was scowling the whole time, ignoring us as she just stared at a TV on the counter. When asking questions, she spoke with clipped and short answers, sounding disinterested and bothered that we were interrupting her viewing. She was rude and unhelpful. I would normally help local businesses, but Id sooner buy items through Amazon instead of giving them my hard-earned money. Its worth driving across town to other Asian markets rather than spending any money here.

I was looking for a grocerie store for Asian food. And I found Saigon Market at north Mesa street, at El Paso, TX. You can find a variety of options for sauces, soy sauces, noodles and even Shitake mushrooms! If you like to cook and one day want to prepare Asian good, visit this place so you can find or review the variety of goods you require. They have a lot of frozen meats too.

I have been buying my supplies to make kimchi from Amazon. I was shocked to see how much cheaper everything here is. Granted, the owner doesn’t seem to really connect with anyone. He passed by me without offering assistance and had a nine year old child check me out. Seriously, the child was playing his video games and was kind enough to check me out since his father/grandfather had no intention of doing anything but to stroll to his office in the back of the store. All the same, I’ve canceled my orders with amazon and plan to buy everything that I need here, because I am not going to drive to the Eastside of the city just because of the owner’s “shcity” attitude towards his customers.
