They did it again! You can’t trust Cube Smart. I’ve been renting their largest unit for a year now. Supposedly when you reserve a unit either online or in person – it locks in the rate at the time of the reservation. When I first reserved this unit a year ago the price went up between the time I reserved the unit and actually moved in. I was charged the new higher price despite having the reservation at a lower price. The same thing just happened again. I wanted to switch units and had one reserved. Again, the price went up a day or two before I was to move in and I’m being charged the new higher price. The rates have gone up twice just in the past two weeks so it seems there’s a reasonably high probability of this happening quite often and to many people.

Dont rent from here. I have had a smaller unit and needed a larger unit. They quoted me $188 which I accepted, but when I showed up to sign the new lease agreement, they changed price to 250 and refused to honor my existing discount. Im in the middle of a move and based on their 188 quote, I declined another storage option and couldnt get it back.With the uhaul loaded, I had to stay with cube smart and rent a smaller unit which didnt fit all my belongings. But I will be finding another storage company as soon as I can.I had the quote in writing but the guy at counter blamed his colleagues lack of company policy knowledge for the mix up and said the computer wouldnt process the price.If you have time sensitive concern, dont put yourself at this kind of risk. Find another place.

The employees are absolutely wonderful and helpful. Every time I went to check my units they asked if they could help with anything. My units stayed clean and dry. They “patrol” the area quite frequently. I was sorry to go only due to the interaction I had with the mgr. He has become a friend.

I’ve been renting from CubeSmart for the last 4 months and Carlos and staff have always been nothing but courteous and professional. The facility is always clean and easily accessible. Everything you would ever need from a place that stores your precious junk. It’s a little bitter sweet that today I cleared out my unit. But if I’m ever in need of storage again I won’t hesitate to return. Thanks CubeSmart!

Im not sure why the written review didnt show up. But this is basically what I had said in that original review. I am disturbed that the gate to the property has been removed or is broken. I visited my storage unit in November a couple of times and once in early December, and there was no gate - I just drove right in. I knew the gate had been under repair for a very long time, but now it seems to be missing. My unit is very far away from the front and the last time I was there, there were several people nearby in there units. My thought was that anyonecould drive in, regardless of whether they have a unit. It feels unsafe. Will the gate ever be fxed? Or replaced? My rates just went up significantly and I dont even have a gate?

First time storage rental. We needed some temporary space during a household goods move. Picked this location due to high ratings and distance to our new home. On-line sign up and reservation was easy, customer service support was spot on. When I arrived at the site I noticed the building and grounds were clean and neat. Steve, the location General Manager, was very pleasant and helpful. He quickly worked through finalizing the unit rental and explained how to access the site and details on opening the unit. Martin assisted us in locating the actual unit, which was not visible from outside the building, and showed us how to install and use the newly purchased cylinder lock in the unit door. The storage unit was clean inside and more than adequate for our needs.So far this has been a very customer friendly experience.

Steve has the greatest attitude. When you walk in you feel so welcomed and cared about. He is always eager to help in any situation. He always accommodate you whatever your need is. He has the most caring heart that you can see through his eyes. He is always professional and always has answers for you. I really wish there were more like him in business, but unfortunately there are not enough like him. He always does what he needs to do to make the customers satisfied. He is very patient no matter how many times he has to wait for you to find documents or have to go back to your vehicle. I have never seen him frown about anything. He did not just give me any storage he made sure I had what I needed for the merchandise I had. Steve is a cool guy.

Service was excellant and love the fact we can store motorcycles as we ride across the country.

Steve provided outstanding service to me and my wife. He was thorough, patient, professional, and supportive of all of our small needs. The facility is brand new and we got a 10x 10 climate controlled unit very close to the door which was convenient. We used the free truck which saved us money and made the move much simpler. It is rare to find people that are great listeners, provide good service and are not pushy. Steve was helping me solve my problem. This is a new & high end product coupled with fantastic people service.

I was so impressed with the customer service I received at CubeSmart when I went for my reservation day. The gentleman that I met with explained everything in detail, took the time to show me through the gate and make sure my code worked and that I found my unit alright. He also stayed with me to make sure I understood how to use the lock. None of which I asked for. When I came back later in the day to drop off some items, another gentleman was there driving around the lot, and must have noticed that I was carrying everything in because all of the carts were being used. He went out of his way to find me a cart and bring it to me (also, without me asking). I havent experienced customer service like this in a long time. A+++

Site Manager, Steve Hubbard, did a great job - initially checked me in to a unit, and later moved me to a larger unit at my request. Had to move from the first unit to the larger unit by myself...Steve even helped me move a washing maching and dryer that I couldnt lift on my own. He went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND. His attitude is great and the place is spotless. Would definitely refer others to CubeSmart.

Such a clean and inviting self storage environment. It is temperature controlled inside. And it even has a customer restroom available near the units, so that you dont have to go to the office. The monthly payments are reasonable.
